        성동구내 어린이집 원아 부모의 소아 한방치료에 대한 인식 및 이용에 관한 조사 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the parental recognition and utilizing patterns of oriental medical care in children who live in Seong-Dong district. Methods 802 day-care center children's parents participated in the survey on recognition and utilizing patterns of oriental medical care, and 702 of the surveys were analyzed. Results: 1. 38.33% has received previous oriental medical treatments and most were received at the children's age under 12-24 months. Majority of the treatments took place in the clinical settings. By recommendation, some also received their treatment at the medical centers. One of the reasons why they receive oriental medical treatments was that they prefer to balance their treatment with the orental medical treatments along with the western's. 2. 53.85% of those who received oriental medical treatments were satisfied with their treatments. The effective treatment results were the major reason for the satisfaction. 3. 49.56% of those who had oriental medical treatments chose specific oriental medical facilities for the children's ailment. Most specific oriental medical facilities were local oriental medical clinics. Reputation fame were the main reason in choosing the clinics. 4. In 2009, 55.26% had received care in the specific oriental medical clinics for the diseases, such as respiratory symptoms, systemic symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, skin problems, neurological and psychiatric disease for infants, and respiratory symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, systemic symptoms, skin problems, neurological and psychiatric symptoms, urinary symptoms and musculoskeletal symptoms for toddlers. 5. The average duration of herbal treatment were 7-14 days, preferably 4-6 days, and preferred number of medical visits were once a week on Saturdays and preferred day for night cares were on Friday nights. Average treatment fee per treatment was less than 10,000 won which coincided with the preferred treatment fee per visit. 6. The very first medical institutions chosen by parents once their children are ill are the following; Western medical institutions, western medical clinics, pharmacies, oriental medical clinics, health centers, and lastly, oriental medical institutions. The major concerns in receiving oriental medical cares include pesticides in herbs and hazardous substances in heavy metals. Preferred form of oriental medicine was decoction, the negative feedback of oriental medicine was mostly due to the bitter taste of the oriental herbal decoctions. Preferred frequency of intake was twice a day with less than 10cc~20cc per single intake. Conclusions: Taken all together, we conclude that the growing recognition of Oriental Pediatric medicine is needed among parents.

        허리가 굽은 고령의 노인용 유니버설 보행보조기 디자인에 관한 연구

        보행보조기를 사용하는 노약자나 환자들의 경우는 대부분이 다리의 힘이 부족하여 장시간 걸을 수 없기 때문에 보행 중간에 잠깐씩 쉬어야 하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 육체적으로 약화된 노인이나 환자들이 안전하게 보행을 실시할 수 있도록 보행 능력을 보조하면서도 생체측정 및 IT응용 제품을 사용할 수 있도록 추가적인 다기능 보행보조기의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 보행보조기의 한계를 극복하기 위해 노인 중심의 새로운 가치가 부여된 보행보조기의 디자인에 관한 내용으로써, 허리가 굽은 고령의 노인을 위한 보행보조기 중심으로 진행되었다. The most of the elders or patients that use common walkers do not have enough physical strength in the legs and cannot walk for a long time where they want to go. So it is necessary to take rests and highly required to develop a multi-function walker that can guide walking safely for weak elders or patients with IT application products at the same time. This study is focused on the walkers for elders with bent back and the design to grant new values for elders to overcome limitations of existing walkers.

        발바닥 부위 쿨링이 심부 체온에 미치는 효과

        In this study, We investigated the effect of foot cooling on the reduction of body temperature after hard exercise at the high temperature of $40^{\circ}C$. We performed a total of 30 subjects, and the subjects performed treadmill exercise for 30 minutes. We produced the cooling device to cool the foot using Peltier module. After the end of the exercise, We performed normal recovery method and cooling recovery method(one foot, both feet) for 1 hour on the same indoor environmental conditions and confirmed the change of body temperature of subjects. The results of deep body temperature measurement showed average $38.78{\pm}0.22^{\circ}C$ to $38.54{\pm}0.15^{\circ}C$ when the normal recovery method was performed. Cooling recovery method on one foot showed average $38.69{\pm}0.14^{\circ}C$ to average $38.06{\pm}0.17^{\circ}C$ and Cooling recovery method on both feet showed average $38.69{\pm}0.15^{\circ}C$ to average $37.84{\pm}0.21^{\circ}C$. There was a significant difference between the normal recovery method and the one foot cooling recovery method(p < .05), there was a significant difference between the normal recovery method and the both feet cooling recovery method(p < .05) and there was a significant difference between the one foot cooling recovery method and the both feet cooling recovery method(p < .05). Body temperature showed the lowest decrease rate when the normal recovery method was performed, and body temperature showed the highest decrease rate when the both feet cooling recovery method was performed. Therefore, recovery of cooling on the foot after hard exercise have decreased body temperature, delay fatigue in the body, and will be contributed to improvement of athlete performance.

