대학생의 스트레스 대처방식과 우울이 음주행동에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 개인의 내적 특성으로 스트레스 대처방식의 선호에 따라서 음주행동과 어떤 관련이 있는지 살펴보고, 또한 우울이 음주행동에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 중부권 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여, 336명(남학생 225명, 여학생 111명)의 자료를 분석하였다. 스트레스 대처유형을 알아보기 위해 김정희(1997)가 보완한 스트레스 대처 방식척도의 62문항 중 문제 중심적, 정서 중심적 대처에 대한 하위유형의 질문을 골라 사용하였다. 또한, 우울을 측정하기 위해서는 Beck(1967)의 BDI를 사용하였고, 음주문제는 신행우(1998)의 음주문제 척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 활용하여 자료 분석의 목적에 따라 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 정서 중심적 대처와 음주행동 간의 유의미한 정적 상관이 있었으며, 단순회귀분석 결과 정서 중심적 대처를 할수록 음주행동이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 우울은 음주행동과 정서 중심적 대처에서 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 음주행동과 우울에 대한 단순회귀분석 결과 우울이 높을수록 음주행동이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 단계적 중다회귀한 결과 우울이 보다 많은 영향을 미치는 변인으로서 음주행동을 어느 정도 설명하는 것으로 보아 우울과 정서 중심적 대처가 음주행동을 설명한다고 본다. 이를 통해 스트레스 대처 방식의 수정 및 우울의 감소가 대학생의 음주행동을 줄이는 데 있어 함의점를 제시하였고, 추후 연구에서 밝혀야 할 내용에 대해 논의하였다. The aim of this study was to find out the relationship among the individual psychological traits, the way of coping with the stress and the alcohol behavior, then to find out the effect of the depression on the alcohol behavior. The survey was carried out on 336 college students as the subjects in Chungnam district. The results of this study were as follows: First, the results showed that there was positive correlation between the alcohol behavior and the emotional ways of coping with the stress. The result of bivariate regression analysis showed that the use of emotional ways of the coping with the stress was higher the alcohol behavior was higher. Second, the results showed that the depression had significant positive correlative effect on the alcohol behavior and the emotional ways of the coping with the stress. The result of bivariate regression analysis of the depression and the alcohol behavior showed that there was a certain degree of depression in alcohol behavior. It was that when the depression was higher the alcohol behavior was higher. And, it showed then explained that the depression and the way of coping with emotion had coeffect on alcohol behavior by the analysis of the bivariate regression, the results also showed that depression had more effect on the alcohol behavior. In this research, it showed that depression and the way of coping with the stress as the variables showed the effects on the alcohol behavior. It suggested that the change of the way to cope with the stress and the decline of the depression could decrease the college students' alcohol behavior. Then it will show some discussions in the followed research.
자전거이용활성화 정책의 개선방향에 관한 연구 : 전주시 자전거 이용실태 현황을 중심으로

The rapid climate change following the environmental pollution of the earth and automobiles increasing steadily every year are causing several problems such as traffic jam, traffic accidents, environmental pollution, increase of logistics cost and so on. In this situation, bicycles with competitiveness as a means of transportation for short distance are taking center stage as a green alternative means of transportation. The Korean government enacted the Act on Vitalization of Use of Bicycles in 1995 and has carried forward the business of establishment of bicycle roads, the business of vitalization of use of bicycles and so on. Jeonju city government also enacted the Ordinance on Use of Bicycles in August 2008 and has encouraged use of bicycles, but the shortage of facilities to use, incomplete systems, dangers of accidents and so on are the obstacles to use of bicycles. In order to compensate these defects and to increase the population using bicycles and to raise the traffic share rate, this study examined and analyzed the realities of use of bicycles and statistical data of traffic accidents with users of bicycles as the subject and examined the policies on bicycles of Changwon City and thereby presented legal and policy alternatives for the vitalization of use of bicycles in Jeonju. As a result of survey on the realities of use of bicycles, satisfaction of users and recognition about bicycles targeting 107 citizens residing in Jeonju, 89% of the total subjects were using bicycles once or more a week mainly for leisure for improvement of health. However, 47% of users had experiences of danger of traffic accidents, and the necessity to maintain the bicycle roads and to implement bicycle registration system and insurance system was raised. As a result of analysis of data on traffic accidents of KoROAD, despite the small increase of the total traffic accidents, the incidence of traffic accidents involving bicycles is greatly increasing, and traffic accidents occurred especially much for students using bicycles as a means of transportation for short distance and those who commute by bicycles. Since