        교사들의 ICT 활용 촉진 요인 분석 및 제언

        With changing to the new information technology society, education has also been urged to utilize the Information Ccmmunication Technology(ICT). Thanks to the recent efforts by the government, a large number of schools has been equipped with advanced educational technologies. While there has been a lot of studies on how to use ICT more effectively, relatively few is the studies about the activating factors of ICT utilization. More than often than not, those studies have been conducted about the survey of current situations of ICT utilization and have never had implemented based on the theory of diffusion of innovation. As a result, the current study surveyed the previous studies about encouraging and resistance factors of ICT utilization in light of the theory of diffusion of innovation and environmental encouraging factors by Ely. Then, the efforts were made to present suggestions to encourage the utilization of ICT in schools.

        교통 저해요소별 회전교차로 사고모형

        This study deals with the roundabout traffic accidents by traffic impeding factor. The purpose of this study is to comparatively analyze the characteristics of accidents and to develop the accident models. In pursuing the above, this study used a statistical program SPSS 20.0 to analyze 2,342 accidents occurred within 79 roundabouts in Korea. The main results are as follows. First, 4 accident models which were all statistically significant were developed. Second, the traffic volume and width of right-turn-only lane were analyzed to be common variable in the bus stop related models. The variables such as right-turn-only lane, street light, turning radius of entry lane were selected as specific variables. Especially street light and turning radius of entry lane were evaluated to have negative effects to the accidents. It is, therefore, essential to install the street light and place a sufficient turning radius in order to reduce the roundabout accidents. Finally, the traffic volume and number of entry lane were analyzed to be common variable in the on-street parking related models. Also, the width of right-turn-only lane and bus stop were evaluate to be specific variables in the model with on-street parking. This can be expected to give some implications to making the accident reduction guidelines.

      • 교차로의 좌회전 처리방법에 따른 효과 분석

        This study deals with the left-turn treatments of intersection. The goal of this study is to comparatively analyze the effectiveness of various treatments. In pursuing the above, this study gives particular attentions to simulating the delay of such the treatments as protected left-turn, P-turn, U-turn and roundabout using VISSIM software. The main results are as follows. First, in 4-leg/2-lane intersection, roundabout under 800veh./h and P-turn over 900veh./h are analyzed to be the best treatments. Second, in 4-leg/3-lane intersection, the analyses show that protected left-turn is the worst and U-turn is the best treatment. Finally, in the higher left-turn ratio, U-turn and P-turn treatments are analyzed to be better than protected left-turn.

        This study deals with the performance analysis of roundabouts. The objective of this study is to comparatively analyze the average delay time by the regional conditions as the bus stop and driveway in roundabouts. In pursuing the above, this study gives particular attention to analyzing 105 scenarios consisted of bus ratio and the number of driveways depending on traffic volume, using VISSIM(erkehr n tadten- ulationsmodell simulation programs. The main results are the followings, irst, in the roundabout where the bus stop has been installed, it showed a higher average delay than the roundabout that has not been installed. The average delay showed the greatest change when the traffic volume is in the rage of 2,800 to 5,200pcph. Second, the delay depending on the number of driveways was analyzed to give a high value to increasing of traffic volume. lso it showed a difference in the traffic volume to reach the service level . This study might be e pect to give implication to the vehicle delay research on the roundabouts.

