The author investigated the zinc concentrations in sera of 110 methamphetaimine abusers (male 87, female 23) and of 41 healthy official workers(male 29, female 12) using inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer. The serum zinc concentrations were analysed according to hepatitis C virus antibody(Anti HCV), hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) value in both groups. The analytical results were obtained as follows 1. The mean zinc concentration of MAP abuser group($298.5{\pm]246.9{\mu}g/100ml$) was 2.5 times higher than that of control group($118.8{\pm}25.4{\mu}g/100ml$). 2. The distributions of zinc concentration in both groups were skewed pattern. 3. The zinc concentrations were higher in Anti HCV-positive group and abnormal ALT value group than Anti HCV-negative group and normal ALT value group. But HBs-Ag positive group had lower zinc concentration than HBs-Ag negative group. 4. The number of anti HCV-positive subjects was increased and the zinc concentrations were decreasd in proportion to the abusing duration of MAP.

Recently, enhancement of pedestrian safety becomes essential in vehicle design. The related studies on pedestrian protection have been established by the EEVC WG10(17) and IHRA. Information of safety evaluation is now opened to consumers leading to a demand of a development for pedestrian safety vehicle of automotive companies in Europe, Australia and Japan. Currently, researches have been conducted to establish the Global Technical Regulation (GTR) in which Korea also takes part. These efforts include applying the traffic conditions, accident rate and so on. Accordingly, pedestrian safety evaluation can be classified into 5 GTR types. In this paper, we suggest a crumple zone design to improve of the upper legform to bonnet leading impact test. Also, we use the impact analysis for design the rib structure using plastic material between the upper frame of the Front End Module and hood. A damage model was used to express the failure characteristic of plastics material. The reliability of impact analysis results is evaluated by comparing the analysis results with the test ones.

파워 글라스 시스템의 특성은 주로 윈도우 레귤레이터의 거동 특성과 글라스 런에 의한 저항에 의해 결정되며, 시험 결과 분석을 통해 시스템의 성능을 예측한다. 본 논문에서는 시험적인 방법의 한계를 해결하기 위해, 익스플리시트 코드를 사용한 해석적 방법을 제안하였다. 해석 모델에 사용한 글라스 런은 무니-리블린 모델을 사용하여 모델링 하였고, 다양한 조건에서의 마찰 시험을 실시하여 마찰계수를 구하였다. 또한, 윈도우 레귤레이터 파트의 메커니즘은 패스트 벨트 시스템과 슬립 링요소를 사용하여 모델링 하였고, 상승 시 발생하는 전류와 하중과의 상관관계 분석을 통해 레귤레이션 메커니즘의 신뢰성을 검증하였고, 모터의 특성을 고려하여 신뢰성 있는 글라스 상승 시간을 예측하였다. The performance of power window system was decided by driving characteristics of the window regulator part and reaction by the glass run. The performance of power window system usually has been predicted by experimental methods. In this paper, an analytical method using the explicit code was suggested to overcome the limit of the experimental methods. The friction coefficient of glass run was obtained by the friction test at various conditions and the Mooney-Rivlin model was used. Also, a mechanism of window regulator consisted of the fast belt system and the slip ring elements. And, we conducted the analysis considering characteristic of a motor and obtained the lifting speed of automotive glass with high reliability.

Crumple zone is energy absorbing structure when car come into collision with pedestrian, and it is very important to reduce injury of pedestrian. Currently, pedestrian"s leg injury is increasingly caused by the car accident. Therefore research is need to reduce pedestrian"s injury applied to structure which is collision energy absorbing material. In this paper, we suggest modeling method of crumple zone expected to apply front end module using spring element. Also, we determine stiffness of crumple zone through collision analysis using Upper Legform Impactor, and performed estimation of collision characteristic according to shape of crumple zone and energy absorbing material.
Explicit code 를 이용한 자동차용 도어의 닫힘 성능 평가

A weatherstrip for an automobile door prevents outside dust, water, and noise from entering inside the car, and is an automotive component intimately associated with human sensitivity. The design of the weatherstrip must satisfy both sealing and door-closing criteria. Better sealing performance requires both higher reaction force and wider contact area, while better door-closing performance requires just the opposite. The door-closing performance involves a number of factors including the weatherstrip characteristics. And it has only been evaluated using experimental methods. But the experimental methods make it difficult to determine the main factors of door-closing efforts, and are not particularly useful in the development of optimized seal designs. This paper was introduced a three dimensional door closing analysis using explicit code for more realistic solution. In addition, we predicted the door closing velocity considering the reaction force of seals using the analysis result and the effect of air flow and door geometric at door closing.

In design process of a rubber component, basically needed parameters are deformed shape, stiffness at the special direction, durability and etc. Those parameters can be easily predicted by using the finite element analysis. However, if mechanical characteristics of the rubber material could not sufficiently reflected in the analysis process, the results have low reliability. In this paper, it was presented that reliability can be increased by the Mullins effect and the planar test data, which are important mechanical characteristics of rubber. Also, to solve difficult analysis model, which have complex contact and boundary condition or many elements, the analysis method base on the explicit code was suggested instead of the normally implicit method. And fatigue life of rubber component was predicted using static analysis result and the tearing energy theory.
