        국산 가래나무 간벌재활용을 위한 금속주입목재의 제조 및 특성

        The low melting alloy impregnated wood composites with natural grain of thinned Juglans mandshurica was made and evaluated in this study. And the proper manufacturing conditions was also investigated in this study. The low melting alloy with bismuth(Bi) and tin(Sn) which are harmless to humans, was applied for this novel composites, which showed not only no defects of discoloration, delamination, swelling, and cracking, because of high dimensional stability and low thickness swelling, but also much improved performance such as high bending strength, high hardness, low abrasion, high thermal conductivity as floor materials. This study also suggested the proper impregnating condition, such as 10 minutes of the preliminary vacuum time, 187℃ of the heating temperature and 10 minutes of the maintaining pressure time at the pressure of 30㎏f/㎠. The produced composites showed 9 times higher density for small specimen, 6.6 times for actual size sample and great increase in bending strength from 102.05N/㎟ to 189.47N/㎟ for small size sample and to 205.4N/㎟ for actual size sample, also great increase in hardness from 15.1N/㎟ to 73.38N/㎟ for small size sample and 64.87N/㎟ for actual size sample. And the composites demonstrated great decrease in abrasion depth and in water absorption.

        Bi-Sn 용융합금주입 목재복합체의최적제조조건 및 물리,기계적 특성

        용융점이 138℃인 Bi-Sn 혼합합금 주입방법을 이용한 용융합금주입목재복합체의 제조를 통해 목재의 단점인 치수안정성과 내구성의 개선을 하고자 3가지 주요 침·활엽수 수종의 수종별 최적주입조건을 구명하고, 주입에 따른 금속주입목재복합체의 중량증가율, 열전도도, 전기저항 등의 물리적 성질과 기계적 성질을 실험하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 금속주입목재의 최적처리 조건은 185℃, 진공시간 10분 조건하에서 radiata pine의 경우 10 kgf/cm2 가압시간 2분30초, red oak는 30 kgf/cm2, 가압시간 10분, white oak는 50 kgf/cm2, 가압시간 10분에서 최적의 주입조건을 나타냈다. 2. 금속주입목재복합체의 외관적 특징은 전체적으로 재색은 회백색을 나타냈으며, 목재의 무늬를 그대로 유지하고 있다. 3. 침엽수 수종인 radiata pine은 저온용융합금주입처리로 인해 중량증가율은 12배, 밀도는 6.13 g/cm3으로 15배나 증가하였으나, 인테리어용으로 주로 사용되는 red oak와 white oak 등의 활엽수의 경우 목재해부학적 특성으로 의해 radiata pine보다는 낮은 5∼6배의 밀도증가율을 나타냈다. 4. 주입된 목재는 침·활엽수 모두 금속주입으로 인해 수분흡수율과 두께 팽윤율이 현저히 감소하였고, 매우 높은 치수 안정성을 나타냈으며, 금속주입목재복합체의 휨강도, 휨영계수, 경도 및 전기전도도와 열전도도 등도 무처리목재보다 매우 크게 향상되었다. In order to improve the dimensional stability and durability of wood, this study attempted to impregnate bismuth(Bi) - tin (Sn) alloy metal with low melting temperature into solid woods of three species such as radiata pine, redoak and white oak, and investigated to determine an optimum condition of manufacturing the metal alloy-wood composites with natural wood grains. These Bi-Sn alloys were chosen for this study because they were harmless to human and melting at low temperatures. The composites resulted in high dimensional stability and low thickness swelling, and also showed much improved performance such as high bending strength, high hardness, high electric conductivity, and high thermal conductivity as floor materials. A proper impregnating condition of all specimens was determined as 10minutes of the preliminary vacuum time, and 185℃ of the heating temperature. The proper processing condition for radiata pine wood was 2.5 minutes of the pressuring time at the pressure of 10 kgf/cm2. For red oak wood, 10 minutes of the pressuring time at the pressure of 30 kgf/cm2 were the proper condition. The proper manufacture conditions for white oak wood was determined as 10 minutes of the pressuring time at the pressure of 50 kgf/cm2.

        주요 국산재 10가지 수종에 대한 Bi-Sn 저온용융 합금주입 목재복합체의 도장 효과

        To make metalized wood composites of 10 different korean wood species, it was tested by Low temperature melting Bi-Sn alloy injection method at high temperature and high pressure condition. Metalized wood composite of each wood species had light ash color, but still maintained its own natural wood grain and wood figures. It was evaluated on coating properties. Furthermore, it also was check on effect of coating as like a changes of main color, wood grain and wood figures. The results of test were following as; a coating properties as like a cold resistance, heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, durability of abrasion, and cross-cut test was proper on the conditions of the KS standard. And, In aspect of color changes, the metalized wood composites of 10 different korean wood species had a light ash color, but still maintained its own natural wood grain and wood figures. Also, the more weight per gain of alloy is, the more grey background of metalized wood composite is.

