The present studies have been designed to evaluate the effect of acute wound healing that frequency and intensity of pulsed ultrasound application in diabetic rat. Mild diabetes mellitus was induced in rat with 45 mg/kg streptozotocin. The results were analyzed and summarized as follows: 1. The rate of wound length on ultrasonic capacity in $1.0\;W/cm^2$ $SATA_i$ group was more significantly decreased than $0.5\;W/cm^2$ $SATA_i$ group. 2. In the histological change, the $1.0\;W/cm^2$ $SATA_i$ application group was more effective than $0.5\;W/cm^2$ $SATA_i$ group, decrease of inflammatory cell was significantly in several groups. From the conclusions above, in this study application of 3 MHz pulsed ultrasound in acute wound healing, $1.0\;W/cm^2$ $SATA_i$ capacity can be an effective way of promotion wound healing than $0.5\;W/cm^2$ $SATA_i$ capacity in diabetic rat.
당뇨병증 골절렛트의 골치유 과정에서 맥동성 초음파가 미치는 영향

Purpose: The study to pulsed ultrasound effects of diabetes mellitus fracture model in rat. Methods: We used 36 Sprague-Dawely rats which were divided into 3 groups; the animals were divided into group of 4 rats each 4th, 14th and 28th days. All animal was induced diabetes mellitus model to used streptozotocin with 45 mg/kg. Pulsed wave were divided into $50\;mW/cm^2$ and $100\;mW/cm^2$. Results: T-ALP value was significantly change from group II, III on 14th, 28th days (p<0.05). Especially T-ALP value to between groups was significantly change from group II on 14th days (p<0.05). Osteocalcin value was significantly change from group II on 28th days(p<0.05). At fracture site, osteoblast, osteoclast expression was observed from 4th days after treatment and it reached its maximum intensity at 28th days. At fracture site, $TGF-{\beta}_1$ expression was observed from 4th days after treatment and it reached maximum intensity at 14th days. Conclusion: According to this study, diabetes mellitus fracture model to the more effective is divided into $50m\;W/cm^2$ pulsed ultrasound.
전침자극과 운동치료가 허혈성 뇌졸중 백서모델의 골격근에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was intended to examine the effects of electroacupuncture and therapeutic exercise on muscle atrophy and exercise function in an ischemic stroke model induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion. Methods: This study selected 120 Sprangue-Dawley rats, 8-week of age, divided them into six groups, and assigned 5 rats to each group. Experiments were conducted for 1, 3 days, 1, and 8 weeks, respectively. Group I was a group of electroacupuncture and therapeutic exercise after inducing ischemic stroke; Group II was a group of therapeutic exercise after inducing ischemic stroke; Group III was a group of electroacupuncture after inducing ischemic stroke; Group IV was a sham group of electroacupuncture after inducing ischemic stroke; Group V was a control group and Group VI was a sham group without ischemic stroke. In each group, changes in weight of muscle and relative muscle of TA muscle, neurologic motor behavior test, histologic observations were observed and analyzed. Results: For the changes in muscle weight of unaffected and affected sides of TA muscle, muscle atrophy was seen in an affected side 3 days after ischemic stroke was induced. There was statistically significant difference in Group I 1 week and 8 weeks after ischemic stroke was induced, compared to Group V (p<0.05). For the changes in relative muscle weight of unaffected and affected sides of tibial anterior muscle, there was significant decrease in each group 3 days after ischemic stroke was induced, compared to Group IV, while there was statistically significant increase in Group I 1 week after ischemic stroke was induced, compared to Group V (p<0.05). For neuologic exercise behavior test, Group I generally had the highest score, compared to other groups. Conclusion: electroacupuncture and therapeutic exercise may improve muscle atrophy and change in histologic observations expression of ischemic stroke rats and contribute to the improvement of exercise function.

In this study, the design of high efficiency exhausted injector system. The result shows that existing injector system has problem with fume collector system. Model-3 shows difference and high flow rate as meaning of suction capability. Finally, the improved high efficiency exhausted injector was designed.
