초등학교 도서관 운영 활성화 방안 연구 -경기도 의정부교육청 관내 학교를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 도서관의 운영현황과 실태를 조사·분석하여 그 문제점과 개선 방향을 논의함으로써 효율적인 도서관 운영의 기반을 마련하고, 학교도서관의 바람직한 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 문헌연구를 통하여 학교도서관의 개념과 목적, 기능 및 학교도서관 운영 기준을 살펴보았으며, 실증적 조사방법은 경기도 의정부교육청 관내 초등학교 30개교를 조사대상으로 도서 담당자에게 설문지를 배부하고 회수하는 방식으로 조사를 진행하였다. 이를 통하여 도서관에 나타나는 운영상의 문제점과 개선방안을 모색해 보았다. The purpose of this study lies in preparing the basis for efficient elementary school library management and seeking out desirable promotion strategies for the school libraries by researching and analyzing the current library management. As a research method, the study conducted a literature study and used an empirical research method. Also, the study reviewed the concept, objective, and function of school libraries and the standard of school library management through literature study, and identified proven problems during management and improvement strategies through an empirical research method.

In this paper, the haptic glove using the MR(magnetic-rheological) actuator is developed and its performance is evaluated through the application to the master-slave robot system. The minature MR actuator proposed for the haptic glove is intended for human user to feel the reflective force from the virtual environment. The flexible link mechanism is applied to improve the position-force transmissibility between the MR actuator and human fingers. Then, the master-slave robot system in 3-DOF is constructed to directly evaluate the mobility and the manipulability of the haptic glove and to indirectly investigate the application possibility of the proposed haptic glove to the practical human-machine interaction environment. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed haptic glove as well as the force reflective system.

Binary, ternary, quaternary anion exchanges of hydroxide, chloride, nitrate, and sulfate at total anion concentration of 0.05N were performed with commercial ion exchange resin. The selectivity order of binary anion exchanges was OH < Cl < NO₃ < SO₄². The sequence of their selectivities was consistent for ternary and quaternary anion exchanges.
