여성 발달장애인과 비장애인의 통합 자조모임 참여 경험 및 인식 고찰

본 연구는 통합 자조모임에 참여하는 여성 발달장애인과 비장애인의 경험과 인식을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 발달장애인과 비장애인이 함께하는 자조모임 운영을 위해 필요한 요소들을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 통합 자조모임에 참여 중인 여성 발달장애인과 비장애인 12명을 대상으로 개발된 질문지를 바탕으로 개별 면담을 실시하였다. 면담 자료 분석을 통해 자조모임의 시작 및 정체성, 자조모임의 좋은 점, 자조모임 운영상의 어려움, 자조모임 참여의 어려움, 자조모임 내 관계 및 역할, 그리고 자조모임의 지속적인 운영을 위해 필요한 것의 6개의 대주제와 25개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 통합 자조모임은 활동 목적인 기후 위기에 대한 장애 여성의 인식을 강화하고, 장애 여성과 비장애 여성 간의 동등한 관계 형성에 기여하였다. 참여자들은 모임활동을 통해 긍정적인 경험을 하였으나, 모임의 지속적인 운영을 위한 재정적, 시간적, 공간적 자원의 부족이 문제로 지적되었다. 이에 따라, 통합 자조모임의 지속적인 운영과 확장을 위해서는 체계적인 금전적 지원, 역할 분담 및 참여자 확대, 그리고 기후 위기와 사회 정의에 있어 여성과 장애인의 취약성을 인식하고 지원하는 사회적 노력이 필요함을 시사한다. This study aims to understand the experiences and perceptions of women with developmental disabilities and non-disabled women participating in integrated support groups, and to identify the necessary elements for the operation of support groups involving both individuals with and without disabilities. To achieve this, individual interviews were conducted based on a questionnaire developed for 12 women with developmental disabilities and non-disabled women participating in integrated support groups. Through the analysis of interview data, six major themes and 25 sub-themes were derived: Initiation and Identity of the Group, Benefits of the Group, Challenges in Group Operation, Difficulties in Group Participation, Relationships and Roles within the Group, and Necessities for the Sustainable Operation of Support Groups. Integrated support groups have strengthened the awareness of disabled women regarding climate crisis and contributed to the formation of equal relationships between disabled and non-disabled women. Participants have had positive experiences through group activities; however, the lack of financial, temporal, and spatial resources for the sustainable operation of the groups has been identified as a problem. Therefore, it suggests that systematic financial support, role allocation and expansion of participants, and social efforts to recognize and support the vulnerability of women and people with disabilities in climate crisis and social justice are necessary for the sustainable operation and expansion of integrated support groups.

In statutes on the promotion of distribution of new and renewable energy, which were revised in 2014, daylight system and fuel cell were added in addition to existing new and renewable energy sources. This study, therefore, aimed at setting up targets for the introduction of daylight system and analyzing the installation rate of new and renewable energy which can be provided by daylight system for the aggressive use of daylight system, thereby deducting the optimal combination ratio with other new and renewable energy sources. The results of the study are as follows. First, when a prism-shaped daylight system was installed to a round indoor gymnasium among domestic indoor gymnasiums, out of a supply obligations allotment rate of 15% of new and renewable energy, the rate of daylight system was basically set at 2.5%. Second, therefore, with daylight system coming first, the lacked supply obligations rate was taken up by solar photovoltaic, solar heat and geothermal heat. In addition, using the KRESS Program, economic, technical, environmental and complexity evaluations for the upper 5% was made, deducting the optimal ratio of the system. The results produced the following optimal combination ratios: solar photovoltaic (83.3%) in economic evaluation, solar heat (8.3%) and geothermal heat (75%) in technical evaluation, solar photovoltaic (83.3%) in environmental evaluation, and solar photovoltaic (83.3%, the same as in economic evaluation) in complexity evaluation.

