        구강보건센터 치과위생사의 업무 인식 조사

        Objectives: To provide comprehensive oral health care service for such groups as the low income elderly and the disabled, this study analyzed the awareness of patient care issues by dental hygienists who worked dental health centers. Methods: The 54 working dental hygienists who participated in this study were classified into two groups; 31 hygienists in 7 private dental health centers and 23 in 14 public health centers. A self-administered 16-item, three category Likert scale questionnaire was given to assess their experiences with oral health work. The data was analyzed using SPSS for the frequency and Fisher`s exact test. Results: Comparing the awareness of work according to public or private dental care, dental health centers were 74.2% in periodic oral health care service and 77.4% in preventive dental service(p<0.05). In analysis of the awareness of work required for the low income elderly, dental health centers were 74.1% in oral health home care, 64.5% in oral health survey, etc(p<0.05). In analysis of the awareness of work required for the disabled, dental health center was 58.0% in oral health home care, 74.2% in oral health education(p<0.05). In issues and areas for improvement of oral health care work, they was a need(54.8%) for a supplement of personnel in the dental health centers(p<0.05). Conclusions: We conclude that it is critically important to put effort into expanding prevention-oriented, comprehensive oral health care services for the low income elderly and the disabled, and to support these systems and the dental health professionals.

        PRECEDE 모형을 이용한 영,유아교육기관 교사의 구강보건교육행태 연구

        Objectives: This study is to investigate factors that predispose the oral health education patterns of teachers at preschool institutions such as kindergartens and day nurseries, for which a comparison was made among the patterns, whereto the PRECEDE model was applied. Methods: A survey was conducted by two visits, a preliminary survey and a main survey, and teachers at the foregoing institutions personally filled in the questionnaire. Results: 1. With relation to epidemiological and social diagnosis, the largest number of respondents (53.7%) agreed on the need for oral health education, but at the same time, the largest number of respondents (40.3%) was unsatisfactory with oral health education given by them. 2. With relation to behavioral diagnosis, there were many cases where respondents taught their students to brush their teeth after meals and snacks. Oral health education was focused on safety and injuries. There was no significant intergroup difference (p>0.05). 3. Predisposing factors (a subcategory of educational diagnosis) showed the following results: As for the frequency of oral health education, most respondents at both institutions answered preferred once every six month (p>0.05). In the case of oral health checkup, 75.4% of respondents at kindergartens preferred once a year. 72.2% of respondents at day nurseries preferred the same frequency. They showed a statistically significant difference (p<0.05). In enabling factors, it was found that most respondents at both institutions collected information and teaching materials from mass media and public health centers respectively. In enabling factors, insufficient teaching materials, media and knowledge were found to be obstacles to oral health education. Conclusions: Oral healthcare providers`cooperation is required to diversify away from tooth brushing-centered education and to enrich oral health education. In addition, continuous supplements are required to make teachers at preschool institutions acquire expert knowledge and give oral health education with confidence. Moreover, it needs to train them for various education programs as well as to support them with educational media.         위생직무 종사자의 환경 만족도 관련 연구

        본 연구는 위생직무 종사자의 직무환경 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 통하여 보건의료소비자들의 질 높은 의료서비스의 요구도를 효율적으로 충족시킬 수 있는 양질의 의료서비스 향상과 바람직한 근무 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직무환경 만족요인에 대한 신뢰성분석과 타당성분석을 실시하였다. 또한 급여요인, 자기결정성요인, 장래성요인, 외부환경요인 및 인간관계요인인 독립변수가 종속변수인 직무환경 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 이들 중 어떤 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구가설 검증을 통해 나타난 회귀분석 결과, 직무환경 만족 요인 모두 통계적 유의수준 α=0.05에서 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인간관계요인이 위생직무 종사자의 직무환경 만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고. 다음으로 급여요인, 외부환경요인, 장래성요인, 자기결정성 요인 순으로 직무환경 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study is designed to develop the interrelationship model between the critical successful factors and job satisfaction of hygienic workers in Chung nam area. The hypotheses are tested to measure the effect of independent variables on the job environment satisfaction as dependent variable. In order to achieve this purpose, the questionnaire survey was conducted from May to June 2010. Among total 300 questionnaires, 16 were excluded because of poor responses and finally 284 were used for statistical analysis. According to the preceding studies, the concept of factors were defined and factors were measured through several variables. The independent variables consist of pay, autonomy, prospects, external environment, human relation. The statistic package, SPSS 15.0, is used to analyse data and testify the hypotheses. Results show that all hypotheses are accepted and the most influential factor is human relation factor, followed by pay, external environment, prospects, autonomy. Consequently, this research will be very beneficial for providing basic data for the efficient management of dental clinics and the improvement of working conditions in dental hygienists.

        요양보호사의 구강보건행태에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 충청지역의 노인요양병원과 시설 11개소에서 근무하는 요양보호사 127명을 대상으로 요양보호사의 구강보건행태를 파악하고 행태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써 노인건강복지정책을 위한 구강보건교육프로그램 개발과 노인을 위한 구강건강증진사업 접근방법을 모색하고자 조사가 실시되었다. 1. 구강보건지식과 구강보건행태의 상관관계를 분석한 결과로서 양(+)의 관련성이 있고, 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다(p=.001). 2. 구강보건행태에 영향을 미치는 관련요인으로는 구강보건지식 p=.029, 구강건강교육경험 p=.000로 나타나 두 변수 모두 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 수정된 결정계수(Adj.R²)는 .250으로 나타났고, 분산분석 결과(f=22.001) p-v가 .000이므로 의미가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이상을 종합해보면, 현대사회는 생활수준과 삶의 질향상으로 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 구강보건관리가 중요한 부분으로 인식되어 지고 있다. 특히 요양병원과 시설에서 근무하는 요양보호사들의 노인의 구강보건관리의 역할을 담당하고 있으므로 그들을 위한 구강보건교육프로그램 개발과 구강보건전문가들의 지도 및 관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to develop an oral health education program for senior citizen"s health & welfare policy and search for an oral health enhancement program for senior citizens by understanding the oral healthcare behavior of care workers and analyzing the influencing factors of behavior with 127 care workers that are working at 11 convalescence hospitals for senior citizens and facilities in Chungcheong region. In the analysis of the correlation between oral health behavior and oral health knowledge, meaningful correlation was revealed with positive correlation(p=.001). In terms of related influencing factors on oral health behavior, meaningful results were shown for both variables with p=.029 for oral health knowledge and p=.000 for oral health education experience. To summarize, it would be necessary to develop an oral health education program for care workers working at convalescence hospitals and facilities playing the role of caring for the oral health of senior citizens with related guidance and supervision for oral health experts.

