This study attempts to reinterpret existing endogenous theories from a circulation point of view. The core of the new endogenous development strategy from the circulation perspective is the economies of scope and the network. It is necessary to reorganize the scope of economic activity by dividing the scope of the region into small circulation, middle circulation, large circulation, and establishing a network between the subjects and the resources. In the case of northern Gyeongsangbuk-do, the region has many specialized resources, but it has not been materialized based on the development strategy. Based on the resources possessed by the region, it is necessary to create a virtuous circle structure of the regional economy, and to find a strategy that links with the big cities outside. From this point of view, the endogenous development strategy is presented as follows. First, regional innovation human resource development and agro-industry ecosystem should be established. It is important to be secured human resources to strengthen the self-determination power of local residents and to link them with the development of local agricultural resources. Second, create a circulating economic system by establishing horizontal governance through dispersed economic agents. Third, diversification should be ensured through 6th industrialization of agricultural industry linked with big cities. Fourth, the business model based on local resource development through village enterprises should be made to foster social economy. In sum, Integrated rural development strategy is regarded as an important key as security of human resources for regional development through the influx of new population.

This study investigated the background of the intellectual ability that consists of family environment, intellectual priority, career aims, intellectual extracurricular activities of the students who were selected for the Science Gifted Education Center. We performed a survey and analysis of the students at the Science Gifted Education Center in order to explore their learning attitudes and intellectual ability, as well as the elements that represent their attitudes. As a result of the study, I found that the students in the Science Gifted Education Center generally had good economic and family backgrounds that showed no significant hardship in supporting the students. The families were also highly educated intellectually. In case the talented students in Science desired to be pure scientists, they liked the Science subjects and enjoyed reading science books. It was mostly the male students that took part. As for the attitude toward intellectual ability, they expected to improve their abilities as they gained knowledge and increased their intelligence through learning, although they didn't confide with us on their intelligence quotients. There were four factors for these attitudes. They include the high expectation of them by others; confidence and ease of mind regarding the assignment; the expectation for improvement in intelligence and ability through learning; and, confidence in intelligence and positive attitude in the participation situatio 본 연구는 과학영재교육센터에 선발된 학생들의 가정 환경, 지적 선호, 장래 희망, 지적 과외 활동 등으로 구성된 지적 능력의 배경을 조사하고, 지적능력에 대한 수용 태도와 그 태도를 나타내는 요인을 탐색하기 위하여 과학영재 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사와 분석을 하였다. 본 연구 결과 초등학교 과학영재 학생의 가정은 대체로 경제적으로 교육을 시키는데 어려움이 없었으며, 지적으로는 높은 수준의 환경을 갖고 있었다. 과학영재 학생이 순수과학자가 되기를 희망하는 경우 이들은 과학과목을 좋아하고, 과학 책을 즐겨 읽으며 남학생일 경우가 많았다. 지적 능력에 대한 과학영재 학생들의 수용 태도는 대체로 지능에 대한 자신감은 크지 않았지만 학습을 통하여 지식이 많아지면 지능과 능력이 향상될 것으로 생각하고 있었다. 이러한 태도의 요인으로 자기의 지능에 대한 다른 사람의 높은 기대, 과제 해결에 대한 자신감과 여유, 학습에 의해 지능과 능력이 향상될 것으로 기대, 지능에 대한 자신감과 상황 참여에의 적극성 등 4가지 요인을 정의하였다.
CBD 공법을 이용하여 Cd2+ 원소 Alloying 시간을 조절한 Cu2Zn1-xCdxSn(SxSe1-x)4 박막 태양전지의 광전지 성능 향상 분석

The Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 (CZTSSe) absorbers are promising thin film solar cells (TFSCs) materials, to replace existing Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) and CdTe photovoltaic technology. However, the best reported efficiency for a CZTSSe device, of 13.6 %, is still too low for commercial use. Recently, partially replacing the Zn2+ element with a Cd2+element has attracting attention as one of the promising strategies for improving the photovoltaic characteristics of the CZTSSe TFSCs. Cd2+ elements are known to improve the grain size of the CZTSSe absorber thin films and improve optoelectronic properties by suppressing potential defects, causing short-circuit current (Jsc) loss. In this study, the structural, compositional, and morphological characteristics of CZTSSe and CZCTSSe thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), and Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), respectively. The FE-SEM images revealed that the grain size improved with increasing Cd2+ alloying in the CZTSSe thin films. Moreover, there was a slight decrease in small grain distribution as well as voids near the CZTSSe/Mo interface after Cd2+ alloying. The solar cells prepared using the most promising CZTSSe absorber thin films with Cd2+ alloying (8 min. 30 sec.) exhibited a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.33 %, Jsc of 34.0 mA/cm2, and fill factor (FF) of 62.7 %, respectively.