혀에서 골성 이소종(osseous choristoma)에 대한 증례 보고 및 문헌 고찰

Choristoma is a growth of normal tissue that occurs at an abnormal region. In the oral cavity, osseous choristoma that has a normal bone feature mainly has been appeared. It is mainly occurred on the tongue. So, It can be found in dental practice or in discomfort in the mouth. Osseous choristoma in the oral cavity is extremely rare. But It can be treated excisional biopsy under local anesthesia. The prognosis is very good. This case is a report of osseous choristoma on the dorsal surface of the tongue. A 17-year-old female patient presented with a foreign body sensation of the tongue. A diameter of the mass is 0.7cm, and there is no pain. Panoramic radiographs showed a radiopaque image in the form of a double image. An excisional biopsy was performed and diagnosed as an osseous choristoma. 12 months after the resection, there were no signs of recurrence. Intraoral osseous choristoma is very rare, but it is clinically very simple and can be found in dental radiographs. We present this case because of Dentists who examine the oral cavity of the patient can easily diagnose the lesion and treat it by simple resection

헬스케어 게이미피케이션 융합적 전략 및 효과

최근 인간의 유희욕구를 자극하여 흥미를 유발시키고 몰입을 유도하는 게이미피케이션(Gamification) 기법이 대두됨에 따라 헬스케어(Health-care), 에너지 절약, 교육 등 다양한 분야에서 그 가치와 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 그러나 현재 게이미피케이션 요소의 도출 및 전략에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이므로 사용자의 행동유발 증진을 위한 전략적 연구의 수행이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 운동 분야를 중점으로 여러 연구자들이 제시한 게이미피케이션 요소를 수집한 후 어피니티 다이어그램(Affinity Diagram) 방법을 사용하여 일곱 가지 전략 (보상, 도전, 성취, 경쟁, 관계, 접근, 자기표현)으로 분류하였고, 각 전략의 효과들을 정리하여 제시함으로써 게이미피케이션 전략의 무분별한 제공을 경계해야 한다는 목적을 담고 있다. 연구결과 보상전략은 운동수행향상과 내적동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 도전전략은 자기효능감과 신체기능을 향상시키고, 성취전략은 운동속도와 거리의 증가 및 만족감 개선에 도움을 준다. 경쟁전략은 목표성취율을 높여주고, 관계전략은 운동 습관을 형성시키며, 접근전략은 흥미를 유발하여 행동증진에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 자기표현전략은 행동변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 전략들을 건강 행동증진과 관련된 분야에 적용하여 사용자의 능동적 참여와 몰입을 유도하는 긍정적 결과를 이끌어 내기를 기대한다. 차후 연구에서는 개인의 성향에 따른 게이미피케이션 전략의 행동의도, 행동몰입, 선호도에 관하여 양적으로 연구할 예정이다. Along with the recent appearance of the method, gamification, which raises interest and causes immersion by stimulating the human desire for amusement, its value and importance are recognized in various fields such as healthcare, saving energy, and education. As for now, however, there are not enough studies on deducing the factors of gamification and strategies, there need to be strategic studies on how to trigger users’ actions. So this study collected factors of gamification that several researchers suggested focusing on exercise, classified them into seven strategies(e.g., reward, challenge, achievement, competition, relationship, approach, and self-expression) using affinity diagram, and this paper aims to organize and present effects of each strategy and imply that we should be wary of indiscriminate supply of gamification strategy. The result of this studyr shows that reward strategy has a positive effect on improving exercise performance and inner motive, challenge strategy improves self-efficacy and physical functions, and achievement strategy helps improving exercise speed, distance, and satisfaction. Competition strategy increases the rate of achieving goals, relationship strategy forms exercise habit, and approach strategy raises interest and is effective in improving behavior. Lastly, self-expressing strategy was found to have a positive effect in changing behavior. It is expected that the strategies that this study suggests are applied to the areas related to improving health behavior and derive positive results that induce users’ active participation and immersion. In the following study, behavior intention, behavior immersion, preference of gamification strategy according to individual tendency will be quantitatively studied.