        기록물분류기준표 특성 및 운영에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 기록물분류기준표에 대한 개괄적 정리를 통하여 생소하게 느껴질 수 있는 기록물분류기준표에 대한 접근점을 마련하는데 주안을 두었다. 이를 위해서 기록물분류기준표의 의의에서부터 구성요소가 가지는 의미와 원리, 그리고 그 운영에 대해서 살펴보았다. 또한 향후 기록물분류기준표가 기록물관리의 중추적인 역할을 수행해 나가기 위해서 필요한 과제를 제시해보았다. 본 연구를 통하여 기록물분류기준표는 기록물을 제어하고 처리하는 권한을 부여하는 것으로 우리나라 기록물관리체계의 발전과 안정에 밀접한 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 기록물분류기준표를 통하여 기록물의 역사적 가치평가가 가능해져 기록물을 사료적 관점에서 보존할 수 있게 되었다는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 이외에도 기록물분류기준표는 조직 및 기능에 대한 정보를 보유하고 있어 기록물에 대한 외적 정보를 일차적으로 보존 관리할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성을 또한 찾을 수 있었다. This study focuses on establishing a base for approaching record disposition schedules, which may be felt unfamiliar, through the overview of record disposition schedules. For this purpose, this study examined the meaning of record disposition schedules, the significance and principle of their elements, and their operation. In addition, it presented tasks to perform for record disposition schedules to play a central role of record management in the future. This study showed that record disposition schedules authorize people to control and process records, and are closely related to the development and the stability of record disposition system in Korea. What is more, it proved that record disposition schedules enable the assessment of the historical values of records, so it is possible to maintain records from the perspective of historical records. Besides, record disposition schedules are important in that they contain information on organizations and their functions, based on which we can preserve and manage extrinsic information about records.

      • One-Zero 감지기와 버퍼드 기준 저항열을 가진 1.8V 6-bit 2GSPS CMOS ADC 설계

        본 논문에서는, 1.8V 6bit 2GSPS Nyquist CMOS A/D 변환기를 제안한다. 6bit의 해상도와 초고속의 샘플링과 입력 주파수를 만족시키면서 저 전력을 구현하기 위하여 Interpolation Flash type으로 설계되었다. 같은 해상도의 Flash A/D 변환기에 비해 프리앰프의 수가 반으로 줄기 때문에 작은 입력 커패시턴스를 가지며 면적과 전력소모 작게 할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 고속 동작의 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 새로운 구조의 One-zero Detecting Encoder, Reference Fluctuation을 보정하기 위한 회로, 비교기 자체의 Offset과 Feedthrough에 의한 오차를 최소화하기 위하여 Averaging Resistor와 SNDR을 향상시키기 위한 Track & Hold, 제안하는 Buffered Reference를 설계하여 최종적으로 2GSPS Nyquist 입력의 A/D converter 출력 결과를 얻을 수가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 1.8V의 공급전압을 가지는 0.18$\mu$m 1-poly 3-metal N-well CMOS 공정을 사용하였고, 소비전력은 145mW로 Full Flash 변환기에 비해 낮음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 실제 제작된 칩은 측정결과 2GSPS에서 SNDR은 약 36.25dB로 측정되었고, Static 상태에서 INL과 DNL은 각각 $\pm$0.5LSB 로 나타났다. 유효 칩 면적은 977um $\times$ 1040um의 면적을 갖는다. In this paper, CMOS A/D converter with 6bit 2GSPS Nyquist input at 1.8V is designed. In order to obtain the resolution of 6bit and the character of high-speed operation, we present an Interpolation type architecture. In order to overcome the problems of high speed operation, a novel One-zero Detecting Encoder, a circuit to reduce the Reference Fluctuation, an Averaging Resistor and a Track & Hold, a novel Buffered Reference for the improved SNR are proposed. The proposed ADC is based on 0.18um 1-poly 3-metal N-well CMOS technology, and it consumes 145mW at 1.8V power supply and occupies chip area of 977um $\times$ 1040um. Experimental result show that SNDR is 36.25 dB when sampling frequency is 2GHz and INL/DNL is $\pm$0.5LSB at static performance.

