COVID-19 유행이 서울시 초등학교·중학교 교사의 정신건강에 미치는 영향 설문조사

Objectives : The study aimed to investigate the effect of the COVID-19 epidemic on the mental health of elementary and middle school teachers, especially hwabyung, depression, and anxiety. Methods : The participants were teachers of three elementary schools and one middle school in Seoul. The survey was self-reported by online. The questionnaire included hwabyung scale, CES-D, and GAD-7. Results : The survey conducted from November 5th to December 3rd, 2020. A total number of 81 teachers replied to the survey. The hwabyung prevalence was 27.2% by hwabyung symptoms score. The mean hwabyung characteristics score was 30.10±10.55, the mean hwabyung symptoms score was 18.32±12.26. The depression prevalence was 44.4%, mean CES-D was 15.85±11.51. The anxiety prevalence was 43.2%, mean GAD-7 was 5.05±4.53. Conclusions : The survey showed that teachers had a high score of hwabyung, anxiety, and depression in the COVID-19 epidemic. The teachers were in need of help to improve their mental health.
모델링기법을 이용한 A<sub>2</sub>O 하수처리공정에서 주요 공정관리에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 A<sub>2</sub>O 공정을 적용하여 운영중인 하수처리시설의 운영데이타를 바탕으로 현재 운영중인 하수처리장의 효율성을 통계적기법을 이용하여 분석하였으며, GPS-X 공정모델프로그램을 활용하여 최적의 운영조건을 도출하였다. 하수처리장의 운영인자는 기초통계분석과 상관관계분석, 일원분산분석을 실시하였다. 기초통계 분석결과 연구대상 하수처리장의 유입량은 여름철에 가장 높게 분석되었으며, 다른 계절에 비해서 유입량의 변동성이 가장 크게 나타났다. 다원변량 분석의 결과 유출 T-N 및 NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup>-N은 C/N비와 통계적으로 유의한 수준이 도출되지 않았다(p-value : > 0.05). A<sub>2</sub>O하수운영의 각 영향인자중에서 질소 성분의 제거는 유입 수온, HRT, SRT, DO에 주로 영향을 받고, BOD의 경우 모든 운영 인자, COD는 항목은 HRT, SRT, DO 운영인자에 영향을 받았다. GPS-X를 A<sub>2</sub>O 공정의 이용한 시뮬레이션에서 매개변수는 최대 침전 속도, 종속영양미생물 수율(무산소성), 인 반포화계수, 종속영양미생물 사멸율, 종속영양미생물 최대 성장률, 독립영양미생물 최대 성장률, 최대 침전 속도로 나타나 이러한 매개변수가 시뮬레이션에 주요 영향을 미치는 인자로 확인되었다. The efficiency of sewage treatment was ananlyzed selecting a sewage treatment plant in Gyeonggi-do where A<sub>2</sub>O process was applied. Statistical techniques based on the operation data of the sewage treatment were used. The main factors directly affecting the efficiency of the treatment process were analyzed using a GPS-X model. The correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA were performed. The T-N and NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup>-N values of the effluent did not generate statistically significant level (p-value:>0.05) when compared with C/N ration values. Removel of nitrogen components form sewage treatment plants were affected by temperature, HRT, SRT and DO. In the case of BOD, all operating factors were affected, while COD was affecte by factors of HRT, STR and DO. In simulations using GPS-X, the parameters that greatly influence was included the maximum sedimentation rate, the dependent nutrient microbial yield (anoxic), the phosphorus saturation coefficient, the dependent nutrient microbial killing rate, the dependent nutrient microbial maximum growth rate, and the independent trophic microorganisms. The maximum growth rate and the maximum setting rate were identified.
우심실유출로협착에 대한 심낭 Patch Graft 에 관한 임상적 연구

