초등학생의 기본 심폐소생술에 대한 인식, 태도 및 수행자신감

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify awareness, attitude and perceived competence about cardiopulmonary resuscitation in elementary school students. Methods: Data were collected from a convenience sample of 616 5th and 6th grade elementary school students in Korea during September and December 2008. A self-questionnaire was used to gather the data. Descriptive statistics, t-test, test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple stepwise regression with the SPSS program were used to analyze the data. Results: Among the items related to elementary school students' awareness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, artificial respiration was perceived at the highest rate (91.9%) and was followed by cardiopulmonary resuscitation, chest compression and airway management. The mean score for attitude 3.51, perceived competence 3.47. There was a positive correlation between awareness, attitude and perceived competence. Attitude and awareness were significant predictors and explained 57.5% of perceived competence about cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Conclusion: The results indicate the necessity of developing effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation education programs for elementary school students.

The purpose of this study was to analysis of nursing interventions performed by the post-anesthetic care nurses practically from one university hospital in Seoul. The data were collected from the 94 people during the immediate postoperative or post-anesthesia recovery stage from one post-anesthetic care unit. The period for collected the data was July 29, 2002 to August, 16, 2002. The instrument for study was the list of 103 nursing interventions out of the post-anesthetic core nursing interventions presented by Lee, Yoon-Young(2000) selected form the 486 taxonomy of nursing interventions classification (NIC) which were translated into Korean. The data were analysed with SPSS program. The results are as follow : 1. The most frequently used nursing interventions were vital sign monitoring, touch, presence, intravenous(Ⅳ) therapy, fluid monitoring, health education, respiratory monitoring in rank. 2. The most frequently used nursing intervention domains were 'Physiological: Complex', 'Behavior', 'Safty', 'Physiological: basic', ''Health system' in rank. 3. There is little difference of the nursing interventions practiced frequently according to the operative regions. This study contributes to post-anesthetic care practice, nursing education, research and nursing information system.
심폐소생술 교육이 간호학과 학생의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도 및 지각한 수행능력에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of CPR training for nursing students on their knowledge, attitude and perceived competence. Methods: This study was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The participants were 54 nursing students who were conveniently assigned to an experimental or control group. The data was collected from October 22 to November 20, 2007 and analyzed by using $x^2$-test and t-test. Results: The first hypothesis,“Posttest CPR knowledge scores in the experimental group will be higher than those in the control group”was supported(t=4.257, p=.000). The second hypothesis,“Posttest CPR attitude scores in the experimental group will be higher than those in the control group” was supported(t=3.664, p=.001). The third hypothesis,“Posttest CPR perceived competence scores in the experimental group will be higher than those in the control group”was supported(t=6.49, p=.000). Conclusion: The CPR training was the effective strategic method to increase the levels of knowledge, attitude, and perceived competence for nursing students.

This study was a cross sectional study to examine the relationship among Type-D personality, self-esteem, depression and stress in middle-aged women. The subjects were 526 middle-aged women living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, Jeolla-do. Of the participants, 40.0% were classified as type-D personality. The mean score of self-esteem was 2.93, depression was 12.36, and stress was 1.97. There were significant differences in self-esteem, depression and stress between type-D and non type-D(t=9.45, p=.000; .t=-8.59, p=.000; t=-7.06, p=.000). This study showed to draw a link between type-D personality and pyschosocial factor. Therefore, when developing programs to enhance health in middle-aged women, consideration should be given to type-D personality. 본 연구는 중년여성의 D 유형 성격과 자아존중감, 우울, 스트레스를 확인하고 D 유형 성격에 따른 자아존중감, 우울 및 스트레스의 차이를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울특별시, 경기도, 충청도, 전라도 지역에 거주하는 중년여성 526명이다. 대상자의 40.0%가 D 유형 성격으로 확인되었고, 자아존중감은 2.93, 우울은 12.36, 스트레스는 1.97이었다. D 유형 성격에 따른 자아존중감, 우울 및 스트레스는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었는데, 중년여성의 자아존중감은 D 유형 성격에 해당하는 대상자에서 D 유형 성격에 해당하지 않은 대상자보다 더 낮게 나타났으며(t=9.45, p=.000), 우울과 스트레스는 D 유형 성격에 해당하는 대상자에서 D 유형 성격에 해당하지 않은 대상자보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다(t=-8.59, p=.000; t=-7.06, p=.000). 본 연구를 통해 D 유형 성격이 중년여성의 사회심리적 건강상태와 밀접한 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 중년여성의 생애발달주기에 따른 특성 및 D 유형 성격에 해당하는 대상자들의 특성을 고려한 간호중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
간호대학생의 삶의 의미, 감사성향 및 우울이 분노에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate purpose in life, gratitude, depression, and anger among nursing college students. A total of 549 nursing students were selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected from September 19 to October 14, 2011 using self-reporting questionnaires. SPSS 18.0 version was used for descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. There were significant differences in purpose in life according to religion, presently live with family, allowances, perception of family level. Gratitude differed significantly depending on religion, presently live with family, allowances. There were significant differences in depression depending on school year, allowances, perception of family level. Anger differed significantly depending on religion, perception of family level. All variables were significantly different perception of grade level, satisfaction of campus life, satisfaction of general life. Anger was significantly correlated with purpose in life, gratitude and depression. 25.5% of the variance in anger was explained by depression, satisfaction of general life and religion. The results of this study maybe useful in understanding the anger of nursing college students and developing more specific programs to control anger and improve personality. 간호사가 되기 위한 자질 중 분노조절은 간호교육자의 중요한 관심사이며, 분노를 중재하기 위한 프로그램 개발을 위해서는 분노와 관련된 요인 탐색이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 간호대학생의 삶의 의미, 감사성향, 우울 및 분노 정도를 알아보고 이들의 관계를 확인하며, 분노에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 전라남북도 지역에 위치한 3개 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 549명이며, 자료수집은 구조화된 자기보고식 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료수집기간은 2011년 9월 19일에서 10월 14일까지였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 삶의 의미는 감사와 순상관관계를, 우울과 분노와는 역상관관계를 나타냈으며, 감사성향은 우울 및 분노와 역상관관계가, 우울은 분노와 순상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 우울, 현재 생활에 대한 만족도 및 종교가 간호대학생의 분노를 유의하게 설명하는 변인으로 확인되었으며, 설명력은 25.5%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 분노조절을 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
