        노후산업단지의 재생방안에 관한 연구 - 국내·외 사례중심으로 -

        ‘60년대 초부터 도시내 조성된 노후화된 산업단지 및 산업지역의 재정비가 국가적 과제 및 지역현안으로 대두되고 있다. 도시내 산업단지는 도심이라는 지리적 기반을 바탕으로 도시성장을 견인하고, 또한 새로운 미래사회에 부응하는 역할을 수행하기 위한 고부가가치형, 환경친화형 산업단지로의 변화를 요구받고 있다. 이러한 노후 산업단지의 재정비 및 재생의 필요성에도 불구하고 현실적으로 수익성과 복잡한 이해관계 때문에 현 제도 하에서 원활한 재정비 추진이 곤란한 실정이다. 노후산업단지에 대해서 업종구조의 고도화 및 기반시설 재정비 등을 통해 국가 및 지역경쟁력의 제고와 이를 위한 재생차원의 방안이 모색되기 위하여, 먼저 사업시행을 원활히 하기 위한 제도적 뒷받침이 먼저 강구되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 노후 산업단지의 재정비 및 재생을 촉진하기 위한 구체적인 제도적 실행방안을 수립하기 위해 노후산업단지의 재생을 위한 주요 쟁점과제를 도출하고 국내외 선진사례검토를 통해 주요 쟁점과제에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. Reorganizations of aged industrial park and industrial area that was established in the early 1960s has been issued to the regional level of autonomous government as well as national level for vital economy. The old industrial park in the city has been leading the city development for the past, and are encountered to change the city development adopting the high-value and environment friendly industrial park for the future. Even we are fully understood that the reorganization and regeneration of aged industrial park are needed, the complexity and profitability of the project are not smoothly implemented. Therefore, the plan for the business type advanced of the aged industrial park and improvement of infrastructure will be reviewed and prepared to make the nation and region to have competitive edge for regional development. At the same time, a institutional strategy to implement the project are prepared and supported. This study is to conclude controversial issues on the regeneration of aged industrial park from the domestic and foreign experiences and case studies and suggest some lessons and implementing strategy for the successful regeneration of aged industrial park.

        관리자의 담당의지에 따른 포천시 교육·보육기관 텃밭의 운영실태 및 인식

        School gardens are known to be effective for increasing vegetable consumption in children. This study was carried out to examine the perception of garden program leaders for actual conditions and barriers to promote school gardens according to their sense of dedication. The 49 garden program leaders at schools and child care centers in Pocheon city were surveyed and grouped into two groups: dedicated (57.1%) and less dedicated (42.9%) as program leaders. Compared to dedicated leaders, leaders in the less dedicated group less advocated promotion of school gardens (P<0.001) and were less willing to attend training for school garden (P<0.01), despite less experience as program leaders (P<0.01) and past training (P<0.05). Moreover, leaders in the less dedicated group less acknowledged the educational results of school garden in every aspect (P<0.001, respectively), less perceived support from parents and colleagues (P<0.05, respectively), and less used garden produce in more active activities such as donation and literature (P<0.05, respectively), compared to the dedicated group. The most answered barrier against the promotion of school gardens was work burden, followed by manpower shortage, shortage of technique, knowledge, and information, and time shortage. The results of this study provide evidence that developing strategies is needed to make more teachers and child care providers more dedicated as garden program leaders.

        감성지능과 조직구성원 행동의 관계에서 심리적 자본의 매개효과 연구

        본 연구에서는 감성지능과 조직구성원 행동으로서의 혁신행동 및 조직시민행동과의 관계, 심리적 자본과 조직구성원 행동과의 관계, 감성지능과 심리적 자본과의 관계, 그리고 감성지능과 조직구성원 행동간의 관계에서 심리적 자본의 매개역할에 대해 186명의 연구소 구성원을 표본으로 검증하고자 하였으며 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감성지능이 높을 수록 혁신행동 및 조직시민행동이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 감성지능이 높을수록 심리적 자본으로서의 자기효능감 및 낙관주의가 높았다. 셋째, 심리적 자본으로서의 자기효능감은 감성지능과 혁신행동과의 관계에서 부분적 매개역할을 하며 반면에 낙관주의는 감성지능과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구에서 감성지능이 심리적 자본과 유의한 관계를 갖는다는 발견만으로도 매우 중요한 이론적 시사점이 있으며, 또한 감성지능과 조직구성원 행동과의 관계에서 일부 심리적 자본의 부분적 매개역할이 검증됨으로써 감성지능이 어떤 과정을 통해 조직구성원 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있는가에 대한 이론적 시사점을 제공하게 되었다. 본 연구는 연구소 및 공공기관 구성원의 감성지능 및 심리적 자본이 조직구성원의 바람직한 혁신 행동에 긍정적 영향을 주기 때문에 구성원의 조직에 대한 긍정적 행동을 개발하면 조직변화에 중요한 기여를 할 수 있음을 보여 주었다. This study attempted to verify the relationship between emotional intelligence (EQ) and organizational members’ behavior (OMB) with the mediating role of psychological capital (PC) between the two variables. OMB was measured in two aspects: innovation behavior (IB) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Psychological capital was measured in two aspects: self-efficacy and optimism. The sample included 186 researchers and staff working for research institutions. The results were as follows. First, there were positive (+) relationships between EQ and OMB This means that those who understand and control their own and others’ emotions well demonstrate high IB and OCB. Second, there were positive (+) relationships between EQ and psychological capital. This means that those who understand and control their own and others’ emotions well demonstrate high self-efficacy and optimism. Third, the self-efficacy of psychological capital had a partial mediating role only in the relationship between EQ and IB, whereas optimism was proven to play a partial mediating role only in the relationship between EQ and OCB. This means that EQ affects innovation behavior with partial help from self-efficacy, while EQ affects organizational citizenship behavior with partial help from optimism. The implication is as follows. Human resource development strategy to increase EQ or recruiting high EQ people may lead to increase self-efficacy, which finally increases innovation behavior.
