      • 알레르기성 비염 진단을 위한 통합 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 알레르기 비염의 진단을 할 수 있는 전문가 시스템(Expert System)에 관한 연구이다. 시스템의 지식 베이스(Knowledge-Base)는 사례(case)와 규칙(rule)들로 작성되어 있고 추론 엔진(Inference Engine)은 신경회로망 이론으로 구성되어 있다. 사례들은 환자들이 작성한 554매의 설문지로 만들었는데 처음에 데이터 베이스로 구성한 후 델타룰로 학습하였고 코호넨 모델로 무리 짓기를 하였다. 규칙(Rule)은 믿음 네트워크(Belief Network)를 기반으로 하여 카운터프로퍼게이션 네트워크에 적용하고 있다. 이비인후과 의사의 지식 정보로 작성한 규칙 베이스(Rule Base)와 환자의 설문지에 기초한 사례 베이스(Case Base)로 구성된 시스템에 새로운 환자의 정보를 입력하면 추론 엔진은 데이터 베이스를 검색하여 적당한 진단 결과를 도출하여 준다. 여기서 사례 추론 알고리즘에는 델타규칙과 코호넨의 자가조직화를 사용하고 있으며 규칙 추론에는 역시 코호넨의 경쟁학습을 사용하고 있다. 학습시 시간이 많이 소요되는 단점이 있었으나 많은 사례와 시제 의사의 지식을 동시에 지니고 있으므로 진단의 정확도가 기존 시스템들에 비해 높았다.

        한국인의 complement component(C6)의 유전적 다형

        Genetic polymorphism of the sixth component of complement (C6) has been investigated in 496 unrelated healthy Koreans residing in Seoul, by isoelectric focusing and immunoblotting. Common allotypes, A, B, AB, AB2, and BB2, and four rare varients AM11, AM91, AM92 and M2B were observed. The estimated allele frequencies for C6*A, C6*B, C6*B2 and rare allele C6*R were 0.4324, 0.5241, 0.0383 and 0.0050, respectively. The allele frequencies were compared with those in other populations of the world.

        Elementary Students’ Perceived Images of Engineers

        The number of students choosing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) related careers aredeclining. Thus it became a worldwide challenge in the 21st century. As public images of the engineers are unfavorableand inaccurate, misconceptions and stereotypes about engineers are prevailing. The purpose of this study was toinvestigate elementary school students’ perceived mental and pictorial images of engineers and the nature of engineeringwork. This study involved 512 fifth and sixth grade students (Boys: 287 and Girls: 225) from four elementary schools atone of metropolitans in South Korea. The Draw An Engineer-Korean version (DAE-K) was developed based on Draw anEngineer (DAE) and Draw a Scientist (DAS), and Song and Kim (1999)’s instruments. A pilot-tested was conducted with33 elementary students prior to the main study. The students were asked to answer how they think the engineers wouldbe, to draw an engineer at work, and to write the engineer’s personal information and the job description. Engineers wereperceived as a person fixing, building, manufacturing, working outdoors in labors’ clothes such as a robe. Engineers wereshown with building tools, robots, airplanes, machines, conveyor belt, etc. Moreover, compared to the scientists, engineerswere perceived as less intelligent, less imaginative, and less accurate. The results of this study revealed that elementaryschool students had a lack of accurate images of engineers. Students’ current perceived images of engineers could helpeducators find the baselines for the future engineering education in elementary schools. In addition, the findings of thisstudy could also contribute to the development of engineering education in terms of gender issues, STEM career choice,and even cultural diversity.

        간호정보조사지 개선을 위한 연구

        This study tried to suggest the basic materials that can be efficiently applied in clinical cases by understanding problems through a content analysis of an adult nursing assessment tool and opinion agreement about nurse's practical usage presently used in the hospital. The study was carried out in 36 attached hospitals in nationwide universities from May to December, 1999, the two hundred and twenty five reports were for analysis. The contents of the collected nursing assessment tool were analyzed. It was found that the tool had been used with various names and content and there were instances of partial omission of a number of items, such as documentation and time records. Other results revealed that they mostly had a systematic classification of items, formation of details a form of a check list, and the effect of saving time. In spite of the adult nursing assessment tool, it was suggested that its style be subdivided according to the specialized of a department and that standardized style be amended and supplemented. The respondents also answered that there had to be education about continuous and sufficient health assessment skills on the physical examination record. The most frequently suggested items to be added were: past history, marital status, patient and caregiver's address and telephone number. It was found that a patient's education career, economic status, religion, hygienic practice, sexual life and hobby were the most frequently omitted items on record. The reason given wes because the items were associated with his/her privacy. These results highlight the importance of analyzing the content with an complete data collection, supplying basic content for a more accurate nursing record, computerization, sharing information and standardization of the form.

        혈장 Haptoglobin 양의 유전에 관한 연구

        Haptoglobin levels differed significantly among genotypes, with a mean and standard deviation of 150.6 ± 97.2㎎/㎗ (N=18) for in Hp 1-1 type, 265.6 ± 107.3 (N=119) for Hp 2-1 type, and 167.0 ± 96.2 (N=136) for Hp 2-2 type. High and virtually the same intraclass correlations were revealed in MZ twins, 0.5865 (N=32, P<0.005) for Hp 2-2 type and 0.5082 (N=25, P<0.05) for Hp 2-1 type. If the data for the parents and the offspring with the same genotype were included, the midparent-offspring regressions were 0.7104 (N=25) for Hp 2-2 type and -0.1746 (N=20) for Hp 2-1 type; and the parent-offspring regressions were 0.3521 (N=89) for Hp 2-2 type and 0.555 (N=72) for Hp 2-1 type. Both regressions showed a remarkable difference between homozygotes and heterozygotes. Heritability of the Hp 2-2 type bras 0.7042 for the parent-offspring regression and 0.7104 for tthe mid-parent-offspring regression. In the heterozygous 2-1 type, heritability was 0.1110 for the parent-offspring regression and -0.1746 for the mid-parent-offspring regression. This may suggest the possibility that expressivity of the α^1 and α^2 alleles of Hp may be influenced by different genetic backgrounds. The MZ twins who shared the same genetic background yield similar intra-class correlation in both the homozygotes and the heterozygotes, while in the mid-parent-offspring and the parent-offspring regressions the heterozygotes indicated a reduced regression due to somewhat different genetic backgrounds for the parents and the offspring.

      • 이드·자아·초자아에서의 에너지 분배와 변형 알고리즘 설계 : 프로이트 정신 분석에 기초하여

        본 논문은 인간의 정신 구조를 시스템으로 구현하기 위한 기본 알고리즘을 개발하는 과정이다. 의식과 무의식을 이드와 자아 초자아로 분류한 프로이트 정신분석이론에 근거하여 이들 내부에서 변화되는 에너지의 흐름을 순서도로 표현한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 알고리즘은 인간의 마음이 보여주는 복잡한 과정을 시뮬레이션하거나 시스템으로 나타낼 때 기본 알고리즘이 될 수 있다.