교육서비스산업 종사자가 지각하는 조직지원인식과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과

본 연구는 교육서비스산업 종사자인 학원강사가 지각하는 조직지원인식, 조직시민행동, 직무열의간의 상관관계과 영향력을 살펴보고, 조직지원인식과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서 직무열의의 매개 효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역의 학원에서 초․중․고등학생들을 가르치는 학교교과교습학원 강사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료의 통계 처리는 IBM SPSS Statistics 24와 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 변인들 사이의 인과관계를 살펴보기 위하여 상관관계분석과 구조방정식 모형분석(SEM)을 실시하였고, 매개 효과는 부트스트랩핑(bootstrapping)방식을 활용하여 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직지원인식, 조직시민행동, 직무열의의 간에 서로 유의한 정(+)적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 학원강사가 지각하는 조직지원인식은 직무열의에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 반면, 조직 시민행동에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직지원인식과 조직시민행동 사이에서 직무열의는 완전 매개효과를 가진다. 이상의 연구결과는 학원강사의 조직시민행동을 향상시키기 위해서는 직무열의를 제고시킬 필요가 있으며, 경영적 차원과 성인교육적 차원에서 실무적인 교육훈련의 적극적인 개입이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between perceived organizational support(POS), organizational citizenship behavior(OCB), and job engagement perceived by private tutoring instructors, and to find out the mediating effect of job engagement between POS and OCB. To do so, a survey was conducted on 304 instructors and data were collected using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Correlation analysis and structural equation model (SEM) analysis were conducted to examine the causal relationship between variables, and the mediating effect was verified by the bootstrapping. The main findings of this study are as follows: First, there was a significant and positive correlation between POS, OCB and job engagement. Second, the POS by instructors directly affected job engagement. Third, job engagement had a complete mediating effect between POS and OCB. The above research results suggest that job engagement is needed to enhance the OCB of instructors, and that practical education is necessary at the management and Andragogy point of views.

성취목표성향에 따른 운동증진을 위한 게이미피케이션(Gamification) 융합적 전략 연구

IT기술의 발달과 의료 서비스의 증가로 사람들의 헬스케어에 대한 관심이 높아지며 잠재적인 활용성이 크게 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 글로벌 기업들은 자사의 모바일 헬스케어 애플리케이션에 대한 플랫폼 개발에 투자를 확대하고 있지만, 사용자의 지속적 사용을 위한 동기부족이 문제로 제기되고 있어 인간의 욕구를 자극하여 흥미를 유발하는 게이미피케이션 기법이 이를 극복할 수 있는 방법으로 논의되고 있다. 그러나 현재 헬스케어 분야에서 게이미피케이션 요소의 도출 및 전략을 다룬 연구가 미비하여, 본 연구는 게이미피케이션의 전략적 연구 수행을 위해 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 성취목표성향(과제지향/자아지향)에 따라 효과적인 게이미피케이션 전략을 파악하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 아마존 M-turk 사이트를 통해 참가자 총 220명을 대상으로 제작한 실험물 제공 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취목표성향에 따른 게이미피케이션 전략 제공 시 성취전략에서만 운동행동의도(흥미성, 유용성, 실천성)에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 도전 및 보상전략의 경우 흥미성 측면에서는 효과적이나, 유용성과 실천성 측면에서는 자아성향에게만 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 건강 행동증진과 관련된 타 분야에 적용되어 사용자의 적극적 참여와 몰입을 유도하는 긍정적 결과를 이끌어내기를 기대한다. The advancement of IT in tandem with evolving medical services has driven the growing interest in healthcare among the general public. In the same vein, global enterprises have been increasing their investments in the platforms for their mobile health applications, whose potentiality has substantially risen. Still, such mobile health applications leave much to be desired in terms of motivating users to maintain their healthy behaviors. Therefore, gamification that is intended to stimulate human needs, pique interest and induce commitment has been discussed as an option for addressing this challenge. However, it is hard to find research on the strategies and elements of gamification in healthcare Thus, to shed light on some effective gamification strategies related to an achievement goal-orientation(mastery/competitiveness-orientation), the present study raised three questions and surveyed 220 participants on Amazon’s M-turk. The results and contents of the study are as follows. First, providing the gamification strategies in line with the achievement goal-orientation was found to have positive effects on the behavioural intention towards exercise(interest, usefulness and practicability) in terms of the achievement strategies only. Second, the challenge and reward strategies exerted effects on the competitiveness-orientation only in terms of utility and practice. Gamification strategies not intended for goal-orientation will fail to motivate users, who will not start an exercise program or will drop it. Thus, it is necessary to identify one’s personal achievement goal-orientation and to provide relevant gamification strategies. The present findings will be conducive to improving the experience of healthcare smart device users and help them enjoy a healthy life. Moreover, it is possible to apply the present findings to other areas of health -related behavioural improvement so as to derive active engagement, commitment and positive outcomes from users.

