This study provides the political suggestion of old people`s welfare and ADL(Activities of Daily Living) index review in korea. This study offers the difference of 1998 and 2001 of KIHASA`s(Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs) findings. In IADL, the index of 2001`s findings developed the contents of survey with life-style and cultural customs of Korea. ADL index of old people in Korea is tightly related to aging society, and shows that the behavior of not only the old aged but the female aged people is restricted. The figures of the frail old people in view of ADLs and IADLs in korea is about 45.3%of the total old population. Then the everyday life of frail old people restricted in one or above fields ADIs and IADLs and below 23point in MMSE(Mini-Mental Status Exam). There is the increased social support and medical cost burden because of aging society. Therefore, social welfare and public care systems required a long-term care of the physical and mental handicapped aged people. It is necessary to introduce and institutionalize of public care insurance. The results of this study shows that the continuous further research, and the support program are necessary for aged people at ADL.

안정된 지지면과 불안정한 지지면에서 팔굽혀 펴기 시 어깨와 몸통근육의 근활성도 비교

본 연구의 목적은 안정된 지지면과 불안정한 지지면에서 팔굽혀펴기(push-up)운동 시 어깨와 몸통 주위 근육의 근활성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있었다. 이를 위해 본 실험에 참여할 것을 동의하고 오른손을 우세 손으로 사용하며, 다음의 제외 조건이 없는 건강한 남자 12명을 대상으로 하였다. 근활성도를 측정하기 위해 근전도 Biomontior ME 60000를 사용하였고, 앞면 삼각근, 큰 가슴근, 배 곧은근, 척추기립근의 근활성화도를 측정하였다. 안정면과 불안정면에서의 각 근육의 근전도를 비교하기 위하여 독립 t 검정을 시행 하였으며 유의수준은 ∝=0.05에서 정하였다. 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 정상 남자 12명의 안정지지면과 불안정 지지면에서 Push-up 운동시 앞면 삼각근은 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 둘째, 정상 남자 12명의 안정지지면과 불안정 지지면에서 Push-up 운동시 큰 가슴근은 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 셋째, 정상 남자 12명의 안정지지면과 불안정 지지면에서 Push-up 운동시 배곧은근은 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 넷째, 정상 남자 12명의 안정지지면과 불안정 지지면에서 Push-up 운동시 척추 기립근은 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 차후 연구에는 체간근을 위한 효과적인 운동프로그램의 개발을 위해 Push-up 운동의 적용절차, 적용기간 등에 관한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이고, Push-up 운동 이외에도 슬링운동을 이용한 체간 안정화 운동 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study is to determine potential effects of using stable and unstable support surface during closed arms kinetic chain exercise upon the activity of muscles around shoulder and trunk. Tests were performed on 12 male subjects. Electromyography using a surface EMG recorded the activity of the middle deltoid, pectoralis major, rectus abdominis, erector spinae push- up. This study used Biomontior ME 60000 as a surface electromyogram(EMG) to measure the activity of each muscle, and also used a sling to implement unstable supporting surfac. The testing result oreder was selected randomly. The subjects were asked to maintain the push-up position with flexion knees, hipsm and trunk for 5seconds at each position. In oreder to compare the quantified in stable and unstable suooort surface muscular activity of each muscle, this study sued independent sample t-test. As a result, The EMG activity for the pectoralis major and rectus abdominis was no significant difference in the unstable and stable support surface the support surface. (P>0.05) But the EMG activity of erector spine and anterior deltoid was significant difference(p<0.05) Based on these findings, it is concluded that closed arms kinetic chain exercise have no significant effect on the activity of muscles around chest, but trunk muscle on the activity of erector spine muscle and shoulder muscle of anterior deltoid have was changes of supporting surface. These results suggest that to improve trunk stability and muscle strength, push-ups are more useful when performed on a suspension sling than On a fixed support, push-up on unstable support surface was improve shoulder muscle stability. These finding suggest that it may be used to develop a rehabilitation program which could be effective in improving trunk and shoulder function in patients with trunk and shoulder problems.

