태권도가 갖는 문화적 가치는 다양하다. 그 중에서도 문화 외교적 차원에서 태권도의 위치는 이미 세계적인 수준에 올라와 있는 것도 사실이다. 이 연구는 세계 각국에서 국위 선양에 이바지한 해외 태권도 사범 1세대들의 현황과 태권도를 통하여 정치, 경제, 사회적으로 대한민국을 알리는 도구로서의 역할들을 살펴보고, 그에 따른 개선점을 제시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1940년대 이후 개인적인 차원의 해외진출이 이루어지면서 해외 개척과 지역연맹 결성이 이루어 졌고, 이것을 통하여 태권도가 세계적인 스포츠로 자리 잡았고, 그 결과로 올림픽 정식 종목 채택의 영애를 안았다. 이 과정에서 활동했던 해외진출 1세대, 2세대, 3세대 사범들의 역할이 가장 컸다. 둘째, 국가대표 시범단의 왕성한 활동을 통해서 보았듯이 시범단의 해외 활동을 통한 국가 홍보적 가치는 크다. 국가대표 시범단을 중심으로 더 많은 시범단을 육성 발전시켜, 현재 활동이 왕성한 국가대표 시범단과, 코리안타이거즈 시범단 등의 활동뿐 아니라, 이들을 통한 문화 교류의 장이 이루어 져야 한다. 시범단의 왕성한 활동을 통하여 태권도를 알림으로서 우리나라의 국가 이미지가 올라가고, 그 효과는 즉시 외교적 성과로 이루어지기 때문이다. 셋째, 국제협력단(KOICA) 소속 사범들의 활동 역시 민간외교적 차원에서 이루어지고 있다. 이들은 정부의 파견에 의해 해외로 나갔지만 개인적인 나름대로의 왕성한 활동을 통하여 각자의 위치에서 민간인에게 다가가는 문화전도사의 역할이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 투철한 봉사 정신을 통하여 중동, 아프리카, 아시아등의 경제 약소국에서도 많은 활약을 하고 있다. 넷째, 종교적인 목적과 사명으로 해외에서 태권도를 지도하고 있는 태권도 전문인 선교사들은 선교적 사명으로 각자의 임무와 비젼(Vision)을 가지고 해외에서 활동하고 있지만 그들도 태권도를 하고, 태권도를 통하여 한국의 국민성과 역사, KOREA라는 이름을 전세계 동맹국과 비동맹국에 알리고, 사회적인 봉사활동으로 민간외교적 영향력을 행사하고 있다. It is a fact that the cultural value that Taekwondo has is various, and a position of Taekwondo has already come up in a global standard in a dimension of cultural diplomacy in that. Through the present situation; Taekwondo of overseas and the 1st generation of Taekwondo instructor who contributed to enhance national glory in various countries in the world, I watch politics, economy, duties as a tool to tell about the Republic of Korea socially well and showed a refinement by it. and a conclusion seems to be next. First, after 1940's, while an overseas advance of a personal level gets achieved, overseas pioneering and a local federation consisted, and it was available to having a position held of Olympics medal sport adoption by the result by the sports that Taekwondo was global through this. This is all thanks to the first, 2nd , 3rd generation of Taekwondo instructor who were very active in oversea. Second, as we looked through excellent activity of national team, value of national publicity is big through overseas activity of them. So I think with national team as the center, we have to bring up and train them and make proxemics of the national team, Korean Tigers and demonstration team. A national image of our country rises by telling it about Taekwondo through excellent activity of demonstration team, and the reason is because the effect consists of result of diplomacy promptly. Third, Activity of international collaboration group position instructors makes ends meet with a dimension of nongovernmental diplomacy, and they appeared by dispatch of the government abroad, but a duty of a culture missionary approaching a private citizen through full activity of personal it at a position of each person consists. In addition, they do much activity through the service mind why they put my heart and soul into in economic lesser powers such as Middle East, Africa, Asia. Fourth, Overseas, the propagators who are specialized in Taekwondo teaching Taekwondo to in a religious purpose and mission abroad are active with duty and vision (Vision) of each person in a mission of the propagation, but they do Taekwondo and I can tell whole world ally and a nonalignment country about Korean national traits and history ,KOREA and a name to say through Taekwondo and use influence of nongovernmental diplomacy by a social volunteer.