        인트라넷에서의 웹 서비스를 이용한 이기종 RDB간의 데이터 이주

        현재 기업 내의 정보 시스템들은 개별적이고 다양한 형태의 데이터베이스를 활용하여 업무적으로 발생하는 대량의 데이터를 저장하고 관리하고 있다. 이렇게 개별적으로 존재하는 데이터베이스에 저장된 데이터들을 이주시키기 위해 기업들은 EAI, MDR, DW 등의 기술을 활용하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기술들은 도입 비용 및 유지관리에 많은 비용을 요구할 뿐만 아니라 각 벤더들마다 요구하는 환경이 상이하다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 기존 기술들의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 정 서비스를 기반으로 이기종 관계데이터베이스 간의 데이터 및 의미적인 제약 조건을 이주하는 데이터 이주 시스템을 설계한다. 점 서비스를 사용함으로써 기업들은 기존의 웹 환경을 활용할 수 있으므로 도입 비용 및 유지관리 비용을 절감할 수 있고 각각의 시스템들은 XML 포맷을 사용함으로 플랫폼 및 시스템 환경, 구현언어에 독립적으로 데이터를 이주할 수 있다. Information systems in current corporations are managing and storing large data officially happened on individual and various databases. Corporations for migrating the stored data from these individual databases are adopting with technologies of EAI, MDR, DW etc.. However these technologies are not only required to expenses introduction charge and maintenance cost but also have problems of heterogeneous environment required per each vender In this paper, to solve problems of these current existing technologies, we propose to design our data migration system to migrate source data and semantic constraint condition between heterogeneous relation databases based on web service. As corporations use web services, they can reduce introduction expense and maintenance cost because of using current existent web environment. Each system can independently migrate XML based data against any platform, system environment, and Implementation language.

        현재 기업 내의 정보 시스템들은 개별적이고 다양한 형태의 데이터베이스를 활용하여 업무적으로 발생하는 대량의 데이터를 저장하고 관리하고 있다. 이렇게 개별적으로 존재하는 데이터베이스에 저장된 데이터들을 교환 위해 기업들은 EAI, 데이터웨어하우징 등의 기술을 활용하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기술들은 도입 비용 및 유지관리에 많은 비용을 요구할 뿐만 아니라 각 벤더들 마다 요구하는 환경이 상이하다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 기술들의 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 기업 내에 분산되어 존재하는 관계형 데이터베이스간의 데이터를 교환하기 위한 방법으로 웹 서비스 기반의 RDB간의 데이터 교환 시스템을 설계한다. 웹 서비스를 사용함으로써 기업들은 기존의 웹 환경을 활용할 수 있으므로 도입 비용 및 유지관리 비용을 절감할 수 있고 XML 포맷을 사용함으로 플랫폼 및 시스템 환경, 사용언어에 독립적으로 데이터를 교환할 수 있다.

        뇌혈관질환과 관상동맥성 심질환의 위험요인에 관한 환자-대조군 연구

        Cerebrovascular disease and coronary heart disease are the first and the fourth common causes of death among adults in Korea. Reported risk factors of these diseases are mostly alike. But some risk factors of one of these diseases may prevent other diseases. Therefore, we tried to compare and discriminate the risk factors of these diseases. We recruited four case groups and four control groups among the inpatients who were admitted to Wonju Christian Hospital from March, 1994 to November, 1995. Four control groups were matched with each of four case groups by age and sex. The number of patients in each of four case and control groups were 106 and 168 for acute myocardial infarction(AMI), 84 and 133 for subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH), 102 and 148 for intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH), and 91 and 182 for ischemic stroke(IS) respectively. Factors whose levels were significantly higher in AMI and IS than in responding control group (RCG) were education, economic status, and triglyceride. Factors whose levels were significantly lower in hemorrhagic stroke than in RCG were age of monarch, and prothrombin time. The factor whose level was higher in AMI than ill RCG was uric acid. The factor whose level was higher in AMI, ICH, and SAM than in RCG was blood sugar. Factors whose levels were significantly higher in all the case groups than in RCG were earlobe crease, Quetelet index, white blood cell count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and total cholesterol. The list of risk factors were somewhat different among the four diseases, though none of the risk factors to the one disease except prothrombin time acted as a preventive factor to the other diseases. The percent of grouped cases correctly classified was higher in the discrimination of ischemic diseases(AMI and IS) from hemorrhagic diseases(SAM and ICH) than in the discrimination of cerebrovascular disease from AMI. The factors concerned in the discrimination of ischemic diseases from hemorrhagic diseases were prothrombin time, earlobe crease, gender, age, uric acid, education, albumin, hemoglobin, the history of taking steroid, total cholesterol, and hematocrit according to the selection order through forward selection.

