        한국인 성인성 치주염 환자에서 16S rRNA 분석을 이용한 치은연하치태 세균 분포도 조사

        The 16S rRNA analyzing method is a bacterial identification method that is useful in identifying bacteria which is difficult to do by other means. The following 7 types of bacteria which are Treponema, A. actinomycetemcomitans, P. gingivalis, Fusobacterium, B. forsythus, P. intermedia, P. micros were evaluated in order to study their distribution among patients with adult periodontitis. The 16S rRNA analyzing method was used to compare bacterial distribution among 3 groups. Subgingival plaque acquired from the affected sites(pocket depth ${\geq}6mm$) of 29 patients with adult periodontitis were grouped as the experimental group while plaque from the non-affected sites(pocket depth ${\leq}3mm$) were grouped as control 2 and finally plaque acquired from students with healthy periodontal tissues were grouped as control 1. The results are as follows ; 1. The distribution of Treponema was 12.5% for control 1, 21.4% for control 2 and 75.4% for the experimental group. For A. actinomycetemcomitans the distribution was 0.5%, 19.0%, 44.4% in respect to the order of groups mentioned above. P.gingivalis showed 10.5%, 43.1%, 94.0% distribution, Fusobacterium 33.0%, 48.3%, 81.0% distribution, B. forsythus 9.5%, 17.2%, 65.9% distribution, P. intermedia 1.0%, 12.1%, 26.3% distribution and finally P. micros 5.0%, 19.0%, 48.7% respectively. In all 7 types of bacteria, the experimental group showed higher bacterial distribution compared to the other two groups with statistically significant difference. 2. In the case of Treponema, A. actinomycetemcomitans, gingivalis,Fusobacterium, B. forsythus, P. intermedia, P. micros showed significant difference between control 1 and 2. These results suggest that the 16S rRNA analyzing method which was applied on Koreans for the first time could be utilized and useful in finding potential pathogens of periodontal disease.

        견인전동기용 고정자 코일의 Off-line 부분방전 진단을 위한 NN의 적용

        In this study, PD(partial discharge) signals which occur at stator coil of traction Motor are acquired these data are used for classifying the PD sources. NN(neural network) has recently applied to classify the PD pattern. The PD data are used for the learning process to classify PD sources. The PD data come from normal specimen and defective specimens such as internal void discharges, slot discharges and surface discharges. PD distribution parameters are calculated from a set of the data, which is used to realize diagnostic algorithm. NN which applies distribution parameters is useful to classify the PD patterns of defective sources generating in stator coil of traction motor.

        설소대의 크기와 운동이 발음에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The objective of this study is to ascertain whether the positive exists among the frenum length, the tongue movement and the speech and to present the normal range of tongue movement and guidelines for the choice of surgery, observation if necessary. Materials and Methods : 180 patients were evaluated. We divided 180 patients into 6 group by age. Each group was separated as follows; the age of 2.5-4, 5-6, 7-9, 10-12, 16-18. We measured the frenal length, the range of tongue motion and evaluated the speech so that we really questioned about the positive relationship between the tongue-tie and speech. We let the patient exercise the protrusive both(right, left) laterotrusive superior movement of the tongue. During these movements, we measured the distance between the vermilion border and the tongue tip. We also measured the distance from the tongue tip to the point contacting the upper lip with dorsum of the tongue during the maximal protrusive movement of the tongue. Three linear measurement of the anterior, inferior segment of the tongue including the lingual frenum, are made. These measurements are as follows: 1. Distance A. Free anterior portion of the tongue from the point of frenular insertion to the tongue tip. 2. Distance B. The distance from the initiating point of the lingual frenum to the point connecting the two sublingual carundcles to the lingual frenum perpendicularly. 3. Distance C. The distance from the point contacting the line crossing the sublingual caruncles with the lingual frenum to the terminating point of the lingual frenum. We transform three linear measures into a statistical ratio, A/(A-B+C), representing the length of the free portion of the tongue compared with the total sublingual dimensions. In addition, we assessed the speech through Picture Consonant Articulation Test(PCAT) and tried to find out the relationship between the length of the lingual frenum and speech. Conclusion : As people are born, they have small and restricted tongue. As people grow old, tongue motions are more liberate, and unrestricted and they can speak so freely. Therefore we suggest that until age 5, oral and maxillofacial surgeons postpone the surgery if not urgent, evaluate the maximal lingual motions and PCAT according to this article and observe their changes.

