This study compares recycled aggregate coated with water-based water repellent agent, produced in existing simple crushed dry way, with crushed gravel and existing recycled aggregate by their properties test in order to use recycled aggregate value-addedly as concrete aggregate. Concrete test is intended to present technological data on the possibility of value-added usage of water- based water repellent agent-coated recycled aggregate by comparing and analyzing its properties before and after hardening through various experiments. The conclusion is as follows. (1) Coated recycled coarse aggregate shows less slump decrease than uncoated one. (2) Coated recycled coarse aggregate reduces the amount of air compared with uncoated one. (3) In the test of compressive strength by replacement rate of coated and uncoated recycled coarse aggregate, concrete mixed with water-coated one improves more in strength than uncoated one. (4) In the test of warping strength by replacement rate of coated and uncoated recycled coarse aggregate, it does not show as distinct a difference in W/C as in compressive strength but reveals similar tendency to the relation between general concrete's warping strength and compressive strength, a fifth to a eighth. Therefore, experimental error is estimated to be small.

This research focuses on the way of increasing effectiveness and productivity in "Form" construction fields that is necessary in construction fields. And we propose to decrease the construction term and industrialization of "Form" construction and to achieve high-quality and high-productivity. The output of this research is based on two construction fields fulfilling structural body construction. After comparing and analyzing each other's productivity, procedure and quality, first of all we try to figure out problems and then we suggest some ideas to improve "System Form".
서중(暑中) 환경에서 현장 콘크리트 시험을 통한 재료 품질관리 방안

It is required to study systematical on the concrete quality management to extend structure life because rebuilding effect is reducing under present condition of large sized and high stories structure. Concrete, which shows its intensity by hydrating action and a big change in quality according to hot weather and temperature, produces a lot of quality problem under hot and cold weather. Because of each specification and construction plan which does not have basic standard on site, concrete's quality is irregular and makes some defect. As a result, Daegu is turned out to be the longest area after investigating application period and days focused on 8 cities weather information about relationship between hot weather circumstance and construction environment. Therefore, we first surveyed the concrete material in the region and found out the problem of quality management. Then figure out the way of solution. Moreover, we integrated concrete material quality management, which is applied differently to each site, to have equal quality and to reduce defect from construction site. And then, based on various test of construction condition and analysis of quality management item, we suggest effective concrete quality management to make concrete material construction standard guide and plan under hot weather.
국내 건설업의 ISO 9000 품질인증제도 활용방안에 관한 연구

Many construction companies are facing to compete for receiving an order of construction with foreign companies in domestic construction market according to the departure of WTO system. Under the system, one of the weak points of domestic companies comparing with others is low quality of building. Therefore, the quality is considered to be important than before. ISO 9000 series, which are international quality guaranteed system, must be great helpful to improve the construction quality of Korean construction companies. This study is going to survey the current situation of quality in construction sites first, and to reveal problems based on the situation, and finally present the alternatives which are related to the application of ISO 9000 system to improve the quality to survive an age of endless competition.
