혈관무늬병증에 동반된 중심와곁 맥락막신생혈관에 대한 광역학 치험 1예

Purpose: To report a case of verteporfin photodynamic therapy (PDT) for juxtafoveal choroidal neovascularization (CNV) secondary to angioid streaks. Case summary: An 54-year-old male presented with metamorphopsia of the right eye. It was diagnosed as juxtafoveal CNV secondary to angioid streaks and treated with verteporfin PDT-Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and macular thickness by optical coherence tomography (OCT) were measured. Over 14 month follow-up period, baseline BCVA was 0.3 and it increased to 0.4 by the final examination, while macular thickness decreased from 264 μm to 229 μm. No side effects of PDT were noted. Conclusions: Verteporfin PDT for CNV-associated with angioid streaks does not appear to significantly alter the course of the disease undergoing enlargement and disciform transformation of the neovascular process. However, we expected that the actual clinical findings improved during short term follow-up. The severity of symptoms of CNV-associated with angioid streaks in a single patient varies over time, so long-term follow-up and careful examination is needed.

Drug-induced Gingival Overgrowth Related to Sirolimus and Felodipine

Drug-induced gingival overgrowth (DIGO) is an adverse drug reaction mainly described withthree types of commonly prescribed drugs, namely, calcium channel blockers (CCBs) (nifedipine,diltiazem, and verapamil), anti-convulsants (phenytoin), and immunosuppressive agents (cyclosporine). Numerous reports have associated gingival overgrowth with the newer generationof immunosuppressive agents (tacrolimus, sirolimus, and everolimus), and CCBs (amlodipine,felodipine, nicardipine, and manidipine). Especially, patients concomitantly medicated with animmunosuppressive agent and CCB have a higher DIGO chance. Dentists need to be aware ofdrugs that induce gingival overgrowth, the possibility of DIGO, and risk factors, and also preventthe progression of DIGO by early detection of DIGO, consultation about the drug change,and the maintenance of strict dental hygiene regimes.

한국에서의 일본 고전문학 연구와 제언 -근대문학 논문 사용 언어와의 비교를 중심으로-

本稿は2001年から2010年まで、韓?の代表的な二??から?表された日本古典文??究論文を?象として現況と問題点を究明し、それを改善できる道を模策しようと目論んでいる。まず、十年間、二??を通して?表された日本古典文??究論文の?計は456編、その?で韓?語で作成された論文は241編で52.9パ?セントを占めている。それに?し、日本近代文??究論文の?計は585編、その?で韓?語で作成された論文は407編で70パ?セントを占め、古典文??究論文の割合を上回っていた。本稿で注目したいことは、?なる?値の問題でなく、韓?語で作成された古典文??究論文の場合、テキストから引用された例文についての??が行われていない割合が近代文??究論文に比して14.6倍にも達している傾向を示していることである。このような不完全性は?究者の無意識の?部に?くっている言葉使いの慣性、用語使用の便宜性によるもので、根本的に日本古典文?の外部との疎通を遮っている要素の一つになっていることがわかった。これからは日本古典文?の??出版の活性化、??と?究者の自省とこれについての制度の設け、?者の協同?究による正しい?術用語の位置づけが望ましいと思う。

다니자키 준이치로(谷崎潤一郎)의 『문신(刺青)』과 한강의 『몽고반점』 비교 연구: 에로스와 타나토스의 변주 양상과 그 특징을 중심으로

本稿は日本の近代作家、谷崎潤一郎の『刺青』と韓国の現代作家、ハンカンの『蒙古斑』の比較分析研究を目論んでいる。約百年間という時代の隔たりにも関わらず、両作品は、女性の体を主なモチーフとしている事、男性芸術家の登場、女性の体を対象化している男性の目線、肌の上に再現している芸術の世界、芸術作品として再誕生している女性の体、芸術化された体の持ち主である女性の再覚醒など、その構造が酷似している。本稿では女性の体を通じて再現している芸術の世界に潜んでいる二つの特性、ジ─クムント・フロイトの理論、生への本能、エロスと死への本能、タナトスという概念を借用して分析を試みしてみた。その結果、両男性人物の成し遂げている芸術の過程はエロス的な本能によって支えられているのがわかった。特に、それぞれ「足」と「蒙古斑」で象徴されている欲望の媒介は同時に死への衝動にも作用し、絶大的な快楽の後にはタナトスの変奏が行われているのを明らかにした。