중등학교 체육과 교육과정의 분석을 통한 체육수업의 개선방안

국문초록 중등학교 체육과 교육과정의 분석을 통한 체육수업의 개선방안 박 우 호 영남대학교 교육대학원 체육교육과 본 연구는 해방이후부터 2007년에 발표된 개정교육과정에 이르기까지 체육교육과정과 관련된 내용들을 분석해보고 이를 통하여 앞으로 중등학교의 체육수업이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시함으로써 학교에서 체육교육이 제자리를 찾을 수 있도록 하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중등학교 체육과 교육과정의 분석을 통한 체육수업의 개선방안에 관하여 다음과 같이 결론을 내렸다. 첫째, 체육교육이 제자리를 찾아가기 위해서는 체육교육에 관한 정체성이 확립되어야 한다. 둘째, 학생들의 흥미를 유발하기 위하여 체육수업은 다양한 방법으로 진행되어야 한다. 셋째, 결과중심의 단조로운 평가방식에서 탈피하여 다양한 평가도구들이 활용될 수 있는 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 마지막으로 변화하는 수업환경을 적극적으로 받아들이고 이를 이용할 수 있도록 체육교사의 적극적인 역할모색이 필요하다. 이러한 결론을 바탕으로 체육교육이 스스로 반성하고 변화를 주도할 수 있다면 최근 교육계의 교육과정 개정에 관한 논의와 예체능 교과의 평가방식 전환에 대한 논란은 오히려 우리에게 새로운 도전의 기회가 될 수 있다. 또한 지금의 위기상황이 전화위복이 되어 체육교과의 정상적인 운영과 가치의 극대화를 재고할 수 있는 기회가 될 수 있다. Thesis The Method of Improvement in Physical Education Classes by Analyzing Physical Education Curriculum in Secondary School Park, Woo-Ho Department of Physical Education Graduate School of Education Yeungnam University (Supervised by Professor Kim, Dong-Kyu) ABSTRACT The object of this study is to find the right way that physical education in school has to head for by analyzing all of the curriculum since the Liberation and indicating the direction that physical education class in Secondary School is going to proceed. The result of this analysis is as follows: First, the identity of physical education has to be established to set it back into place. Second, various kinds of teaching method should be applied to induce students' interest. Third, diverse assessment tools should be used to move away from result-based evaluation. Finally, physical education teachers need positive attitude to search for a role of accepting rapid-changing education environment. Based on this conclusion, current controversial issues on curriculum revision and evaluation method change in arts and physical education can be an opportunity to physical education teachers if the physical education can reflect itself and lead the transition.

적응필터를 적용한 멀티레벨 cascaded NPC/H-bridge 컨버터의 설계 및 제어

세계 각국에서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는 계통 연계형 MW급 고압 인버터는 산업용 팬, 펌프, 컴프레셔 등의 어플리케이션에 적용된다. 계통 연계형 MW급 고압 인버터는 에너지 소비가 큰 직입기동방식으로 동작되며, 에너지 효율이 우수한 인버터를 필수적으로 적용해야 한다. 고효율 및 부피 저감이 가능한 최적의 시스템을 설계하기 위하여 시스템을 구성하고 설계 및 제어를 해야 한다. 계통 연계형 MW급 고압 인버터에 적용되는 멀티레벨 인버터의 종류로는 FC(Flying Capacitor), NPC(Neutral Point Clamped), CHB(Cascaded H-bridge), CNHB(Cascaded NPC/H-bridge)가 있다. 본 논문에서는 비교적 간단하며 유지보수가 용이고 셀을 직렬로 연결하기 때문에 원하는 출력전압을 얻을 수 있는 CHB 토폴로지와 출력전압레벨의 증가로 THD가 우수한 멀티레벨 NPC 토폴로지의 장점을 결합한 CNHB 토폴로지를 비교 및 분석하였다. 기존 고압인버터에서는 3상 정류기를 사용하기 때문에 설계가 복잡하고 부피가 큰 위상천이 변압기가 필수적으로 들어간다는 단점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 기존의 단상 인버터와 동일한 토폴로지를 컨버터에 적용함으로서, 복잡한 위상천이 변압기 대신 다권선 변압기로 설계가 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 하지만 컨버터의 입력과 인버터의 출력 전압이 단상 파형을 갖게 되어 인해 dc-link 전압에서 입력 및 출력 전압의 2배 주파수의 2고조파인 무효전력 성분이 발생한다. dc-link 전압에 걸리는 특정 고조파 성분을 상쇄시키기 위해서 기존 컨버터 제어기법에 적응필터 종류인 SNF(Series Notch Filter)와 이를 변형시킨 DBPF(Decoupled Band Pass Filter)를 추가적으로 적용한 제어기법을 제안하였다. 기존 제어기법인 NF(Notch Filter)에 비해 제안한 제어기법인 SNF 및 DBPF를 사용하여 dc-link에 걸리는 전압 리플이 감소되는 것을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다. 또한 DBPF를 이용하여 파워스텍의 입력 및 출력의 2차 고조파 성분을 추출하여 입력 및 출력의 주파수의 2배 주파수가 나오는지 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 타당성을 검증하였다.
