        막스 프리쉬는 독일어권 스위스 작가들 가운데 가장 중요한 극작가 중의 한 사람이다. 그의 극작품에서는 인간에 대한 끊임없는 탐구와 의문이 중요시된다. 그러므로, 프리쉬는 인간 삶의 목적이 동일성 추구와 자아실현을 향한 끊임없는 노력에 있다고 서술한다. 이것은 「안도라의 유태인」이란 산문스케치에 의해 생겨난 드라마이며, 선입견을 통해 한 인간이 파괴되어 가는 것의 모델이라고 할 수 있는 「안도라」에서 특히 잘 나타난다. 「안도라」에서 양아버지인 교사 칸이 유태인아이인 그를 검은 군대로부터 구조했다는 거짓말 때문에 청년 안드리에게는 유태인이라는 낙인이 찍힌다. 실제로 그는 칸의 내연의 아들이지만, 안드리는 그의 주위세계를 통하여 유태인이란 고정된 상을 그의 존재로 받아들일 것을 강요당한다. 모든 안도라사람들은 안드리에게 유태인임을 강요한다. 안드리는 점차로 그에게 지워진 역할을 무의식적으로 받아들이고 선입견의 희생자가 된다. 검은 군대가 안도라를 점령하고, 유태인 검열에서 안드리는 죽음을 맞이하게 된다. 그 자신을 향한 안드리의 노력은 죽음 속에서야 비로소 실현되고, 그는 자신의 본래의 동일성을 상실하고 만다. 프리쉬는 이 작품을 통하여 인간의 상실과 선입견에 대한 문제를 제기한다. Max Frisch is one of the most important German speaking Swiss dramatists. It's an important ceaseless study and question about man in his works. So Frisch wrote, the goal of man's life is a constant effort about the pursuit of identification and self-realization. It's a drama from a sketch of a prose work, ''a Jew in Andorra" and it shows great model "Andorra" of a man's destruction though prejudice. Young Andri was branded as a jew in Andorra because of the lie that his adoptive father told, Kahn saved a jewish child, Andri is from the black army. Actually he is Kahn's common-law son but he is pressed to accept this stereotype, as a jew by his surroundings. All Andorians press Andri to accept that he is a jew. Gradually Andri accepts his role unconsciously and becomes a sacrifice of this prejudice. The black army occupies Andorra and Andri meets death during a jewish execution. Andri's effort toward himself comes true in his death and he loses his original self-identification. Frisch presents humanity and question of prejudice through this drama.

        The purpose of the study is to inspect the effect of the recruiting principal employment system, and suggesting better ways for the system, based on private elementary school teachers' perception. For the purpose of the study, 109 private elementary school teachers in Sahmyook were randomly selected, and the data collected from them was statistically processed by SPSS. First, it appears that teachers are interested in both teaching and promotion, and that the current principal promotion system has to much basis on seniority. Moreover teachers are accepting a proper principal by having the right minds for education, and they are expecting a CEO who can develop students' education of humanism and education environment. Therefore teachers are claiming that 'having a principal licence' should be changed widely in order to let young innovative teachers become a principal instead of only using the recruiting principal employment system as a way for elder ones to extend their terms. Second, most of the teachers of Sahmyook elementary school agreed on having an introduction and expansion of the recruiting principal employment system. The recruiting principal is known to have an open minded way of thinking, showing democratic leadership and putting emphasize on vision for the development of education. Besides that, recruiting principal is also needed to play a important role on carrying out interviews with students and strengthening the bond with the education community. Moreover, a successful recruiting principal employment system, atmosphere of school management systems, that includes all faculties and a democratic school managing is pointed out. In a survey which was asking if they want to work in a school that has the recruiting principal employment system, majority of teachers answered 'yes'. The current recruiting principal employment system is being principal by the recruiting procedures to screen recruiting principals. Although we can not exclude the participations of ’board of foundation directors' and 'corporate management council' due to the fact that Sahmyook institute is private, it is important to know that the majority of teachers are wanting 'teacher council's participation. Lastly, it is expected to see that teachers will likely focus more on education rather than about their promotions, and more democratic management system which will increase the role of teacher-parents-students. Moreover, it is positively expected that support for teacher's education and education environment settlement will increase, and the corruption of the principals will likely decrease. The worries that are known such as 'connections', disrupt order of ranks, problems of inefficient working, and the decline of effort in order to become a principal, is not mentioned that much. However, a lot of the teachers were concerned that it will be tough for the elected principal to do his managing. Moreover, the recruiting principal employment system will try to make visible results due to the needs of evaluation. To make a successful visible achievement, extra work will be given to the teachers, which will make them burn out and make them less focused on education. Therefore, there should be an improvement on the part that the recruiting principal system is demanding teachers to make visible results.
