SnO_2 : thin films were deposited on the glass substrate by the spray method. The SnO_2 : thin films were obtained at various wt% ranging from 0.5wt% to 4wt% by the oxidation of tin chloride and antimony trichloride. The structural, electrical and optical characteristics of SnO_2 : thin films were studied. From the results of X-ray diffraction patterns of SnO_2 : thin films crystal structure of SnO_2 : thin films were found to be amorphous crystal. The energy band gap were found to be 3.5eV and have nothing to do with the variation of Sb wt%. For SnO_2 : thin films of 3 wt%, specific resistance, Hall mobility and electron concentration were found to be 3.2 X 10^-3Ω-㎝, 35㎠/Vs, 6.1 X 10^20㎝^-3, respectively.

The internal bramsstrahlung spectrum accompanying beta decay in Cs^137 has been measured using the magnetic deflection method. The geometry was chosen such that Nal (T1) crystal is well shielded from the external bramsstrahlung produced by the beta particles in the pole pieces of the magnet. The pileup is corrected for by graphical integration. The theoretical spectra of KUB, Lewis and Ford, and Chang and Folkoff is compared with our experimental spectrum. The agreement between measurement and theory is poor throughout the energy range in the present investigation, though the experimental points are closer to those in theory of Chang and Folkoff. When the pileup was estimated by graphical integration, the error was 5 to 8 percent and was less than 10 percent at all energy ranges.
ZnIn_2S_4 및 ZnIn_2S_4 : Co^2+ 단결정의 광학적 특성

ZnIn_2S_4 and ZnIn_2S_4:CO^2+ single crystals crystallized in the rhombohedral (hexagonal) space group C_3v^5(R3m), with lattice constants a=3.859A˚, c=36.991A˚for ZnIn_2S_4, and a=3.664A˚and c=36.884A˚ for ZnIn_2S_4:Co^2+. The optical absorption measured near the fundamental band edge showed that the optical energy band structure of these compounds had a direct and indirect band gap, the direct and indirect energy gaps are found to be 2.778 and 2.682 eV for ZnIn_2S_4, and 2.658 and 2.601 eV for ZnIn_2S_4:Co^2+ at 293K. The impurity optical absorption peaks due to cobalt are observed in ZnIn_2S_4:Co^2+ single crystal. These impurity optical absorption peaks can be attributed to the electronic transitions between the split energy levels of Co^2+ ions located at T_d symmetry site of ZnIn_2S_4 host lattice.

This paper deals with the correction factors which must be applied to an apparent resistivity and the four-point probe instrument for the resistivity measurements. The msasuring and calculating values are obtained through this experiment. The mathematical funtions obtained can be applied to the measurement of resistivity of the semiconductor and to the calculation of the base resistance of the point-contact transistors.

1.88 A GeV ^56Fe 이온에 의한 원자핵 건판내에서의 발생각에 대한 연구

LBL 667H 실험의 일환으로써 1.88A GeV ^56Fe이온이 원자핵 전판내에서 일으킨 핵반응을 비적스캔닝(along-the-track-scanning) 법으로 총 473개를 발견하였다. 그중 302개에 대한 방출각을 실험데이타로 삼아 ^56Fe 핵과 원자핵건판들과의 충돌에서 얻어진 다중도 분포의 여러파라미더와 이차파쇄핵의 각분포를 측정하여 6.2∼400 GeV 양성자-원자핵 상호작용과 비교검토 하였으며 알파입자에 대한 분포회귀함수는 β_T^-1??e^(r-nb)이고 β_T^-1=(e^(r_p-nb)) 임을 나타냈다. The results of multiple production produced by 1.88 A GeV ^56Fe ions in nuclear emulsion have been studied. Using by the along-the-track scanning method, We found 473 inelastic events and analysed 302 events. Angular distribution of secondary particles and several parameters of multiplicity distribution at the collisions of ^56Fe ions with emulsion nuclei are measured. And data are compared with those of 6.2-400 GeV protons with nuclei in nuclear emulsion. Regression function of alpha particles is well fitted by use of β_T^-1=exp(r-n_b).
