철도설계의 최적화에는 절대성의 위치정보 기반위에 현지 지형에 조화·일치되는 시설물의 형태 및 규격 설정 정확한 공사 수량 산출 적정용지 확보 등이 핵심 사항이며 이를 충족하기 위하여는 명확하고 고도화된 측량기준과 기술제공이 우선되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 현 철도설계 사례에서의 측량기준 및 기술제공 현황을 분석·연구하여 이를 토대 로 시대가 요구하는 고도화 디지털화 표준화 그리고 논리성과 적법성이 체계적으로 정리된 설계측량의 기준 절차 방법 확립과 그 실용화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. For optimizing railroad designs setting up shape and specifications of facilities harmonized and coincide with local topography based on absolute location information correct construction quantity's output and proper land's security etc are key matters and also clear and advanced surveying standards and technical provision shall become priority so as to satisfy them. Therefore this study analyzed and researched on surveying standards and technical provision's status in current railroad design's cases and then attempts to suggest establishment of design surveying standard procedures and methods together with its practical scheme.

최신의 측량 기술의 보급으로 정밀성, 편의성, 신속성을 겸비한 현대의 디지털 측량기술이 범용화 되어가는 실정에서 과거의 광학 및 수동식 측량장비에 의한 기준으로 작업방법과 절차가 지침화 되어있는 구 “선로측량지침” 등은 현실과 괴리되어있다. 본 연구에서는 측량관련 업무의 정확성, 일관성, 적법성에 입각하여 현실의 기술력과 실용성에 적합한 측량지침 제?개정에 관한 사항과 철도건설공사시 적용성에 대한 결과를 정리하였다. Amid a digital survey technology of today combined with accuracy, convenience and promptness is becoming generalized, the traditional "Railway line survey guideline', which was set up for work methods and procedures based on optics and manual survey of the past attributes dissociation from today's technology. The study has organized the result of applicability for railway construction, and details in connection with enactment and amendment on survey guidelines appropriated for technology and practicability of the present through predicating accuracy, consistency and validity of work in connection with survey.

In this paper, comments on the needs of establishment of railway test line - capable of mid and long term performance evaluation of vehicle/infra/electricity/signal component/system - are described. Based on the previous studies, national/social/economic needs, the states of similar lines of foreign countries, concept of test line, and basic application plan are summarized. Especially, core things needed to the establishment of test line are commented.

현대의 측량기술은 위성항법시스템 및 원스톱디지털장비의 등장으로 지구공간상 어느 지점이라도 단일좌표체계의 절대성위치 취득이 가능한 시대로 진보하고 있다. 한편 철도의 속도는 나날이 고속화 되어가고 있어 철도건설시 궤도중심을 포함한 주요시설물 등의 위치를 결정할 때 고도화된 정밀성이 요구된다. 이에 따라 철도건설공사측량에서는 기술지원과 절차가 지침화되어 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 철도건설의 설계와 시공 그리고, 유지관리로 이어지는 과정에서 철도건설측량지침 적용에 따른 측량시 문제점에 대한 대안을 시범지구의 실데이터를 통해 분석 · 연구 · 제시하였다. Modern surveying techniques have been progressed to get the absolute position of a single coordinate system at any point on the earth with the advent of the Global Navigation Satellite System and One-stop digital equipment. In addition, as the speed of the railway has been increasingly faster, in determining the location of major facilities including the center of tracks, it is required to the sophisticated precision. The surveying of railway construction has applied the technical supports and procedures in accordance with the current requirements. In this study, the applicable guidelines of surveying on practical issues and alternatives would be examined, analyzed, and presented by using the empirical data of pilot areas in the process of design, construction, and the maintenance of railway.

Unlike in the past, the demand for SUVs has increased explosively, and there are many 4WD drive parts for SUVs in order to transmit the optimum driving force according to the road surface and driving conditions and to minimize the NVH generated from the outside. Electronic couplings(E-coupling) can transmit the optimum driving force to their four wheels depending on the various situations. Multi-plate clutch system in E-coupling is very important role to transmit power by frictional forces between Multi-plates. Due to frictional forces, heat is generated between multi-plates and oil is important role to cool the heat of multi-plates. In order to improve the performance of the multi-plate clutch of the coupling, the shape is designed so that the oil inside the coupling is churned by the rotation of the shaft and then efficiently flows into the clutch for lubrication of multi-plates. In this paper, meshfree method of Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) is used and verify the oil churning phenomenon. In order to evaluate the lubrication performance of the electronic coupling, three influencing factors were selected, and the amount of oil flowing into the multi-plate clutch and the value of the drag torque were compared according to the level of each factor. As a result, the internal shape of the clutch was designed to reflect effective arguments that can improve the performance of the multi-plate clutch

The transition zone between railway embankment and structures, or different track types is known to be an area in which problems often arise and where extra care needs to be taken with maintenance. Differences in track stiffness have dynamic effects and these increase the force in the track and the extent of deformation. In this study, the criteria for the change ratio of track stiffness along transition area, and proper transition length are presented through train/track interaction analyses. Those are derived on the basis of permissible limitations of train and track performances such as rail stress, uplift force of fastener, reduction of dynamic wheel force, and acceleration of car body. A feasible method of evaluation of track stiffness which is necessary when a designer reviews whether the criteria are satisfied or not is also presented.

The construction of concrete slab track system is increased because the system has advantages which are maintenance free and so on, the other side, the system has weak points such as increase of the cost of the early stage construction. Recently, railway environment is issued including noise. Therefore, measures which are to mitigate noise on slab tracks were introduced, however, it is found that efficiency of noise reduction is low because noise problem is still issued. In this study, to grasp noise characteristics on slab tracks we measured noise on high speed rail slab track in addition Saemaul and Moogungwha and the results have done comparative analysis.
