Examining the Influence of Leisure Involvement and Experience Quality on Behavioral Intentions

이 논문은 중국 정주의 도시 공원을 중심으로 여가 관여도, 체험의 질 그리고 행동의도간의 관계를 연구하였다. 총 335개의 설문지를 8개의 정주의 도시공원에서 수집하였다. 조사에 참가한 335명의 주민을 대상으로 설문지를 수집하였고, 데이터 처리과정에서 부분 응답과 일관성 없는 (불일치) 39개의 설문지를 제거하여 분석목적으로 296개의 설문지를 코드화하였다. 연구 분석을 위해서 SPSS 24.0을 이용하였으며 기술분석, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 주민들의 도시공원에서의 체험의 질은 여가 관여도의 자기 체험의 질보다 여가 관여도의 매력요인(유인요소)과 중심성 요인에 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 체험의 질을 구성하는 모든 요인들이 도시공원에서 행동의도에 긍정적 영향을 유의미하게 미치는 것은 아니라는 점을 이 연구의 결과는 보여주고 있다. 교육의 질 요인, 심미요인, 회피체험 요인이 행동의도를 예측하는데 중요하다는 점이 연구결과 도출되었다. 반면, 오락 체험의 질은 행동의도와 유의미한 긍정적(+)인 관계를 나타내지 않았다. 도출된 연구결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 중요한 연구시사점이 제안되었다. This study focused on relationships among leisure involvement, experience quality and behavioral intention in the urban parks. A total of 335 were collected, and during the data refinement process, 39 questionnaires were eliminated from the study due to partial and inconsistent responses. thus leading to 296 usable questionnaires out of 335. In the final result, 296 questionnaires were coded for the analysis purpose. The hypothesized conceptual model was used to analyze the Descriptive Analysis and Frequency Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 24.0. The result indicated this: residents’ experience quality in urban parks depends on more attraction and centrality of leisure involvement than on the self-experience quality of leisure involvement. The results of this study also indicate that not all experience dimensions are important for resulting in positive behavioral intentions to urban parks. The quality of education, esthetic, and escape experience showed a significant predictor of behavioral intentions, while the quality of entertainment experience did not show a significant positive relationship with behavioral intentions.

실외 도로에서의 영상기반 차량 감시에 관한 연구

실외 도로에서의 차량 검출 성능은 기상 상태, 태양 이동에 의한 그림자, 조도 변화 등에 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 낮 시간대의 실외도로에서 이러한 주변 환경변화에 강건한 배경 추정 알고리즘과 연동한 차량 검출 시스템을 제안한다. 배경 추정 알고리즘은 혼합 가우시안 모델을 적용하고 후보 영역에 대한 차량 검출은 Adaboost 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 흐린 날, 비오는 날 등 동일한 실제 도로에서 서로 다른 기후에 획득한 CCTV 비디오 영상을 사용한 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법이 일반 도로에서의 차량 검출에 유용한 것을 확인하였다. Detection performance of the vehicle on the road depends on weather conditions, the shadow by the movement of the sun, or illumination changes, etc. In this paper, a vehicle detection system in conjunction with a robust background estimate algorithm to environment change on the road in daytime is proposed. Gaussian Mixture Model is applied as background estimation algorithm, and also, Adaboost algorithm is applied to detect the vehicle for candidate region. Through the experiments with input videos obtained from a various weather conditions at the same actual road, the proposed algorithm were useful to detect vehicles in the road.

전자상거래 활성화와 과세체계 개편방안 연구: 부가가치세를 중심으로

인터넷의 급속한 보급과 정보통신기술의 발달은 전자상거래의 확산을 가져 왔고, 그 결과로 전통적인 상거래에 기반을 둔 조세행정에 커다란 변화를 요구하고있다. 이에 따라 OECD국가를 중심으로 전자상거래의 확산이 조세분야에 미치게될 파급효과에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 결과 EU 집행위원회에서는 전자상거래에 부가세를 도입하기로 하였으며 우리나라의 경우도 2-3년 후에는 전자상거래에 부가세가 도입될 전망이다. 그러나 미국은 2003년 말까지는 부가세의 도입을 금지하기로 결정한바 있다. 특히 소비지 과세원칙의 적용 문제, 재화와 용역의 구분, 대리납부제도 및 납세관리인제도 등의 도입 등이 논의되고있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 효과적인 전자상거래 부가세 도입을 위하여 우리나라의 부가세 기본구조와 전자상거래의 활성화가 조세행정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이에 대한 대응방안에 대한 선진국 특히 OECD 국가들의 연구동향과 이를 토대로 우리나라의 대응방안에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

벤처기업신용대출 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

This paper study the way of increasing the credit loan for the Venture Companies. They are very important in national economics. But they are short of financial and mortgage although they have many kinds of superb ideas and technologies. Korean government has tried to financially support them. But the support has had its own limit. Banks and other financial institutions have not been in a positive position to loan money out to venture companies because their businesses are highly risky. The credit evaluation system of medium and small business are need to improve in order to increase the Venture Companies. loan. So, it is necessary to find new measures to activate credit loans to them.

