        현장실습교육이 교육훈련 전이 및 직업선택 의도에 미치는 영향: 관광산업을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was the effect of cooperative education on training transfer and job decision-making of tourism industry. For the purpose of study, 210 survey questionnaires were distributed from 10th Dec, 2018 to 22nd Dec, 2018. Due to the reliability of data, 5 samples were discarded and 205 samples were put to actual analysis. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed by using SPSS Ver. 21.0 statistics package. The results of the study are as follows. First, the cooperative education had significant effects on training transfer. Second, the cooperative education had significant effects on job decision-making. Third, the cooperative education which are consist of correspondence of individual characteristics and job, positive strengthening from relationship among employees in industrial institutions did not affect on job decision-making. This study shows that the cooperative education should be operated considering the cooperative education factors in order to contribute effectively to the cooperative education's achieving the purpose of specialized university-cultivating talent in tourism industry.

        상사의 윤리적 리더십이 구성원의 조직몰입 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to contribute to the establishment of correct ethical leadership by identifying the influence relationship between variables in the process where the ethical leadership of superiors as perceived by organizational members of a hotel company leads to organizational commitment and job performance through building organizational culture. To achieve the research purpose, 210 questionnaires were distributed to hotel employees working at 5-star hotels in Busan from September 1, 2023 to September 15, 2023, and actual analysis was conducted using the final 206 samples. For statistical analysis, IBM SPSS Ver. The 23.0 program was utilized, and the research results are as follows. First, the sub-factors that make up the superior's ethical leadership, Normative Behavior, Communication, Fairness, and Integrity, were found to have a significant positive influence on employees' organizational commitment. Second, members' organizational commitment was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. Third, the sub-factors that make up the supervisor's ethical leadership, Normative Behavior, Communication, and Integrity, were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. In the end, it can be seen that in hotel companies, if superiors adhere to organizational norms and perform normative actions such as presenting work standards, it has a positive effect on employees' job attitudes and performance. At the same time, the supervisor's sincerity and fairness, interest in organizational members, and principle-based decision-making will stimulate members' motivation for work, thereby increasing job immersion and job performance. 본 연구의 목적은 호텔기업의 조직구성원이 인지하는 상사의 윤리적 리더십이 조직문화구축을 통해 조직몰입과 직무성과로 이어지는 과정에서 변인 간의 영향 관계를 규명하기 위함이다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 2023년 9월 1일부터 2023년 9월 15일까지 부산지역 5성급 호텔에 근무하는 호텔 직원을 대상으로 210부의 설문지를 배포했고, 최종 206개의 샘플을 활용하여 실제 분석을 진행하였다. 통계분석을 위해서 IBM SPSS Ver. 23.0 program을 활용하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상사의 윤리적 리더십을 구성하는 하위요인 Normative Behavior, Communication, Fairness, Integrity는 구성원의 조직몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구성원의 조직몰입은 직무성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상사의 윤리적 리더십을 구성하는 하위요인 Normative Behavior, Communication, Integrity는 직무성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결국, 호텔기업에서 상사가 조직 내 규범을 준수하고, 업무표준을 제시하는 등의 규범적 행동을 하면 구성원의 직무 태도 및 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 동시에 상사의 성실성과 공정성, 조직구성원에 관한 관심, 원칙에 입각한 의사결정 등은 구성원의 업무에 대한 의욕을 자극하여 직무몰입과 직무수행성과를 높여줄 것이다.

        부산지역 호텔기업의 직무환경, 조직몰입, 직무성과 관계연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among Job Environment, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance of hotel company. For the purpose of study, 250 survey questionnaires were distributed among the employees who are working for hotel company from 12th Oct, 2020 to 31th Oct, 2020. Lastly 235 samples were put to actual analysis by using SPSS Win 26. The results of the study are as follows. First, the job environment which are consist of human environment, welfare environment and physical environment had significant effects on organizational commitment. Second, the job environment which are consist of human environment, welfare environment had significant effects on job performance. Lastly, the organizational commitment had significant affect on job performance. As employees perceive the working environment positively, the better their job performance. Therefore, hotel corporates should make various efforts to expand the range of positive perceptions by actively communicating with employees through various channels.

        여행예약애플리케이션 서비스품질을 활용한 기술수용모델에 관한 연구

        In the tourism market, the volume of transactions through mobile has increased rapidly recently. In this regard, we conducted a study using the technology acceptance model to determine whether the service quality of the travel reservation application affects consumers' acceptance of technology and behavioral intentions. This research is a study of Technology Acceptance Model that uses Travel Reservation Application Service Quality as external variable. The study method was to conduct a online survey and off-line research targeting the various tourist. An empirical survey was conducted between August 13 and August 27, 2018, and 175 valid questionnaires were analyzed. As an analysis method was conducted to verify a analysis of frequency, correlation analysis, factor analysis, structural equation model analysis and study model hypotheses. Analysis showed that Travel Reservation Application Service Quality effect on Technology Acceptance(Perceived Ease of use and Perceived Usefulness) accordingly. Secondly, Technology Acceptance has effects Behavioral Intention.
