With major causes of exhaustion and global warming of limited fossil fuel, according to policy of saveenergy and nature-friendly products, it is needed for gas milage to beb increased by compulsion regulation (Corporate Average Fuel Economy, CAFE). For this regulation solution, the diverse and hard tries such as light-weight vehicle, electric car, and fuel cell have carried out to elevate engine efficiency and to reach to a next generation zero-emission vehicle. In light-weight field, it has been tried to find or make much stronger and lighter materials or composites, magnesium alloy and carbon fiber would be a powerful candidate in metals and reinforced plastic composites for light weight vehicles. But, we here introduced carbon nanotube (CNT), which is one of the highest Young’s modulus and strength, and its nanocomposite which would be a new and powerful material to make light weight vehicle. CNT reinforced nanocomposite would solve waste disposal to make up environmental problem and have the advantage in recycling problem that would be or has been occurred in other reinforced composites.
주요우울장애 환자에서의 자율신경심장기능 - Heart Rate Variability 검사를 사용하여 -

목 적:본 연구의 목적은 주요우울장애환자를 대상으로 Heart Rate Variability(HRV) 검사를 이용하여 비침습적으로 자율신경계의 기능, 심혈관조절체계 및 항상성을 측정하여 정상대조군과 비교해보고 생리학적, 임상적 의미를 고찰해보는 것이다. 방 법:DSM-Ⅳ의 진단기준에 의하여 주요우울장애로 진단받은 환자 30명과 정상대조군 30명을 대상으로 하였다. 검사는 SA-2000E 기기를 사용하여 HRV parameter를 측정한 후 시(time) 영역과 주파수(frequency)영역별로 분석하였다. 결 과:Heart rate(HR)는 환자군에서 유의하게 증가된 소견을 나타내었으며 the standard deviation of the NN interval(SDNN), the root square of successive differences(RMSSD)도 환자군에서 유의하게 낮은 소견을 보였다. Total power(TP) band, very low frequency(VLF:$0.003{\sim}0.04\;Hz$) band, low frequency(LF:$0.04{\sim}0.15\;Hz$) band, high frequency(HF:$0.15{\sim}0.4\;Hz$) band는 환자군에서 유의하게 낮은 수치를 보였고, LF/HF의 비는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 결 론:우울증 환자는 심박수의 증가와 HRV의 감소를 보였으며, 교감 신경과 미주 신경의 불균형이 높은 심혈관계 사망률과 부분적으로 연관이 있는 것 같다. 우울증 환자들은 심장에서 자율신경기능의 이상을 나타내며 이렇게 교감/부교감 신경활성 조절능력이 저하되어 균형이 깨짐으로써 높은 심혈관계 사망률을 보인다고 할 수 있다. Objectives: Major depression is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular mortality. One possible explanation for this association is that major depression influences autonomic neurocardiac regulation. However, previous studies on the relationship between heart rate variability (HRV) and major depression have revealed conflicting results. The purpose of this study is to clarify that major depressive patients compared to healthy controls show a reduction in HRV as an expression of reduced modulation of vagal activity to the heart. Methods: According to DSM-IV, the time and frequency domain HRV indices (5-min resting study) of 30 patients with major depressive disorder were compared with those of 30 healthy controls. Standardized HRV tests enable quantitative estimation of autonomic nervous system function. Results: After controlling for age and gender, subjects with major depression showed a higher heart rate and significantly lower modulation of cardiovagal activity compared to controls. The total power (TP) band, very low frequency (VLF: 0.003-0.04 Hz) band, low frequency (LF: 0.04-0.15 Hz) band, and high frequency (HF: 0.15-0.4 Hz) band were significantly reduced in subjects with major depression compared to control subjects. Conclusion: Patients with major depression may suffer from functional disturbances in the interaction between the sympathetic and parasympathetic autonomic systems.
중환자실 간호사의 대상자 중심(Patient Centered) 의사소통 역량수준 및 관련요인

Purpose : This study aimed to provide primary data for developing a program to enhance communication competence by identifying the patient-centered communication competency level of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses and the related factors. Method : Data were collected from August 28th to October 8th, 2015, from 199 ICU nurses working in 30 tertiary hospitals. The study questionnaire included items assessing the patient-centered communication competency of ICU nurses, nursing organizational culture, types of communication, the Teamwork Measurement Tool, the Perceived Nursing Work Environment tool, and the Wong & Law Emotional Intelligence Scale. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a correlation test, and a multiple regression. Results : The ICU nurses' mean score on patient-centered communication competency was 3.97 points. The factors influencing the patient-centered communication competency level of ICU nurses were professionalism (p =.002), innovation-oriented organizational culture (p =.015), and emotional intelligence (p<.001). These variables explained 42.2% of the total variance in the patient-centered communication competency of ICU nurses. Conclusion : These findings suggest the need for developing a patient-centered communication competency improvement program that focuses on improving ICU nurses' professionalism and emotional intelligence, and facilitates the creation of an innovation-oriented organizational culture.

Successful design of PM motors for reduced radiation noise must consider both structural vibration of the magnetic source terms and mechanical source terms. 기상데이터 회귀분석을 이용한 빙축열 시스템의 일일 방냉량 추정

최근 ANN과 같은 기계학습 알고리즘을 사용하여 부하 예측의 정밀도를 높이는 연구가 활발하지만, 기계학습에 익숙하지 않은 실무자들은 기계학습의 메커니즘을 이해하지 못하거나 블랙박스 모델에 불신을 보이는 경우가 있기에 본 연구는 쉽게 부하 추정 메커니즘을 이해할 수 있도록 회귀식형 부하 추정모델을 개발하고자 한다. 한 대형마트의 일일 방냉량 데이터와 외기 데이터를 활용하여 건구온도 및 상대습도가 변수인 다중회귀식을 도출하였다. 해당 식으로 예측한 결과 2019년 6, 7, 8, 9월의 CV(RMSE)는 24.9%, 21.2%, 17.1%, 28.8%로, 이는 허용한도 이하임을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 실제 방냉량과 예측 방냉량에는 아직 상당한 오차가 존재하며, 이는 시계열 데이터를 비시계열 데이터로 간주하였기에 발생한 것으로 추정된다. 이를 극복하기 위해 시계열 데이터를 유지하면서 회귀식 형태를 그대로 쓸 수 있는 자기회귀이동평균이나 자기회귀 누적 이동평균모델이 더 합리적인 대안이 될 수 있다.