        북미산 흑호두나무 Bi-Sn 용융합금 복합체의 제조와 특성

The composites showed not only no defects of discoloration, delamination, swelling, and cracking, because of high dimensional stability and low thickness swelling, but also much improved performance such as high bending strength, high hardness, abrasion resistance, high thermal conductivity as floor materials. This study also suggested the proper impregnating condition, such as 10 minutes of the preliminary vacuum time, 186℃ of the heating temperature and 10 minutes of the maintaining pressure time at the pressure of 30 kgf/㎠. This metalized wood composites showed 7 times higher density than control, great increase in bending strength from 131.8 N/㎟ to 192.3 N/㎟, and great increase in hardness from 18.2 N/㎟ to 94.0 N/㎟. The composites demonstrated not only high emissivity of 91%, high shilding effectiveness of 92.59∼99.99%, high fire resistance but also great decrease in abrasion depth, water absorption and thickness swelling.

        염증세포주를 이용한 생체재료 용출물의 체외 생체적합성 평가

        Various biometerials have been researched and have been developed for treatment of some disease through transplantation to body. They have been evaluated by in vitro cytotoxicity test using some skin-derived cell lines for prediction of their biocompatibility in vivo. However, the results of experiments using mesenchymal or epithelial cells could not be considered in vivo immune reaction. In this study, we evaluated the biomaterial-elution (elute from high density polyethylene film) using some cell lines (L929, Jurkat, U937) in vitro, and then that results were compared with in vivo results from guinea pig sensitization test. In sensitization test, saline and elution of syringe could not induce erythema, but only DNCB (hypersensitive chemical) induce erythema at guinea pig sensitization test. In cell experiment, the cytotoxicity results of inflammatory cells (Jurkat; T lymphocyte, U937; monocyte) was no difference with L929 (fibroblast) in the overall trend. However, inflammatory cell lines were only secreted inflammatory cytokine (TNF-α, INF-γ) in some materials (biomateriallution, FAC, DNCB). And the biomaterial-elution did not have toxicity to the cells, but it induced the inflammatory cytokines in inflammatory cell lines only. So, we were predicted inflammatory reaction through the cytokine resultes of inflammatory cell lines, and it was more correlated with in vivo results than cytotoxicity test. Therefore, we suggested that the inflammatory cytokine assay using inflammatory cell lines are more effective method in vitro for evaluation of biocompatibility of biomaterials or chemicals.

        한글판 ASSIST(Alcohol, Smoking & Substance Involvement Screening Test

        Objective : This study was performed to establish the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test (ASSIST). Methods : This study included 342 adult male and female patients using alcohol or drug and controls. Through the assessment of the 50 patients who were recruited from alcohol consultation center, the evaluator was blind to the individual’s score each other and these data were used to evaluate interrater reliability. To evaluate the reliability and validity of Korean version ASSIST, we used a Fagerstrom test for nicotine dependence (FTND), a alcohol use disorder identification test (AUDIT), a drug abuse screening test (DAST) and compared the results with the ASSIST. Results : Korean version of ASSIST was calculated as valuable validity and reliability. That it, the construct validity of Korean version of ASSIST SSI score was as follows : smoking (0.81), alcohol (0.84), cannabinoids (0.75), cocaine (0.96), amphetamine (0.95), inhalant (0.96), sedative (0.91), hallucinogen (0.63), opioids (0.60), others (0.39). Reliability and validity were shown in all drugs with statistical significance. The cut-off values for screening substances with ASSIST were as follows : in smoking, the cut-off value to divide low risk and moderate is 22.5 and the value to divide moderate risk to high risk is 25.5. In alcohol, the cut-off value to divide low risk and moderate is 21.5 and the value to divide moderate risk and high risk is 23.5. Other substances also show similar significance. The result of this study was similar to those of previous studies of other countries. Conclusion : The reliability and validity of the Korean ver-sion of ASSIST were shown in all drugs with statistical significance. The Korean version of ASSIST can be a useful tool for investigating problems associated with drug use in primary clinical environment and providing brief intervention.