The present study was performed to evaluate hemodynamic effects on the pericardial patch graft for stenosis of right ventricle outflow tract in 19 patients of tetralogy of Fallot. The stenosis of right ventricle outflow tract was associated with or without pulmonary annular nar-rowing, pulmonary valvular stenosis, and hypoplastic narrowing of pulmonary artery. Total correction of tetralogy of Fallot was performed under cardiopulmonary bypass with moderate hypothermia and cardioplegic cardiac arrest. Ventricular septal defects were closed with Teflon patch graft. The chamber pressures in the heart were measured before and after a total correction of tetralogy of Fallot. The data of pressure measurement and the results of postoperative observation of pericardial patch were as followings: 1. Systolic and diastolic pressure of right ventricle was decreased after operation from $96.0{\pm}14.7/10.0{\pm}14.4mmHg$ to $61.0{\pm}13.1/8.0{\pm}9.3mmHg$. 2. Systolic and diastolic pressure of pulmonary artery was increased after operation from $18.0{\pm}5.6/10.0{\pm}5.5mmHg$ to $31.0{\pm}10.7/14.0{\pm}4.9mmHg$. 3. Preoperative pressure gradient between right ventricle and pulmonary artery was decreased immediately after operation from 78.0mmHg to 30.0mmHg. 4. It was observed that excellent widening effects of right ventricle outflow tract was resulted from pericardial patch graft. 5. No postoperative bleeding from pericardial patch graft was observed. 6. Aneurysm formation of pericardial patch was not be observed during 1 to 6 years postoperative periods.

To investigate excess $Na^+$ effect, $Bi_{0.5}(Na_{0.78+x}K_{0.22})_{0.5}TiO_3$ ($0{\leq}x{\leq}0.05$) (BNKT) ceramics were prepared by using a conventional solid-state reaction method. The structure and ferroelectric properties of BNKT ceramics were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and polarization dependence by external electric field. Also, the temperature dependence of dielectric constant and loss were studied. From these results, it was found that appropriate excess $Na^+$ into BNKT ceramics compensate the volatility and induce dense ceramics. The enhanced piezoelectric coefficient (158 pC/N) and depolarization temperature ($202^{\circ}C$) were obtained for the x=0.01 composition.
다중경로 음파전달이 HLA의 근거리 방위탐지에 미치는 영향

다중경로의 영향을 분석하기 위하여 다중경로가 방위로 나타나는 과정을 설명하고, 동해와 남해의 대표적인 수직 음속구조를 이용하여 계산한 다중경로로부터 방위를 추정하였다. 또한 HLA의 빔형성 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 빔출력에 나타나는 잘못된 방위를 관찰하고 분석하였다. 수온 구조가 강한 음(-)의 기울기를 갖는 동해의 경우에 근거리에서 탐지된 방위가 실제 수평방위와 다르게 나타나고, 음원의 수가 잘못 탐지되는 구간이 발생할 가능성도 있는 것으로 보인다. To analyze the multipath propagation effects on the source bearing detection of HLA(Horizontal Line Array), the conversion mechanism of the multipath into the bearing is described, and the bearing is estimated from the multipath modeled with typical sound velocity structures of the East and the South Sea of Korea. The erroneous bearing is observed from the beamforming outputs simulated with the modeled multipath, and the erroneous phenomena are analyzed. In case of the East Sea, since the multipath propagation with a high receiving angle occurs due to strong inverse slope of the sound velocity structure, it is possible that the estimated source bearing is different from the real source bearing, and that the number of the source is misrecognized.

A 21-year-old woman ingested 1,250 mg of diphenhydramine in a single overdose. Diphenhydramine, a rare ingredient in over-the-counter medication, is used to treat insomnia in Korea. Toxicity is usually limited to anticholinergic symptoms. The standard approach to therapy for the treatment of diphenhydramine overdose is supportive care, including physostigmines and sodium bicarbonates. Here, we review the literature and for the first time report a case of acute diphenhydramine overdosage in Korea, complicated with seizures.