전력선 통신을 이용한 인터넷 맵 연동 전자계량기 모니터링 시스템 구현

본 논문에서는 가정용 계량기의 데이터를 PC로 모니터링할 수 있도록, 전력선 통신(PLC : Power Line Communication) 모뎀과 인터넷맵 기반의 데이터 수집장치를 GUI모니터링 시스템으로 구현하였다. 전력선 통신 모뎀은 기존의 전력선에 데이터를 실어 보내는 기술로 별도의 신호선 설치에 대한 부담을 줄인다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 GUI모니터링 시스템은 인터넷맵 정보를 활용하여 가정용 개량기의 전, 현 월 사용 전력량을 인터넷 맵에서 시각적으로 편리하게 모니터링 할 수 있다. 이 구현은 일반인(비전문가)도 PC상에서 쉽게 전기사용정보를 확인하도록 하여 요금 관리 및 고장 관리에 편의를 제공하도록 한다. This paper deals a watt-hour meter monitor system applying a Power Line Communication (PLC) MODEM and a Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) which can apply to Internet map based Graphical User Interface (GUI). The PLC MODEM is profitable by saving the cost of installing dedicated wiring, and Internet map GUI also is able to contribute an easy access to monitoring system for non export users. This system makes it possible to monitor the amount of electricity of previous/ current month metering data via Internet mapping service. The implement system can easily apply a PC-management for the electric charges and maintenance with gathering the metering data.

고령친화산업 대중국진출방안 연구

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 고령친화산업의 대중국 진출 방안을 모색하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 고령친화산업 현황과 특성, 활성화 및 한계를 살펴보고, 중국의 고령친화산업 수요와 산업배경을 검토하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 우리나라 고령친화산업이 중국에 진출하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 논의하였다. 그 결과 중국 고령친화 산업 진출 시장으로는 노인 의료기기 제품과 노인여가관련 관광산업, 그리고 연금보험이 대표적이었다. 이에 대한 우리나라 기업의 진출 전략으로는 중국의 사회의료보장 등의 제도 변화에 따른 접근과 고령친화 상품시장의 특성 파악이 선행되어야 한다는 것이다. 또한 중국 도 농지역의 큰 편차로 지역 특성을 고려하여 소득수준이 높은 대도시 경제발달 지역이 우선적으로 고려되어져야 한다는 전략들이 모색되었다. This study is to explore the advance plan of senior products industrial into China. For this purpose, we examine the current status of the senior products industrial in Korea and investigate the demand of senior products industrial in China. Based on the results of these analyses, we discussed the concrete plans to advance into China. At result, the senior products industrial markets needed to develop in China are the elderly tourism industry, the elderly medical equipment and pension. And Korean companies intending to advance into China market might should capture the change of social security system, the trait of senior products industrial, and the regional characteristics in China.

NIR Colorant용 Quaterrylene Bisimide의 합성 및 특성 연구

Recently, Near-infrared (NIR)colorant is intriguing and attractive but full of challenges. Although some cyanine colorant have been commercialized, near-infrared colorant with intensive NIR absorption, good chemical and photo-stability, and high solubility still remain as target compound. Certain polycyclic aromatic compounds such as quaterrylene represent a key class of NIR colorant and also give rise to outstanding physical and chemical properties after appropriate chemical modification. In this study, We have tried to introduceimide functional group to quaterrylene in order to give chemical and thermal stability. Finally, N,N'-bis (2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-quarterrylene-3,4:13,14-tetracarboximide was synthesized and evaluated its properties using $^1H$ NMR, Maldi-tof, TGA, and UV/VIS/NIR spectroscopy as NIR colorant. The quaterrylene bisimide compound exhibit a excellent thermal stability and chemical stability.

변형 검출을 위한 FBG 센서 인테로게이터 개발과 피크검출 알고리즘 성능 비교

FBG센서는 구조물의 변형과 온도 측정에 주로 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FBG센서를 이용하여 균열을 측정하기 위하여 FPGA와 DSP를 이용하여 인테로게이터를 개발 구현하였다. 개발한 인테로게이터는 광원, 광서큘레이터, 광그레이팅 그리고 CCD센서 및 제어기로 구성된다. FBG센서로부터 반사된 광원의 스펙트럼을 분석하여 피크 파장를 검출하고 피크 파장의 변이를 이용하여 구조물의 변형 정도를 측정한다. 본 논문에서는 FBG센서 인테로게이터의 피크 검출 알고리즘에 주로 적용하는 중심점 알고리즘과 Gaussian 근사법을 비교한다. Gaussian 근사법에 개발한 인테로게이터에 적합함을 실험을 통하여 확인한다. FBG sensors are mainly used to measure strain and temperature of structures. In this paper, an interrogator of FBG sensors is developed and implemented to measure the crack of structures using FPGA and DSP. Developed interrogator consists of an optical source, an optical circulator, an optical grating and a CCD sensor and controller. The spectrum of the reflected light from the FBG sensor is analyzed and peak wavelength is detected. Next, strain of structure can be measured using shift of peak wavelength. Centroid algorithm and Gaussian fitting which are mainly applied to detect peak wavelength of the interrogator are compared in this paper. As a result of experiment, Gaussian fitting is suitable for a developed interrogator.

This paper deals a watt-hour meter monitor system with applying a Power Line Communication (PLC) modem and a Data Concentrator Unit (DCU). PLC modem uses the power line, so there is no need to install dedicated wiring. This system makes it possible to monitor the amount of electricity of previous current month metering data, so it can easily apply a PC-management for the electric charges and maintenance with gathering the metering data.