        전력용 케이블 시편에서 전기트리 발생원에 따른 부분방전 분포 특성 및 발생원 분류기법 비교

        One of the cause of insulation failure in power cable is well known by electrical treeing discharge. This is occurred for imposed continuous stress at cable. And this event is related to safety, reliability and maintenance. In this paper, throughout analysis of partial discharge(PD) distribution when occurring the electrical tree, is studied for the purpose of knowing of electrical treeing discharge characteristics according to defects. Own characteristic of tree will be differently processed in each defect and this reason is the first purpose of this paper. To acquire PD data, three defective tree models were made. And their own data is shown by the phase-resolved partial discharge method (PRPD). As a result of PRPD, tree discharge sources have their own characteristics. And if other defects (void, metal particle) exist internal power cable then their characteristics are shown very different. This result Is related to the time of breakdown and this is importance of cable diagnosis. And classification method of PD sources was studied in this paper. It needs select the most useful method to apply PD data classification one of the proposed method. To meet the requirement, we select methods of different type. That is, neural network(NN-BP), adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system and PCA-LDA were applied to result. As a result of, ANFIS shows the highest rate which value is 98 %. Generally, PCA-LDA and ANFIS are better than BP. Finally, we performed classification of tree progress using ANFIS and that result is 92 %.

        쇼트트랙 스피드 스케이팅 직선동작의 운동학적 특성

        The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of skill levels and phases for players to enhance the performance of straight course in short track speed skating. For the analysis, the events were classified into left touch down, right push-off end, right touch down, left push-off end and second left touch down and the phases were right push-off, right recovery, left push-off and left recovery. The subjects were 4 Korean elite woman short track skaters. The motion were analysed using the DLT(Direct Linear Transformation) method of three dimensional cinematography. The primary findings of this study were included as follows; 1. Comparing the temporal valuables of the skaters, it is desirable that push-off of right leg should be faster than that of left leg and recovery of right leg should be slower than that of left leg. 2. In gliding phase, it is recomended that the skaters try to decrease the propulsion angle which the other leg is in recovery to avoid the plantar flexion. 3. It was founded that the trunk angle was increased for the right stroke and decreased gradually while the left stroke, which could reduce the centrifugal force in the curve. 4. The knee angular velocity of the left leg should be increased gradually after the maximum knee angular velocity of the right leg, which could a positive effect on the push-off force on the ice surface. 5. After the push-off motion, the distance between both legs was greater in right push-off end than in left push-off end because players sould move inner course in right push-off. In addition this study analysed positionof center of mass and ankle angle and so on.

        Output Characteristics of Current Sensor and Voltage Sensor Built in Epoxy Spacer

        In the distribution networks, it is necessary to develop small and light voltage and current sensor for compact and digitalized switchgears. For this purpose, some researches have been continuing till now, CT(current transformer) and VT(voltage transformer) are one of that research. But conventional CT and VT have some problems, that is, have big size and saturation characteristics because of used to iron core. In this paper, CS(current sensor) and VS(voltage sensor), have some merits measuring of current and voltage magnitude as a alternated conventional equipment, were studied. So, this paper shows the process CS and VS design method, equivalent circuit and output result, respectively. As a result of this test, proposed CS and VS have linearity for the output, no saturation.

      • 中野重治の「五勺の酒」論 〈末練〉について再考する

        'Five Scoops of Liquor'(Nakano Sigeharu) is a short novel published in the January issue of 『展望』 in 1947, right after being defeated in World War Ⅱ. This piece of work is what we call an epistolary novel, in which a principal in the teaching profession of a secondary school under the old system writes letters to his friend. He has a few drinks (Rationed liquor by the Constitution) and gives vent to his pent up fury, anger, and frustration against the post war circumstances of society and life. He was just a teacher who wanted to "stay with his young students and go with them, though moving slowly along on hands and knees, and wanted to give encouragement and guidance to them." He prayed to stay with the boys, with his everything at risk. But he couldn't do anything for them at war. Far from 'being with them, though moving along on hands and knees', he could not help seeing his students and young fellows leaving for battlefields. This engraves a deep feeling of sin, remorse, and a sort of lingering attachment that can't be cut out or abandoned in his heart. A deeply engraved lingering attachment or regret does adhere to him and will not get away from his mind, because it is related to 'a lingering attachment or regret for the future', rather than ending up with 'a sentiment for the past that can not be undone'. This hazy feeling of lingering attachment or regret makes him heartbroken. From the start of having this feeling, he cannot but stare at his inside, of which confusion makes him stagger uncontrollably. The sin that a lot of Japanese, including him, might have felt or committed at war will not be brought to the public as a national unsettled issue nor be treated substantially. This dismal foreboding of the future makes his mind become more and more chaotic. The start line of dealing with or correcting the past wrongdoings should be from clarifying the reason why the past turned out to be. Otherwise, we can't make our new future. 'A Practical Hope' lies in making the reasons clear. His sin turns out to be a foundation of postwar Japan, without taking any responsibility of the war. This ominous presentiment overlaps the promulgation of a new constitution that can be a postwar symbol. Those situations make him desire to get drunk and run away. Nevertheless, his feeling of lingering attachment has a factor of significance that can be referred to as 'Practical Hope'. It is because every country has its own painful and remorseful history, and we believe that a bright prospect can be made on our truthful and ardent effort to find a ray of hope in feelings of lingering attachment, remorse, despair, and dismal history stained with pain. It may be that a practical hope will come true in the midst of connecting the past of wrongdoings with the resultant present without discontinuity.
