        한국인 혈우병 A 환자에 있어 Factor Ⅷ 유전자의 Inversion양상과 빈도 및 이를 이용한 혈우병 A 보인자 진단

        We have undertaken this study to identify the factor VIII gene inversions in Korean patients with severe hemophilia A. We have analyzed the presence of factor VIII gene inversions in 41 unrelated Korean patients with severe hemophilia A, using Southern blot analysis. Factor VIII gene inversions were noted in 16 (39%) out of 41 patients studied: thirteen patients (31.7%) had a type 1 (distal) factor VIII gene inversion, and three patients (7.3%) had a type 2 (proximal) factor VIII gene inversion. Carrier detection was performed in three sisters of patients who showed type 1 factor VIII gene inversions: two sisters had a type 1 factor gene inversion, the other sister had no inversion. These data suggest that factor VIII gene inversion is found in about 40% of Korean patient with severe hemophilia A, and that the detection of factor VIII gene inversion is very useful for carrier detection and prenatal diagnosis of hemophilia A in the Korean population as well as in Caucasians.

        서울시내 남 녀 고등학생들의 식습관과 건강상태에 관한 연구

        남녀 고등학생들의 식습관을 조사하여 식습관이 좋은군의 학생과 좋지 못한군의 학생들의 건강상태와 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조사대상자의 연령은 16∼17세가 79%로 가장 많았고, 평균체중은 55.3±9.1㎏, 평균신장은 165.6±7.6 ㎝였다. 2. 조사대상자의 부모의 학력은 고졸이 많았고 어머니의 학력이 아버지의 학력보다 낮았으며 강남의 부모학력이 강북의 부모학력보다 높았고, 인문계학생 부모의 학력이 높았다. 3. 강북과 강남의 식품섭취 빈도는 녹황색 채소(p<.0.1), 과일(p<.05), 쌀, 밀가루, 감자(p<.05)에서 유의적인 차가 있어 강북이 강남보다 적게 섭취하였다. 4. 하루 중 가장 규칙적인 식사는 점심이었고 불규칙적인 식사는 아침식사였다. 5. 일반환경과 건강상태에서 강북과 강남은 우울증(p<.0.5)에서 유의적인 차가 있어서 강북학생들의 우울증이 높았고 인문계와 실업계 간에는 신체화 중상(p<.0.5)이 유의적인 차가 있어서 인문계 학생의 신체화 증상이 높았다. 6. 식사의 규칙성에 따른 건강상태는 유의적인 차가 있어 규칙적인 식사를 하는 학생이 불규칙적인 식사를 하는 학생보다 건강상태가 좋았고 하루의 식사가 규칙적인 학생이 성적도 좋았다. 7. 식습관과 각 건강상태와는 많은 상관관계가 있었다. 특히 신체적 건강에서 근육골격계는 과일(p<.001), 해조류(p<0.5) 튀김, 전, 볶음(p<.0.5), 짠맛(p<.0.5), 신맛(p<.0.01)과 상관관계가 있고 정신적 건강에서 강박증은 우유(p<.0.5), 쌀·밀가루·감자(p<.0.5), 짠맛(p<.0.5), 단맛(p<.0.5), 식사를 먹지 않거나 적게먹는 경우(p<.0.5), 과식인 경우(p<.0.1)에 상관관계가 있어 식습관 요인과 관계가 가장 깊었다. This study researched the dietary habit of boy's and girl's high school students, and into low it was connected with the state of health between the group of having the right dietary habit and the group of having the wrong habit. Results were as follows: 1. The age about the object person of research was the most numerous in 79% at 16∼17 years old, the average weight was 55.67±9.08 ㎏, the average height was 165.47±7.56㎝. 2. In the parent's school career of the object person of research, persons who graduated high school were many. The mother's educational level was lower than the father's school career. The parent's school career in the district south of a river was higher than the parent's school career in the district north of a river. And the parent's school career of cultural students was high. 3. The frequency of food intake in the district north of a river and in the district south of a river was a meaningful difference in the vegetables blended in green and yellow things(p< .01), fruit (p< .05), rice, flour, potatoes (p< .05), and so the district north of a river took less than the district south of a river. 4. The most regular diet in a day was lunch, The appetite of the students was generally good. 5. The general environment and state of health were a meaningful difference about melancholia (p< .05) in the district of north and south of river, and so melancholia in students of the north of a river was high. 6. The state of health according to regular diet was a meaningful difference, so regular student was better than irregular student in state of health, and was the same in study. 7. Eating habit correlated much to each state of health, Especially in physical health, the muscular frame correlated to fruit (p< .001), seaweeds (p< .05), fried food, jun, panbroiled food (p< .05), salty taste (p< .05), sour taste (p< .001).