        성동구내 어린이집 어린이의 알레르기 질환과 허약아의 실태 및 관련성에 대한 보고

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to find the relationships between the allergy and weakness in children in Seong-Dong district. Methods 802 day care centers children were participated for survey on allergic disease, risk factors, and weakness. From the result, we analyzed the relationships between the aforementioned factors. Results 1. 802 children were participated for the survey. We eliminated survey answers with unclear answers, and selected 792 survey sheets as our final subject of study. The age of majority of subjects(720 children) were between one to six years old, and the others were under the age of one and over seven. 2. The prevalence rate of asthma in a lifetime was 6.69%, allergic rhinitis was 14.87%, atopic dermatitis was 28.82%, allergic conjunctivitis was 6.29%, food allergies was 9.58%, and drug allergies was 1.4%. In 2009, the prevalence rate of allergies during treatments is 6.69% for asthma, 13.41% for allergic rhinitis, 13.64% for atopic dermatitis, 4.13% for allergic conjunctivitis, 5.23% for food allergies, 0.96% for drug allergies. 3. The significant risk factors were types of dwelling, pet with fur, dirty environments without vacuum cleaners, the numbers of times bed covers were washed, frequency of air ventilation, changes in body after moving, family history. 4. The distribution of the number of children with weakness within the five visceras were respiratory weakness, digestive weakness, psychoneurologic weakness, neuromotor weakness, and urogenital weakness in the order of most to the least. More specifically, children who only has respiratory weakness were the majority, while children who have respiratory and digestive weaknesses, children who have respiratory, digestive, and psychoneurologic weaknesses, children who have respiratory and psychoneurologic were followed. 5. With the exception of children with urogenital weakness, Most of the children with respiratory weakness, digestive weakness, psychoneurologic weakness, and neuromotor weakness had been treated for allergies in 2009, while children who were diagnosed with allergic diseases at least once in their lifetime most likely had weak respiratory, digestive or psychoneurologic systems. Conclusions The results of this study showed that there was a correlation between children with weak viscera and children with allergic diseases. However, further research would be necessary.

        반도체 장비 데이터 통신 네트워크의 성능평가에 관한 연구

        반도체 산업에서 제조비용을 최소화하고 생산성과 수율을 보다 향상시키기 위해서는 새로운 공정기술의 개발뿐만 아니라 효과적인 장비 운영·관리기술의 개발과 적용이 필요하다(박유진과 황하란, 2013). 따라서 모든 반도체 관련 업체들은 보다 효율적으로 반도체 생산장비를 운영하고 관리하기 위해 다양한 활동을 지속적으로 수행하고 있다. 효율적인 장비 운영·관리를 위해서는 우선적으로 반도체 생산장비와 운영(제어)시스템간 또는 반도체 생산장비간의 데이터 통신 네트워크 성능이 매우 높아야 한다. 특히 차세대 반도체 웨이퍼인 450mm 웨이퍼 생산체제로 전환 시, 생산장비와 운영(제어)시 스템에서 발생하는 다양한 형태의 대용량 데이터를 안정적으로 수집·관리하고, 이를 제어하기 위한 시스템을 구축하는데 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 반도체 장비 데이터 통신 네트워크의 성능을 나타내는 여섯 가지 지표와 이러한 지표들에 영향을 미치는 세 가지 운영 변수들을 고려하여 통신 네트워크의 성능지표와 운영 변수들의 관계를 통계적으로 모형화한 후, 만족도 함수 최적화 기법과 탐색적 알고리즘들을 이용하여 통신 네트워크 성능을 평가하고 이를 통해 효과적인 네트워크 운영방안을 제시하고자 한다. In semiconductor industries, in order to improve productivity and yield, and also to minimize the production cost, it is necessary to develop effective operation and control techniques as well as to develop noble process technologies. So, semiconductor industries are carrying out diverse activities consistently for managing semiconductor process equipment efficiently. For efficient operation and control of semiconductor process equipment, performance of the data communication network between process equipment and the corresponding operating system or among process equipment must be highly excellent. In particular, when moving toward 450mm wafer fabrication system, semiconductor industries are trying to construct an organized system that collects and controls various and big-sized data generated from both equipment and operating system stably. Thus, in this research, after statistically modeling the relationship between key performance factors of communication network in semiconductor manufacturing system and operating parameters which influence key performance factors, we evaluate the performance of communication network and then propose effective network operating strategy using both desirability function optimization method and efficient heuristic algorithms.

        Infectious bursal disease 백신주의 VP2 gene의 hypervariable region 분석

        To detect the genetic variations among infectious bursal disease (IBD) vaccine strains, the hypervariable region of VP2 gene of seven IBDV vaccine strains were amplified using reverse transcriptase/polymerase chain reation(RT/PCR). Ampllified PCR products of IBDV were cloned, sequenced, and compared with published sequences for IBDV. Vaccine strains (JOONG, HAN, B7, IB, BU2, G2, CIL) used in Korea and Korean field isolates (SH/92, K1, 310) had 81%(310 and HAN) ~ 98%(SH/92 and CIL) amino acid sequence similarity. Vaccine strains had 80%(HAN and IB) ~ 99%(JOONG and BU2) amino acid sequence similartiy. Intermediate plus vaccine strain, CIL was not substituted at positions 279(D $\rightarrow$ N) and 284(A $\rightarrow$ T), and conserved in serine-rich heptapeptide. At the two hydrophilic region, JOONG, IB and Bu2 strains had identical amino acid sequence comparing with STC strain. By phylogenetic analysis, JOONG and DAE strains were categorized in same group with BU2. The CIL and STC strains closely related but seperated from G2, HAN, B7 and IB strains.