        치과위생사의 치주병환자 구강보건교육 실태 및전략 수립에 관한 연구

        Objectives : The objective of this study was to analyze cognition and status of oral health education of dental hygienists who manage the patients visiting dental clinics and to utilize the findings as continuous study data required for development of systematic oral health education program for management of peridontal disease of adults. Methods : Survey was carried out for 261 dental hygienists working in dental clinics who are performing oral health education of patients with peridontal disease living. Results : 1. In the socio-dynamic diagnosis, it was analyzed that, the younger the age is and the lower the career is, the more the work is centered around assisting medical treatment job and, the older the age is and the higher the career is, the work is centered around oral health education job. 2. In the behavioral diagnosis, it was analyzed that, as to source of knowledge acquisition, guide of dentists and senior dental hygienists was the highest and, as to education media, visual education and demonstration education were mainly used. 3. In educational diagnosis, as to the degree of knowledge about oral health education and the degree of practice, it showed that the degree of knowledge was lower than the degree of practice in periodontal disease process and oral prophylaxis as well as scaling part. 4. In both the cases of independent practice and group practice, it showed that the most frequent obstacle was insufficient educational materials and tools and it was analyzed that acquisition of new knowledge and technology is required as a matter to be improved. Conclusions : It seems to be required for the dental hygienists to develop detailed knowledge and professional technology in order to induce actions and motive of patients during oral health education of peridontal patients and to develop and produce data for efficient education of peridontal patients.

        일부 노인요양시설 종사자의 구강건강인식, 지식, 행위 및 교육요구도

        이 연구는 노인요양시설 종사자 202명을 대상으로 2012년 8월 1일부터 10월 10일까지 면접 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 자료 분석을 위한 통계적 처리를 SPSS WIN 12.0을 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 노인요양시설 종사자의 일반적 특성에 따른 구강건강인식과 지식에서는 연령, 구강건강행위에서는 연령, 근무경력, 학력, 직종, 구강건강교육 요구도에서는 연령과 근무경력에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05) . 2. 노인요양시설 종사자의 구강건강인식과 지식 및 행위, 교육요구도의 상관관계는 구강건강행위와 구강건강인식, 구강건강교육 요구도와 구강건강인식, 구강건강교육 요구도와 구강건강행위에서 양의 상관관계를 보여 서로 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.0001). 이상의 결과를 토대로 노인요양시설에 있는 종사자들의 구강건강인식과 구강건강지식 및 구강건강행위, 교육요구도 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 노인요양시설에서의 노인들을 위한 구강건강관리는 실질적으로 종사자들의 역할이 매우 클 것으로 판단된다. 이를 위하여 구강보건 전문 인력이 배치된 상태에서 노인요양시설 종사자 구강보건교육이 이루어져야 할 것이며 또한 시청각자료 등 적절한 교육 자료의 활용을 통해 구강보건 돌봄 실천 능력을 배양할 수 있는 제도적 뒷받침이 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study conducted and interview survey from August 1 through October 10, 2012 targeting 202 elderly care facilities workers and analyzed data through multiple regression analysis by carrying out frequency analysis, and ANOVA using SPSS 12.0 for statistical processing. According to elderly care facilities workers" general characteristics, oral health awareness and knowledge showed a statistically significant difference in age, oral health behavior in age, years of working, academic ability and occupational category, whereas oral health needs in age and years of working p<.05). This study found that there exists a correlation among elderly care facilities workers" oral health awareness, knowledge, behavior and education needs as oral health behavior and oral health awareness, oral health education needs and oral health awareness, oral health education needs and oral health behavior showed a positive correlation(p<.0001). Based on the above results, this study found that there is a significant correlation among oral health awareness, oral health knowledge, oral health behavior and education needs of elderly care facilities workers. Accordingly, workers" role is considered important in quality for oral health care for the elderly in elderly care facilities. For the aforementioned, oral health education for elderly care facilities workers must be provided in a state that professional manpower on oral health are assigned, and institutional support capable of cultivating ability to practice oral health and care through utilization of appropriate educational materials such as audiovisual materials in also considered necessary.

        기업의 사회적 책임활동과 재무성과

        This paper studies the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance with a focus on the experience of CSR reporting in Korea. The sample size for this study consisted of 183 firms in Korea during the period covering 2006-2009, using the KEJI index as CSR performance proxy. Specifically, this study examined the effect of CSR performance on subsequent financial performance and the effect of subsequent financial performance on CSR performance in Korean firms. The next phase of the study looked into the differences between firms that do CSR reporting and those that do not. In conclusion, the findings suggest that CSR performance is positively associated with some aspects of subsequent financial performance In addition, results showed that: (1) there is no effect in expediency of CSR reporting; (2) CSR performance is positively associated with prior financial performance more thus strongly supporting the slack resource theory.
