본 연구는 SNS의 여론형성과정과 참여행태에 관한 연구이다. 대표적인 SNS 서비스인 트위터가 무상급식 주민투표와 10.26재보선 기간의 여론형성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 특히, 여론형성의 유력자인 파워 트위터리안이 영향력을 분석하였다. 첫 번째 연구문제인 트위터의 여론형성에 관한 분석결과, 무상급식 주민투표의 경우 오전시장이 대권 불출마선언 이후에 무상급식 주민투표에 대한 국민들의 관심이 폭발적으로 늘어났으며, 오전시장을 지지하는 트윗보다는 반대하는 트윗의 영향력이 컸다. 10.26재보선의 경우 트위터공간에서 나 후보자보다는 박 후보자가 촘촘한 소통망을 형성하면서 자신에게 호의적인 여론을 형성하였다. 두 번째 연구문제인 파워 트위터리안과 일반 트위터리안의 참여행태에 관한 분석결과, 무상급식 주민투표의 경우 유명스타들이 파워 트위터리안으로써 사회이슈에 대한 참여를 선도하는 역할자로 자리매김하게 되는 계기를 마련했다. 파워 트위터리안은 일반 트위터리안의 공감을 끌어내는 데 성공하였다고 평가된다. 10.26재보선의 경우 박 후보를 지지하는 파워 트위터리안이 나 후보를 지지하는 파워 트위터리안보다 많았을 뿐만 아니라 박 후보와 소통을 하고 있는 일반 트위터리안도 훨씬 많았다. 특히, 박 후보를 지지한 파워 트위터리안이 보유한 커뮤니티의 규모는 나 후보를 지지한 파워 트위터리안의 5배가 넘었다. 파워 트위터리안과 일반 트위터리안의 관계는 단순한 지지가 아닌 서로 간의 공감을 전제로 관계가 형성되고 있다. 전통적인 언론을 통한 여론형성과정에서 국민들은 단순히 여론에 휩쓸리는 대상에 불과하였지만, SNS가 확대되면서 이슈의 생산과 유통에 참여하고 이슈를 선도하는 역할을 하는 것으로 평가된다. This study is critical research on the forming public opinion of SNS and participation behavior. Twitter is a typical SNS service, free school food and 10.26 re-and by-elections during the formation of public opinion on the impact have been investigated. Formation of public opinion about Twitter’s analysis of the first research question, The case of free meals to support the Mayor Oh, rather than against Twitter were influential. 10.26 re-and by-elections Twitter in space, the Park‘ candidate than Na’ candidate has formed a favorable opinion. Power twitterian and twitterian on the behavior of the second study involved analysis of the problem, For free meals, power twitterian were responsible for leading the public opinion. For 10.26 re-and by-elections, Power twitterian were more Park‘ candidates than Na’ candidates. In addition, Park‘ candidates of twitterians were communicating more. Through traditional media in the process of forming public opinion was swayed by public opinion to the target people simply but SNS age people involved in the production and distribution of the issue and the issue has a leading role.

본 논문에서는 허프만 코드의 효율적인 복호화를 위하여 균형이진 트리와 정규 허프만 트리를 이용한 복호화 방법을 제안하였다. 균형이진 트리 방식은 트리의 높이를 낮추고 이진탐색이 가능하도록 하여 검색횟수를 줄일 수 있었지만 심벌의 발생확률이 아니라 코드의 크기에 트리를 만드는 것이 단점이다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 트리의 레벨 마다 심벌의 발생확률에 따른 균형이진 트리를 구성하고 이진탐색을 레벨 별로 수행하였다. 최상위 레벨부터 순차적으로 검색을 하지 않고 코드가 있는 레벨을 찾아 검색하기 위하여 정규 허프만 트리를 사용하여 검색횟수를 최소화하였다. In this paper, we propose a decoding method using a balanced binary tree and a canonical Huffman tree for efficient decoding of Huffman codes. The balanced binary tree scheme reduces the number of searches by lowering the height of the tree and binary search. However, constructing a tree based on the value of the code instead of frequency of symbol is a drawback of the balanced binary tree. In order to overcome these drawbacks, a balanced binary tree is reconstructed according to the occurrence probability of symbols at each level of the tree and binary search is performed for each level. We minimize the number of searches using a canonical Huffman tree to find level of code to avoid searching sequentially from the top level to bottom level.

평면형 광소자 제조공정 중 실리카 식각공정 기술은 일반적으로 잘 알려진 반도체 식각공정 기술과 달리 $8\mum$이상을 식각할 수 있는 높은 식각률과 그에 따른 마스크 물질의 높은 선택비를 필요로 하며, 특히 광 손실을 줄이기 위하여 표면 및 측면의 조도를 줄일 수 있는 공정기술을 필요로 한다. 본 고에서는 $8\mum$이상의 실리카 채널 도파로 형성시 요구되는 식각특성 중 식각률과 식각선택비 및 플라즈마 소스에 대하여 알아보고, 유도결합프라즈마(inductively coupled plasma)를 사용한 실리카막의 식각특성과 최근 진행되고 있는 희토류 첨가 실리카막 식각공정에 대하여 소개한다.

Inductively Coupled Plasma에 의한 fluorocarbon 가스 플라즈마의 실리카 표면 반응 연구

The surface reactions of silica film($SiO_2-P_2O_5-B_2O_3-GeO_2$) with fluorocarbon plasma has been studied by using angle -resolved x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). It has been confirmed that residual carbon consists of C-C and C-CFx bonds and fluorine mainly binds silicon in the case of etched silica by using $CF_4$ gas plasma. The surface reaction of silica with various fluorocarbon gases, such as $CF_4,C_2F_6 and CHF_3$ were investigated. XPS results showed that though the etching gases were changed, the elements and binding states of the residual layers on the etched silica by using various fluorocarbon gas plasma were nearly the same . This seems to be due to the high volatility of byproducts, that is, $SiF_4 and CO_2$ etc..