        국내산 낙엽송의 재질평가를 통한 실내장식용재 개발

        목재는 인류가 시작되면서부터 인간생활과 가장 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있는 천연재료로서 수급과 가공이 다른 재료에 비해 비교적 쉬워 공예재, 가구재, 건축내·외장재 등으로 매우 유용하게 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 이용학적으로 가치가 있는 목재는 수십종에 불과하며 수십종의 목재 중에서도 재질의 특성에 따라 활용도가 높은 목재와 미활용목재로 뚜렷이 구분되며 특히, 대경목이나 중경목에 비해 소경목은 폐목으로 취급받아 그 활용도가 미미한 정도에 그치는 것이 대부분이다. 특히, 침엽수재인 낙엽송의 소경목은 고급가구나 목공예재로는 활용도가 거의 없는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 활용도가 낮은 국내산 낙엽송 소경목의 실내장식적 가치를 평가하여 디자인 패턴화를 전개하고 새로운 형태의 실내장식재를 개발하고자 하였다. 목재의 실내장식적 가치는 수종에 따라, 같은 수종에서도 그 형상과 재질에 따라 다르게 평가된다. 이것은 감각적인 특성과 물리적 특성으로 크게 구분하여 평가하고 있다. 본 연구의 방법은 목재의 감각적 특성으로 문양이나 목리, 재색, 향기 등으로 평가하며, 물리적인 특성은 연륜폭, 만재율, 밀도, 수축과 팽윤, 흡습성, 마모성, 경도, 표면거칠기 등의 평가를 통하여 실내장식용 재 개발가능성을 모색한다. 본 연구의 범위는 국내산 낙엽송의 감각적 특성과 물리적 특성 분석을 통해 실내장식적 가치를 평가하여 그동안 실내장식재에 많이 사용하고 있는 수입산 목재에 대체하기 위한 감각적, 물리적 특성의 기초자료를 제공하고 조형적인 관점에서 원목의 조형성을 활용한 실내장식재의 다양한 디자인 패턴화를 통하여 실내장식용재를 개발하고자 하였다. 국내산 낙엽송의 감각적인 특성과 물리적인 특성을 평가한 결과, 독특한 문양과 변재와 심재가 뚜렷이 구별되는 재색, 향기 등의 감각적 특성과 물리적인 특성이 우수한 것으로 평가되어 실내장식용재로의 가치는 매우 높을 것으로 판단된다. 국내산 낙엽송 소경목을 이용한 실내장공예재는 심재 및 변재, 심재와 변재 복합형 등의 다양한 형태로 전개한 결과, 각 단면별 특성에 따라 다양한 색채와 실내장식 패턴의 개발이 가능하였으며 향 후 산업가구나 다양한 실내장식용재로의 응용이 가능할 것으로 보인다. 특히, 사용빈도가 낮은 국내산 목재의 재질의 연구를 통한 목재산업의 활로가 개척될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Timber which is natural material related with human life the most closely in human history has been used as crafts material, furniture material, building interior·exterior material, etc. very usefully as its supply/demand and process are easy comparatively in comparison with other materials. But the number of useful timber is just several dozens and they are divided into high-utilized timber and nonutilized timber clearly according to the characteristics of their qualities. And especially, the most of small diameter trees has slight utilization as they are treated by waste trees, in comparison with big diameter trees or middle diameter trees. Especially, small diameter larch which is softwood has little utilization for high-quality furniture or woodcraft material. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to evaluate the interior decorative value of domestic small diameter larch which has low utilization, make it design pattern and develop new interior decorative material. The interior decorative value of timber is evaluated differently according to the tree species as well as shapes and qualities in same species. It is evaluated by dividing into sensitive characters and physical characters largely. The study methods of timber are evaluated by pattern, grain, color, scent, etc. and the physical characters of it are evaluated by width of growth rings, latewood ratio, density, contraction and swelling, hygroscopicity, wearing, hardness, surface roughness, etc and apply possibility of development. The scope of this study to evaluate the interior decorative value by analyzing sensitive characters and physical characters of domestic larch, provide the fundamental materials of sensitive and physical characters for replacing imported timber used for domestic decorative material so much till now, develop various design patterns of interior decorative materials applying timber`s formative beauty under the formative flow through and development them to seek for solution to development the interior decorative materials. As the result of evaluating sensitive characters and physical characters of domestic larches, they have superior sensitive and physical characters such as unique patterns, colors classifying sapwood and heartwood clearly, scent, etc. so they should have very high value of interior decorative materials. In the result of developing to various forms such as heartwood, sapwood, combining form of heartwood and sapwood, etc, interior decorative crafts materials using domestic small diameter larches can be developed to various colors and interior decorative patterns according to the characters of each cross section as well as will be applied to the materials for industrial furniture or various interior decorations in the future. Especially, the inroads of timber industry will be developed through studies on the quality of domestic timber which is not used frequently.
