        文化大革命시기 「國民經濟發展」구상과 三五계획

        The Third Five-Year Plan of the People"s Republic of China(PRC) was an economic development plan that was supposed to launch from 1966 to 1970, the first half of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution(Cultural Revolution). In previous studies, the effectiveness of the Third Five-Year Plan was undervalued, and that is why the full-fledged research has not been carried out on this topic. In-depth analysis, however, is necessary for two reasons. Firstly, the economic development strategy, which PRC leadership meant to implement at the Cultural Revolution, can be found by studying the Third Five-Year Plan. Secondly, the profound change, which implies the economic situation during the early period of the Cultural Revolution, occurred when PRC establishing the Third Five-Year Plan. This study starts at the comparison between two documents, the initial and the revised drafts, both of which were written for the setting of the Third Five-Year Plan. The causes of changing and economic debates in the early times of the Cultural Revolution are followed after that analysis. This study led to the following conclusions. First of all, the Chinese leaders, the so-called faction of radicals on the Cultural Revolution, did not abandon the economic development. For Mao Zedong and other leaders, the development of "the National Economic" has always been the key issue for the nation"s survival. Next, the process of variation in the Third Five-Year Plan and its contents were closely related economic damages which were result of debates among Chinese leadership in the early days of the Cultural Revolution. The Third Five-Year Plan underwent a significant change when a large-scale war preparation plan called the Third-Front Movement was incorporated into it. Through this process, the initial plan, which was composed stably based on the experience of the Great Leap Forward movement and the period of adjustment, was changed to be the revised plan, which was more rigid and goal-oriented. Unfortunately, the problems caused by this change have remained unsolved. Finally, the Third Five-Year Plan was not overwhelmed by the Cultural Revolution, but it managed to exert a certain influence on the economic. In the second half of 1966, economic debates arose to complete the Third Five-Year Plan, and the Chinese leadership decided to spread the Cultural Revolution to the economic areas. On the contrary, when it was confirmed that the Cultural Revolution had negative impacts on the economy, the Chinese leadership tried to quickly stabilize the political situation by mobilizing the People"s Liberation Army. These adjustments show that the Chinese leadership considered the Third Five-Year Plan as an independent policy package from the Cultural Revolution.

        남자 간호대학생의 성별 친화적 교육환경과 의사소통능력이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of a gender-friendly environment and the communication competence of male nursing students on college life adaptation. Methods: The participants included 221 male nursing students from the nursing departments at five universities. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearsons correlation coefficients, and multiple regressions with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: The participants’ scores on the gender-friendly environment, communication competence, and college life adaptation were 58.41±10.96, 56.19±7.32, and 117.37±16.86, respectively. Factors influencing male nursing students’ college adaptation included satisfaction with major, communication competence, academic grade, and economic level. These variables together explained 59% of college adaptation in male nursing students (F=26.74, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings demonstrate that the development and application of educational programs for communication competence and a gender-friendly educational environment are essential in enhancing the adaptation of male nursing students to college life.

      • 인적자본 기업패널 자료를 활용한 기업 성과 연구 분석

        This study aims at analyzing recent research studies on educational training and corporate performance that used the Human Capital Corporation Panel(HCCP) and have been published in domestic scholarly journals from 2006 to 2010. In searching for the reviewed articles, the authors used such database as Research Information Service System(RISS), DBPIA, Korean Studies Information Service System(KISS) and also reviewed the Human Capital Corporation Panel Conference Proceedings. Sixteen papers were finally included in the analyses. This study thus provided the five directions for conducting a further study on educational training and corporate performance by using HCCP data as follows. First, it is needed to clearly define what educational training is. Second, the scope of research subject needs to be expanded. Third, a further study on short and long-term impacts of educational training on financial performance is necessary. Fourth, a longitudinal study is needed. Fifth, it is expected to undertake an empirical study on the structural relation among specified variables that describe educational training and corporate performance. 본 연구는 2006년에서 2010년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문 가운데 인적자본 기업패널 자료(Human Capital Corporation Panel, HCCP)를 활용한 교육훈련과 기업 성과에 대한 연구들을 주요 변인 중심으로 분석하였다. 자료검색을 위하여 인적자본 기업패널 학술대회논문집과 학술연구정보서비스(RISS), DBPIA, 한국학술정보시스템(KISS)을 사용하였고, 제목주제어(title keyword), 논문 초록과 본문 전체를 검토하여 자료를 검색하였다. 검색결과 최종적으로 16개의 논문이 분석대상에 포함되었다. 연구결과로서 HCCP 자료를 활용한 교육훈련과 기업성과 관련 연구의 다섯 가지 연구방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 교육훈련에 대한 명확한 정의 수립, 둘째, 연구대상의 확대, 셋째, 교육훈련이 재무적 성과에 미치는 장단기적 영향에 대한 연구 수행, 넷째, 종단연구 수행의 필요성, 다섯째, 교육훈련과 기업 성과에 해당하는 세부 변수들 사이의 구조적 관계에 대한 실증 연구의 필요성 등이다.