      • Facile Li<sup>+</sup> ion transport and superior thermal stability of polydopamine-encapsulated graphite anodes for Li-ion batteries

        Polydopamine (PD) coating is demonstrated to enhance Li+ ion transport kinetics and thermal stability of graphite anode for Li-ion batteries. Commercial grade graphite electrodes are successfully coated with nano-scale PD layer by simple dip-coating process. PD-coated graphite electrodes exhibit increased initial reversible capacity and improved rate capability at both lithiation and de-lithiation processes. The superior power performance of PD-coated graphite is ascribed to the reduced activation energy for the interfacial Li+ transfer reaction, as evidenced by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. In addition, PD-coated graphite show improved cycle performance at 60°C, which is attributed to suppressed thermal degradation of the graphite/electrolyte interface by PD coating.

        Adaboost를 이용한 모바일 환경에서의 홍채인식을 위한 눈 검출에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 adaboost(adaptive boosting)를 이용한 눈 검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 기존의 adaboost를 이용한 눈 검출 알고리즘의 문제점으로 지적된, 실제 눈이 아님에도 불구하고, 눈으로 찾는 오검출율(false alarm rate)를 감소시키기 위해 각막 면에 생성되는 조명의 반사광을 모델링을 통해 추정하고 adaboost의 학습과 눈 검출에 사용되는 박스의 최적의 크기를 실험을 통해 결정하였다. 위의 결과로 검출된 눈 영역을 중심으로 일정 영역에 대하여 동공과 홍채 영역을 원형검출기(circular edge detector)를 이용하여 검출하였다. 실험결과 휴대폰으로 취득한 얼굴영상에서 약 99%의 눈 검출 정확도를 나타내었으며, 휴대폰 환경에 적용했을 때 처리시간은 1초 내외 소요됨을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose the new eye detection method by using adaboost (adaptive boosting) method. Also, to reduce the false alarm rate which identifies the non-eye region as genuine eye that is the problems of previous method using conventional adaboost, we proposed the post processing methods which used the cornea specular reflection and determined the optimized ratio of eye detecting box. Based on detected eye region by using adaboost, we performed the double circular edge detector for localizing a pupil and an iris region at the same time. Experimental results showed that the accuracy of eye detection was about 98% and the processing time was less than 1 second in mobile device.

      • Insulated Metal Substrate의 Top Metal과 Bottom Metal 두께 변화에 따른 전력 모듈 열 방출 특성 분석

        Direct Bonded Copper (DBC) commonly used in Power Module can cause cracks due to the Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) mismatch between Cu and ceramic. Insulated metal substrate (IMS) are proposed to overcome these disadvantages of DBCs. Unlike the existing IMS Power module, it introduces the integrated structure of bottom metal and base plate. The dielectric of IMS has a lower heat dissipation capacity than the ceramic of DBC due to the low thermal conductivity of the dielectric, but to overcome this, the heat dissipation ability is improved by changing the thickness of the top metal and bottom metal. In this paper, thermal analysis simulation is conducted using COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS. Compared to DBC substrates using Al2O3 Ceramics, the top metal thickness of the IMS substrate is changed to 0.3mm to 2.5mm, and the heat dissipation ability is observed accordingly. In addition, the bottom metal thickness is changed to 3mm to 5mm and observed. The thicker the thickness of the top and bottom metal, the better the heat dissipation ability.
