복합처리 (Carburized/CrN Coating)로 표면개질된 Ti-6Al-4V 합금의 구조 및 기계적 성질

In order to improve the low hardness and low wear resistance of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, plasma carburization and CrN coating were carried out. After composite surface treatment, the carburized layer was about 150 ㎛ in depth and CrN coated layer was about 7.5 ㎛ in thickness, respectively. Based on XRD diffraction patterns, preferential growth along (111) direction was observed. The hardness(Hv) was significantly improved up to about 1,960 after plasma carburized/CrN coating while the hardness value of original alloy was 402 before treatment. This result might be associated with TiC carburized layer and CrN coating formation on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy and such high value of hardness dramatically improve the wear resistance. Through the adhesion test of coating, critical load was as high as 32N as compared with the simply processed CrN coating of a 18N.

Object : Hepatitis Treatment-tang No.1 has been used for the treatment of Liver disease and Jaundice. Long-term EtOH exposure leads to immunoregulatory and detoxification impairment. This study aimed to determine the relationship between TNF-${\alpha}$ production and expression, and EtOH-induced cytotoxicity on Hep G2 cells. Method : Cells were incubated with EtOH in the presence or absence of HT. The cells were tested after 24 hours and, again, after 48 hours. Cytoviability and TNF-${\alpha}$ release were analyzed by MTT assay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), respectively. After 24 hours of EtOH exposure, the cytoviability decreased, and the release of TNF-${\alpha}$ was increased. Increased amounts of TNF-${\alpha}$ contribute to EtOH-induced cytotoxicity. The Anti-TNF-${\alpha}$ antibody almost abolished it. Interestingly, EtOH-induced cytotoxicity and TNF-${\alpha}$ production were inhibited by HT. Moreover, when HT was used in combination with the anti-TNF-${\alpha}$ antibody, there was a marked inhibition of EtOH-induced cytotoxicity. Results : These results suggest that HT may prevent the cytotoxicity through partial inhibition of the TNF-${\alpha}$ secretion.

- In this paper, fluorescent discharge type ozonizer has been designed and manufactured. Ozone discharge and generation characteristics have been investigated in accordance with a sort of internal electrodes, output voltage of power supply, air flow rate and discharge power. Air has been used as the supplied gas of the ozonizer. In this paper, when disuse fluorescent lamp was used as an internal electrode. Air flow rate was varied from 2[l/min] to 10[l/min]. The maximum ozone concentration and yield were 3495[ppm] and 23.4[g/kWh] respectively at 2[l/min] air flow rate and 35.2[W] input power. Illumination was appeared as 5[lx] within 15[cm] from external electrode. When fluorescent discharge type ozonizer was used, air flow rate was also varied from 2[l/min] to 10[l/min]. At this moment, the maximum ozone concentration and yield were 2824[ppm] and 21.7[g/kWh] respectively at 2[l/min] air flow rate and 30.5[W] input power. Illumination was also appeared as 5[lx] within 15[cm] from external electrode like used fluorescent lamp.
CrN 박막처리된 Ti-6Al-4V 합금의 기계적 성질과 피로특성

CrN film coated by AIP method, improved the mechanical properties (Hardness, Roughness, wear and fatigue) of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. The properties were studied using GXRD, XPS, Hardness, Roughness, wear and fatigue testers. CrN thin film thickness was about 7.5$\mu\textrm{m}$ and grew with (111) orientation. Hardness of CrN thin film was very high (Hv 1390) and roughness of the surface layer was greatly improved (Ra=0.063$\mu\textrm{m}$) compared with matrix alloy (Ra=0.321$\mu\textrm{m}$). Such changes of hardness and roughness could be contributed to improving the wear resistance and fatigue life. Striation like pattern with dimples and voids, a typical fatigue fracture mode, was observed throughout the specimen.
Community Care 로서의 재가복지서비스의 성격 및 발전방향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 영국을 중심으로 한 지역사회보호 논의를 중심으로 도출되는 이슈들을 검토하여, 우리나라의 재가복지서비스의 특성을 도출하고 그 발전방향을 제시하기 위한 시사점을 찾고자 하는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 따라서 첫째, 영국을 비롯한 서구 복지국가에서 논의되는 지역사회보호란 무엇이며, 이와 관련하여 어떠한 이슈들이 제기되었는가? 둘째 이와 더불어 우리나라의 재가복지서비스의 전개과정에서 나타나는 특징들은 어떠하며 지역사회보호와의 관계는 어떠한가를 살펴본다. 영국의 지역사회보호 정책에서 보여지는 문제들로는 첫째, 지역사회보호 정책의 명확한 개념규정과 정책적 일관성의 결여, 둘째, 사적부문의 강조, 세째, 사회적 서비스의 잔여화, 네째, 지역사회의 보호부담의 문제 등을 중심으로 제기되고 있다. 우리나라의 재가복지서비스는 이른바 지역사회보호 정책의 일부로 위치 지울 수 있으며 그 서비스의 효과성에 관한 평가연구는 아직 기대하기 어려우나 앞의 지역사회보호가 안고 있는 문제들이 재가복지서비스에서도 잠재적으로 제기될 수 있을 것으로 보여진다.
