전자회로 설계를 위한 개인용 CAE시스팀 (EDAS_P)

IBM PC에 graphics 기술을 도입하여 개인용 전자 자동설계 시스팀인 EDAS_P를 개발하였다. EDAS_P는 전자회로도의 입력으로부터 연결상태 추출, 모의시험 및 검증에 이르는 일련의 과정이 자동화된 시스팀이다. 본고에서는 EDAS_P를 이루는 각 tool의 기능 및 전체적구성을 소개 하였다.

전자회로를 시뮬레이션하려면 게이트나 트랜지스터의 연결상태(netlist)를 입력시켜야 한다. EDAS_P시스팀의 SCHEX_P라는 tool은 그림으로 표현된 전자회로도로부터 연결상태를 추출하고, 계층 설계된 구조를 풀어 게이트나 트랜지스터만으로 표현된 netlist를 만든 후 시뮬레이터가 받아들일 수 있는 형식으로 문장을 재조립한다. 본고에서는 이 과정을 요약하여 설명 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this thesis were twofold. First, the study attempted to formulate a conceptual framework concerning the school organization health. Second, it involved the identification and measurement of the school organization health based on its conceptual framework. In order to accomplish the above objectives, instruments for assessing school organizational health were developed on a sample of 130 items for exploratory test procedures. High estimates of reliability were found and it seemed the scale were unifactorial. After the exploratory procedures, the instruments developed in this study were tested using analysis of various validation procedures. The confirmatory test procedures included reliability, factor analyis criteria related to validity. The main study was carried out in Seoul, Kwangju and Chenlanamdo and 266 teachers were used in primary school and secondary school. In order to select items for inclusion in these scales, item analysis were performmed. An adjusted item-total correlation was completed for each item. An item-total correlation is a correlation of an individual item with the total scale score. It is a adjusted to remove the bias of adding that item score to the total with which it is being correated. The adjusted item-total correlation is an index of the degree to which the item is measuring the same dimension as the total score. According to this procedure, sub-variables of school organization health were selected communication adequacy, innovativeness, conformity, leadershap, adaptation, cohesiveness and autonomy. In each variable, the communication adequacy was selected 8 items, the innovativeness was selected 8 items, the conformity was selected 5 items, the leadership was selected 4 items, the adaptation was selected 4 items, the cohesiveness was selected 5 items, the autonomy was selected 4 items. Consequently, the questionnaire of school organization health was composed 7 sub-variables and 38 items.

This study is an empirical attempt to in vestigate the teacher's job satisfaction in secondary schools. Consquently, the main variable in this study is job satisfaction. Therefore the purpose of this study is to examine in relation to sub-variables of job satisfaction. The specific objects of this research are (1) to investigate the relationships among variables in terms of school characteristics and personal characteristics of teachers. In order to accomplish the above objects, four sub-variables have been identified on the basis of a survey of the literature concerned. The sub-variables of job satisfaction consist of administrative support, personnal management, incentive sistem, and social relations. On the basis of the theoretical background, two hypotheses have been formulated for this research purpose. Hypothesis 1. There can be positive significant correlations among job satisfaction sub-variables with one another. Hypothesis 2. There can be significant differences among the variables of this study in terms of school characteristics and personal characteristics of teachers. To test these hypotheses, questionnaires were devised through statistical procedures in order to measure the validity and reliability of the items related to these four variables. The subjects were 380 secondary school teachers randomly sampled out Korea. Data collected were analyzed by the correlation, t- or F-test, specifically following the procedures in SAS, KAIST. From this analysis the following conclusions can be draw : (1) All the sub-variables studied show positive significant correlations. (2) The average differentical analysis of school and personal characteristics reveals that female show higher averages in all variables. Public schools in all variables have higher average than private schools. Teacher groups have not shown significant differences. Urban cases mark higher than rural cases in averages. Teacher groups of middle school show the highest averages in personnal management and social relation while groups of women middle school show the highest averages otherwise. Teacher groups of 40 through 49 age show the highest averages in social relations and groups of over 50 age show the highest averages otherwise.