여성에 의해 여성에 의해 재구성된 일본 헤이안(平安) 문학 -닫혀진 일본, 닫혀진 여성, 그 안에서 열린 일본문학-

본 논문은 일본 헤이안 시대의 문학을 이끌어나갔던 동인으로 시선을 돌려 문학과 사회, 문화를 아우르며 고찰한 것이다. 헤이안 시대는 문학을 통해 사고할 것을 습관화하고 문화 일반의 가치를 중요하게 여긴 시기로서 세계의 어떤 문학사보다 이른 시기에 고유한 문학을 형상화하고 완성시켰다. 그 동인의 중심에는 바로 여성이라는 존재가 있다. 정해진 신분이 세습되고 모든 것이 남성 관료를 중심으로 돌아가는 폐쇄사회, 헤이안 시대에 여성은 정략결혼의 희생자인 동시에 남성을 통해 세상과 소통하는 수동적인 입장에 놓여 있었다. 그러나 아이러니하게도 사회의 중심에서 벗어난 그들의 닫혀진 사회와 닫혀진 신분이 거꾸로 그들로 하여금 문학이라는 소통의 장을 열어주었다. 닫혀 있는 신분구조 속에서의 억눌림은 문학으로의 표출이라는 방식으로 재구성되었으며 그들의 삶의 질곡은 자신의 삶 자체를 세계의 전체로서 파악하도록 했다. 그 표출의 국면에서 고유한 표기 수단을 가질 수 있었고 그로 인해 자유로운 글쓰기와 자기서사화가 가능했던 것이다. 결국 일본의 헤이안 문학은 닫혀진 사회 구조 속에 닫혀진 신분으로서의 여성의 안에서 재구성됨으로써 여성적 글쓰기라는 양상으로 만개할 수 있었다. This paper examines the driving force of the flourishing of literature during the Japanese Heian period, with consideration given to the literature, society, and culture at large. The Heian period was when thinking through literature was a norm and the value of culture in general was emphasized. Heian literature shaped and completed its distinct characteristics earlier than any other literary period throughout the world history, and at the center of its driving force were the women writers. In the Heian period, when people were subject to hereditary social classes and male bureaucrats held control over the closed society, women were victims of arranged marriages and had to passively depend on men in order to communicate with outside world. Ironically, however, such a closed society and class system which put women on the periphery opened up a new way of communication for women in the form of women's literature. The suppression felt by women under the rigid class system came to be reconstructed by way of literary expression, and their lives' ordeals were expanded to their views of the external world in its entirety. These were embodied through unique and straightforward ways of expression that could be found in female writings and allowed freedom in their literary activities. It can be said that Heian literature was reconstructed by women writers who couldbloom out of the closed social structure and class system.

여성 검도지도자의 감성지능이 지도자-회원 교환관계(LMX)와 고객만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of sensitivities of female kumdo coach on leader-member exchange relationship(LMX) and customer satisfaction. The members who trained at the Korea Kumdo Association were selected as the population and surveyed a total of 300 people, and 292 of them were used for the final analysis. Data processing in this study was conducted using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to perform demographic frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows. First, self emotion and other’s emotion were had an impact on LMX and using emotion was had an impact only emotional bond and respect professionalism. But, emotion control was not had an impact on LMX. Second, other’s emotion, emotion control and using emotion were had an impact on customer satisfaction. Third, contribution and respect professionalism factors of LMX were had an impact on customer satisfaction. 이 연구의 목적은 여성 검도지도자의 감성지능이 지도자-회원 교환관계(LMX)와 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 토대로 여성 검도지도자와 회원이 긴밀한 관계를 유지할 수 있는 지도방안을 제시하고자 하며, 검도장이 스포츠 시설로서 활성화되는 데 기여하고자 한다. 대한검도회 공인도장에서 수련하는 회원을 모집단으로 설정하였으며 총 300명을 대상으로 설문을 조사했으며, 이중 292부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 및 AMOS 21.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여성 검도지도자의 감성지능 중 자기감성이해와 타인감성이해는 지도자-회원 교환관계(LMX)의 모든 하위요인에 영향을 미쳤으며, 감성활용은 지도자-회원 교환관계(LMX)의 하위요인 중 정서적 유대감과 전문성 존중에만 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 감성조절은 지도자-회원 교환관계(LMX)의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성 검도지도자의 감성지능 중 타인감성이해, 감성조절, 감성활용은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성 검도지도자-회원 교환관계(LMX) 중 공헌과 전문성 존중은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 감성적인 강점을 가진 여성 검도지도자 양성을 위한 인프라 구축에도 노력을 기울인다면 수련생들의 만족을 이끌어낼 수 있으며, 나아가 검도장 운영 활성화까지 기대 할 수 있을 것이다.