연구논문 : 광주지역 사회적금융 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구

사회적금융은 사회적경제를 활성화시키기 위한 기본적인 금융서비스 제공임과 동시에 지역사회 생태계 조성의 핵심적 요인이다. 1970년대 이후 복지국가 위기를 극복하는 과정에서 유럽 선진국에서는 사회적경제를 통해 빈곤퇴치와 실업률 극복 그리고 지역공동체 회복운동에 가시적인 성과를 거두고 있다. 우리나라도 2007년 법 제정과 함께 사회적경제조직의 양적 성장이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 광주지역은 2015.3월 현재 1,000여개가 넘는 사회적경제 조직들이 활동하고 있으나, 정부 주도의 재정지원에 의존하여 자립성이 부족하다는 지적을 받고 있다. 광주지역은 인구대비 사회적경제 조직 구성 비율이 전국에서 가장 높은 비중을 차지하고 있으면서도 상대적으로 자립성이 미흡하고 자금조달과 판로개척에 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 협동조합의 경우 자금조달은 가장 큰 걸림돌이 되고 있으며 사회적경제 조직의 특수한 성격상 일반 영리은행이나 신협 및 새마을금고와 같은 지역밀착형 은행마저도 접근성이 확보되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 광주지역의 사회적금융 활성화를 위한 대안으로 단기적으로는 기존 영리은행이나 지역밀착형 금융기관을 사회적경제 전담 은행제를 실시하여 지자체와 협력하는 방법을 제안하고 있다. 또한 중·장기적으로는 지역통화와 사회성과연계채권(SIB)을 발행하거나 사회적금융 전담은행을 설립하여 활성화하는 방안을 모색하고 있다. Social finance is a basic financial services being a key factor in the community and ecosystem at the same time for activating the social economy. In Europe, developed countries in the process of overcoming the crisis, the welfare state since the 1970s reap tangible results in the social economy and local communities to overcome poverty eradication and unemployment exercise recovery. Korea also quantitative growth of the social economy organizations with the 2007 legislation has increased dramatically. Gwangju area in March 2015, but is currently more than 1,000 social economy organizations are active, most of which rely on financial support from the government-led under pointed out that the lack of independence. Gwangju area showed that the population compared with all the social and economic organization accounts for the highest percentage share in the country relative to the lack of independence and experiencing the most difficulties in funding and market reclamation. In particular, in the case of cooperatives and the biggest obstacle in financing the social economy, and even the special nature of general commercial banks, credit unions and community credit banks, such as community-based organizations, this does not ensure accessibility. In this study, in the short term, as an alternative for financing social activation of Gwangju it is offering a way to cooperate with the existing local commercial banks, community-based financial institutions to conduct social and economic dedicated bank system. There, in the long run, also seeking to enable the local currencies and issued by SIB or establish a dedicated bank social finance.

IEEE 802.11 WLAN에서 AP의 백오프 값에 따른 TCP성능 변화 연구

지금까지 IEEE 802.11 WLAN 에서 많이 연구되어진 주제는 노드들 간의 공평성(fairness)과 처리량(throughput)을 높이는데 중점이 맞추어진 것들이 대부분이었다. 성능을 높이기 위한 AP의 CW값에 관한 연구는 노드들 간에 관한 연구에 비하여 비교적 적은 편이다. 지금은 노드들과 AP가 충돌하게 되면 BEB(Binary Exponential backoff)방식으로 셋팅되어 사용하게 있기 때문에 1:N의 불공평한(unfairness)상황이 발생한다. AP에서 노드들로 가는 하향링크(downlink) 전송이 많은 상황에서 AP가 다른 노드들과 똑같은 채널 접근확률을 가지는 것은 바람직하지 않기 때문에 AP에게 우선권(priority)을 주어 전체 성능을 높이는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 AP의 CW(Contention Window)값이 변화함에 따라 전체 성능에 끼치는 영향과 노드 수의 변화에 따른 AP의 적절한 백오프 CW값을 분석해 보고자 한다.

본 연구는 사회복지의 시장화와 복지다원주의로 인한 과열경쟁을 방지하고 복지공공성을 확립하기 위하여 민간 개인사업자 중심의 사회서비스 제공기관의 사회적 경제 전환에 관한 분석을 통해 정책적인 함의를 도출하였다. 또한 J지역 지역사회서비스 투자사업의 조사결과를 토대로 민간 사회서비스 공급기관의 운영실태 및 제공인력에 대한 현황 분석 결과 사회복지서비스 공급주체로서의 정체성과 책임성 확보를 위해서 사회적 경제 조직 전환을 통한 활성화방안을 제안하고 있다. 사회서비스분야가 선진 외국과 비교하여 사회적경제 진입이나 일자리 창출 효과가 높다는 점에서 민간분야 개인사업자의 법인전환은 복지시장화의 문제점을 해소할 수 있다는 점에서 정책적 도입을 시사하고 있다.