스마트밴드 데이터시각화 디자인 가이드라인 제안

현대사회가 고령화 사회로 진입하며 헬스케어는 건강관리가 필요한 대부분의 사람들이 필요로 하는 서비스가 되었다. 이에 따라 개인의 건강상태 측정이 가능한 멀티미디어 장치 및 시스템이 다양해지며 더 많은 헬스데이터 수집이 가능하게 되었지만 데이터 시각화는 점점 복잡해져 사용자가 이를 이해하는 것이 어려워지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 스마트밴드에서의 효과적인 데이터 시각화 방법을 조사하기 위해 1차 (텍스트 vs 차트), 2차 (차트 유형별 비교), 3차 조사 (목표 시각화 비교)로 나누어 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 운동량 측정의 신뢰성과 정확성이 높은 Fitbit 스마트밴드를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 인터뷰 참여자는 Fitbit 스마트밴드와 연동되는 Fitbit 애플리케이션과 커뮤니티를 통해 총 30명을 모집하였다. 연구 결과 1차 조사에서는 사용자들은 직관적 인식의 중요성을 강조하며 텍스트보다 차트의 제공을 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났고, 2차 조사에서는 바/도넛 그래프 모두 사용자들은 세로보다 가로유형의 실선 제공을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 3차 조사에서는 기준 목표 걸음 수(10,000 걸음)를 넘어설 경우 텍스트와 그래프 모두 운동량에 따라 유동적으로 변화하는 유형을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 차후 연구에서는 연구의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 더 많은 표본수를 대상으로 본조사를 시행할 예정이며, 본 연구결과에서 제시하는 가이드라인의 활용을 통해 스마트밴드 사용자의 직관적 해석 및 이해도 증진에 도움을 주길 기대한다. As modern society moves into an aging society, healthcare was ranked as first priority for service that most people need. As a result, multimedia devices and systems measuring an individual’s health condition became diversified, thereby being capable of collecting more health data. However, data visualization becomes increasingly complex, users feel more difficult to understand it. Therefore, this study conducted interviews with the first (text vs chart), the second (chart type comparison), and the third (target visualization) in order to investigate effective data visualization methods in smart bands. This study focused on the Fitbit smart band, which achieves high reliability and accuracy of measurement of momentum. For interviewees, we recruited a total of 30 people through the Fitbit application and community connected with the Fitbit smart band. In the first survey, users put emphasis on intuitive perception and preferred to provide more charts than texts. In the second survey, users of bar / donut graphs were more likely to offer horizontal lines appear. In the third survey, it was observed that both texts and graphs were more flexible than the standard goal steps (10,000 steps). We will carry out this survey with more samples to increase the reliability of research in the upcoming research. We expect that it will contribute to the intuitive interpretation and understanding of smart band users by referring to these guidelines presented in this study result.
