        초등학교 교사의 환경친화적 소비행동 관련 변인

        The purpose of this study was to determine whether environmentally-friendly consumption behavior of elementary school teachers varied according to independent variables and to verify the specific variables that affect such behavior. Seven elementary schools in Siheung-Si, GyeongGi-Do Province schools were chosen for purposive sampling. A total of 288 questionnaires were returned from the 352 distributed, and 250 of them were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSSWIN statistical software. Some of the primary statistical methods applied in this research included frequency and description analysis, reliability test, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: First, in actual eco-friendly consumption behavior, teachers with profound knowledge in eco-friendly consumption scored significantly higher than teachers with less knowledge. Second, teachers with a lot of environmental experience scored higher on eco-friendly attitude than their inexperienced counterparts. Third, those holding strong normative beliefs about environment also scored higher on eco-friendly consumption behavior, while others with weak beliefs scored low. Fourth, a positive correlation was found between teachers' green consumption behavior and related variables such as knowledg about eco-friendly consumption itself, experience of environmental activities, and the degree of environmental beliefs, respectively. Fifth, the effects of variables on eco-friendly consumption were the strongest with knowledge, experience and beliefs in order. The overall explanatory power of the variables was 33.4%. 이 연구는 초등학교 교사들의 환경 친화적 소비 행동과 이에 관련되는 변인들을 구명하여 교사들의 사회 인구학적 변인에 따른 환경 친화적 소비행동의 차이를 알아보고, 초등 교사들의 환경 친화적 소비행동과 환경지식, 규범적 신념, 환경활동 및 교육적 경험 변인들 간의 관계를 구명하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경 친화적 소비행동에 대한 지식수준이 높은 교사들은 환경 친화적 소비행동에 대한 지식수준이 낮은 교사들보다 환경 친화적 소비행동 점수가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경 활동 경험이 많은 교사들이 환경 활동 경험이 적은 교사들보다 환경 친화적 태도 점수가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 환경에 대한 규범적 신념 수준이 높은 교사들이 환경 친화적 소비행동 점수가 높았으며, 규범적 수준이 낮은 교사들은 환경 친화적 소비행동 점수가 낮았다. 넷째, 초등학교 교사들의 환경 친화적 소비행동과 관련변인들의 상관관계는 환경 친화적 소비에 대한 지식정도, 환경 활동 및 교육 경험, 규범적 신념과 각각 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 환경 친화적 소비행동에 영향을 미치는 관련변인은 환경 친화적 소비에 대한 지식, 환경 친화적 소비행동, 규범적 신념 순으로 나타났다.

        기내 특화서비스, 항공사이미지, 관계지속의도와의 관계 연구 : 저비용항공사 대상으로

        The competition in routes and passenger service among LCCs is regarded to be inevitable as exceeding number of new LCCs have emerged with their own differentiated service way. Each LCC has begun offering specialized in-flight service to provide their customers with attractive services. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship among specialized cabin service, airline image and relationship continuity intention of 5 LCCs operating in and out bound of Korea and finally to suggest the specialized in-flight service strategy. To verify each measure, the author tested the data from questionnaires using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. According to the analysed result, there were positive influence among specialized cabin service, the airline image and relationship continuity intention on LCCs. First, to meet the passengers' diversified needs under hard competition, LCCs should develop specialized cabin service program performed by well-trained human service factors. Using the social network service to promote the specialized service is also a good way to spread the distinctive cabin service. Second, Joint operation with full service carriers creates reliance and finally leads to repurchase. Third, as the cabin specialized service influenced on the relationship continuity intention, company should develop strategic specialized passenger service.

