. Various assistive devices designed to aid visually impaired individuals in their daily lives have been recently developed. However, such individuals still face challenges when purchasing groceries owing to insufficient product information being available to them. Therefore, we constructed a braille output system that incorporated real-time product detection functionality to facilitate grocery purchases. The high portability and user-friendliness of the braille output system were achieved through a simple configuration and mechanism. Specifically, the system could identify the brands of various beverages through real-time video captured by a smartphone and convey this information using a vibration motor to generate a braille output. Furthermore, a magnetic case allowed for easy attachment of the device to a smartphone. Consequently, we anticipate that the proposed braille output system will significantly assist visually impaired individuals in their daily lives, especially while grocery shopping.

Electrodialysis (ED) is desalination process in which an ion exchange membrane (IEM) capable of selectively transmitting ions is alternately disposed and then desalinated or concentrated using electrical energy. In the IEM of ED, an ion concentration gradient is formed due to different ion transporting, and thus the efficiency of desalination is degraded. Recently, research has been conducted to improve ion transport by changing the property of the membrane surface to increase efficiency. On this paper, conducted an experiment to visualize the electroconvection (EC) on the surface of IEM having different ratio of conductive and non-conductive patterns on the IEM in real time and confirm the difference in performance at the overlimiting current.
천안시 주민들의 주택보유형태 및 주택점유형태 결합선택 분석

본 연구는 다항로짓분석을 이용하여 천안시 주민들의 가구별 주택특성 및 사회경제적 변수가 주택보유형태 및 주택점유형태의 결합선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 자가-비아파트에 살고 있는 가구는 주로 오랜 기간 지역을 지켜온 원주민들의 특성을 나타내고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 임대-아파트에 거주하는 가구 는 수도권 거주경험도 가지고 있으며 언제든지 수도권으로의 이전을 생각하여 자가 주택을 구입하지 않는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 가구의 다양한 사회경제적 변수가 주택선택에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었는데, 예를 들어 가구주 의 연령이 높을수록, 그리고 거주기간이 길고, 학생 수가 많을수록, 임대주택보다는 자가주택을 선호하였다. This study explores the plausible socio-economic variables that influence joint choice of tenure and dwelling type in Cheonan. For estimating these joint choice models, multinomial logit framework is employed. Following the practice of other studies, we chose the age of householder, education level of householder, occupation of householder, residence duration in Cheonan, experience of capital area residence, plan of capital area move and the monthly income of household as socio-economic variables, and size of house, access of subway area, residence area as house characteristics. According to the estimation result, we can derive som implications. For example, the higher monthly income of household, more member of student, bigger size of house, longer residence duration of Cheonan, the more they prefer owing house apartment to renting it. In addition, as householders are older, size of house is bigger, they prefer owing-non apartment to owing house-apartment.

인테리어 유통매장의 공간마케팅 전략과 연출방법에 관한 연구

No one in this society of era of over-supply would deny increasing significance of display environments and marketing strategies of distribution stores. In the light of that, this study looked into space marketing strategies and presentation methods of interior decoration distribution stores, and an IKEA showroom in Gwangmyeong was selected as a research target. According to the research findings, first of all, the IKEA showroom was making very good use of experiential strategies and image strategies in every space of the location. Second, in terms of the space presentation characteristics applied most importantly to the IKEA showroom, the study confirmed that IKEA was basically valuing synesthesia, association and participation most highly. Third, regarding this image strategy used most frequently by IKEA, they were concentrating more on improving their current images. This study investigated various space marketing strategies and presentation methods of IKEA and as far as the study believes, such space marketing strategies will be applied cleverly to diverse spaces and other stores in the field of interior decorations.
