Today's parents are quite conscious of the esthetic and Potential psychological consequences of missing anterior teeth. Premature lobs of Primary incisors usually dose not require the Placement appliances for space maintenance because no mesial movement of the adjacent teeth is normally expected when the canines have already erupted. However, replacement of anterior teeth may be indicated for esthetic purposes or possibly to facilitate normal pronunciation. The treatment options in these cases are removable maintainers of space or fixed partial dentures, the former being most often used. When no cooperation on the part of the patient for their used or when the devices provoke discomfort or atypical glutition, fixed partial dentures may be used, taking into consideration premaxillary growth.

Regional odontodysplasia is a rare developmental disorder of enamel and dentin, the result is localized arrested in tooth development. Odonotodyaplasia affects the primary and permanent dentitions in the maxilla, mandible, or both jaws, odontodysplasia tends to unilateral developement. but has been reported to involve both side of the midline. Clinically affected teeth appear discolored, hypoplastic, and hypocalicified - an apperarance that can resemble dental caries. The teeth tend to be shorter, have short roots with open apices, and abnormally wide open apices. Radiographically affected teeth are poorly discernible, having a reduced radiodensity, the enamel and dentin layers are thin and defective, producing a faint, fuzzy outline, this appearance used term of "ghost teeth". Teeth in regional odontodysplasia have the wide pulp chambers and canals. The roots appear short and stubby with open apices. In this case, a 5 years 9 months old female visited for a treatment of missing of #81.8.83. During radiographic examination, permanent successful tooth are found regional odontodysplasia.