        조직 내 커뮤니케이션과 직무성과 및 이직의도와의 관계 연구: 항공사 객실승무원 대상으로

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the relationship of flight attendants' organizational communication on job performance and turnover intention. This research, in order to achieve its goals, has established hypothesis with theoretical background and analyzed it with actual examination. The 235 questionnaires were distributed to the flight attendants flying in the Korea based carriers at Incheon and Gimhae International Airport.for about 2 weeks from 1st to 15th of November, 2018. A total of 220 responses were used for analysis except 15 insincerity responses. Result of the research are presented as follows. First, among 4 sub-factors of organizational communication, horizontal & downward factors had significant positive effect on the job performance. Second, job performance had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Through identifying and studying these influences relations, it was considered to be useful for developing the core programs that would play an important role for encouraging to express their opinions under free atmosphere.

        감정노동, 직무소진, 이직의도에 관한 연구 : 항공사 아웃소싱 직원대상으로

        Since the deregulation of the airline industry, carriers have searched for various methods to improve their competitiveness. In Korea, most of the airlines have used outsourcing as a method to control cost, improve efficiencies and profitability. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship of emotional labor, job burnout and turnover intention focused on the outsourcing employees working in the 4 international airports and to propose policy implications to the human resource administration. To achieve the goal, the output of structural analysis is conducted to test the hypotheses. The survey data was collected from airline outsourcing company employees providing airport service in 4 international airports located in Incheon, Seoul, Kimhae and Jeju. In total 200 questionnaires were distributed and 171 valid data was collected for empirical data analysis. Accordingly, the implications of this study can be summarized as follows. Emotional labor was divided into surface acting and deep acting and the analysis result showed that both factors did have significant effects on job burnout and turnover intention. Job burnout also have statistically significant effects on turnover intention. This study presents that it is important to provide pleasant consulting room and get the regular program which helps control emotional problem for employees.

        호텔관광서비스 전공 대학생의 고객지향성, 서비스내면행동이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to examine empirically the impact of customer orientation and service inside behaviors on career preparation behavior of the college students majoring Hotel, Tourism and Service. To this end, we distributed 295 copies of questionnaires and used them for the analysis with the exception of inappropriate 14 copies, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and multi-regression analysis were used. The results of this study is presented as follows: First, customer orientation had significant positive effect on the career preparation behavior. Secondly, service inside behaviors were found to have significant positive effect on the career preparation behavior, too. The findings of this research carried important implications for career education and person to person counselling for building customized career preparation plan. Among the factors of customer orientation, relationship to customers showed the significant ones with all factors of service inside behaviors on career preparation behavior.

        대학생의 셀프리더십이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향 : 미래지향목표의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine empirically the effect of self-leadership on job-seeking stress and also the parameter affecting job-seeking stress through verifying mediated effect of future-oriented goals. To achieve this goal, a survey of 154 copies of questionnaires was conducted and the data was analyzed by SPSS18.0 and Amos 18.0 program. The results of this study was presented as follows: First, both of the self-leadership and future-oriented goals had significant negative effect on the job-seeking stress. Secondly, self-leadership was found to have significant positive effect on the future-oriented goals. Thirdly, as for the mediating effects of future-oriented goals in relationship between self-leadership and job-seeking stress, it turn out that future-oriented goals meet the mediation requirements as regression coefficients were found to be significant in the relation between self-leadership and job-seeking stress. As the result indicated, self-leadership and future-oriented goals were important variables that could reduce job-seeking stress for the undergraduate students. This study suggested the mind-based education as well as career-based education was needed for guiding the right career.

        전공실습실 환경이 진로결정 자기효능감과 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 : 항공서비스전공 전문대학생을 대상으로

        This study aims to examine the relationships among airline practice training facility condition in college, career decision making self-efficacy and satisfaction of major using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results suggest that the concept of airline practice training facility condition in college was comprised 2 factors such as intangible and tangible environment. Besides, career decision making self-efficacy was composed of 5 factors and 2 factors in satisfaction of major. The analysis results were as follow: First, airline practice training facility condition in college has positive influence on career decision making self-efficacy and satisfaction of major. Second, career decision making self-efficacy has partially positive influence on satisfaction of major. Thus, it is the best to keep and make well use of the current airline practice training facility condition in college to educate students so that they can play important role in their work place.