when Jeonju City was designated as a trial city for bicycle roads in 1997, despite the efforts to establish bicycle roads of 291.3km, the city failed to draw the vitalization of use of bicycles due to the issues such as the absence of diversity in directions of policies for bicycles and operation of budget, ambiguity of the ordinance to vitalize use of bicycles and so on. In order to vitalize the use of bicycles in Jeonju, it is needed to arrange the basic framework of directions of long-term policies on bicycles and to obtain the diversity of operation of budget for the vitalization of use of bicycles as a green means of transportation and conversion of citizens' awareness and to establish the subjects related to bicycles as the education for public servants and to execute the education to improve citizens' awareness and to secure the safety of bicycle roads and to maintain the ordinances for vitalization of use of bicycles such as establishment of the maintenance plan reflecting the opinions of citizens and experts and to improve the environment for use of bicycles such as introduction of public bicycles based on ubiquitous and so on. When the institutional foundation for settlement of bicycle transportation as a means of urban transportation is arranged and the traffic policies are converted centering on green transportation, the facilities for use of bicycles will be maintained and expanded and the users of traffic will be converted from cars into bicycles. However, this study intended to present the directions of establishment of ordinances and policies of Jeonju City for the vitalization of use of bicycles, and thus could not make a detailed approach in the aspect of facilities or the aspects of public relations, education and culture. Therefore from now on it will be needed to push forward the studies that can grope for the plans to vitalize bicycles in several aspects and form a social consensus on use of bicycles and thereby vitalize the use of bicycles.
This thesis intends to investigate the effective methods of administrative publicity activities on residents who live in Cheju, Korea because the Korean government began to let residents elect a governor by voting from June 27th of 1997, and thus, administrative publicity activities have been more needed in the Cheju province. Previous authoritative and closed administrative systems have also caused the necessity for administrative publicity activities. Therefore, my thesis is investigating three points: First, this study is trying to find the degree of understanding of the processing projects such as the building processes of a convention center and the degree of harvesting oranges which have posed pros and cons to the local residents. The second aim is to investigate credibility of Cheju province's administrative publicity activities which are divided into general policies such as the contents of administrative publicity activities, and special policies such as the necessity of the activities. The third is to find the degree of reactions to the media. Administrative periodicals, local newspapers, and media were analyzed in order to investigate the degree of reactions. From the results of my study, the necessity of the publicity activities were very high however the acknowledgement of the residents was very low because Cheju Province has disregarded the importance and specialty of the activities. Therefore, I intend to recommend a couple of methods to improve administrative publicity activities: 1) Long and short term administrative publicity activities have to be harmonized. 2) Residents should change their attitudes and behaviors regarding the activities. 3) The contents and techniques of the activities have to be also changed. 4) Reporting data must be written in terms of a journalist. 5) Local residents must be informed in advance of implementation of special policies. 6) A publicity center which may inform about the necessity of the activities must be built. The major conclusion of this study is that the low degree of acknowledgment regarding the activities is due to the distrust of the Province's strategic planning and policies. Therefore, finally I hope that findings from my thesis may fix the problems of Cheju's administrative publicity activities.

스틸벤화합물은 자연적으로 발생하는 폴리페놀물질로 cis, trans 이성질형태로 존재한다. 스틸벤은 강력한 항산화효과, 항염증, 항암, 항진균, 항균성 및 항혈소판 응집에 여러가지 생리적 활성을 가진다. 이런 효과를 가지고 있다고 알려진 스틸벤 천연물들로는 resveratrol, piceatannol 과 combretastatins 등이 있다. 그리고 photo-responsive OLEDs, NLO materials, photo-chemical, photo-physical cis-trans isomerization 와 같은 다른 기술적 분야에서도 사용되어진다. 스틸벤유도체의 치환기와 그 위치에 따라 anti-inflammatory activity은 달라진다. Wittig-Horner reaction 을 통해서 새로운 천연 stilbene 유도체들을 합성하였다. Stilbenes are a class of naturally occuring polyphenolic compounds, exist as cis or trans isomers and have exceptional antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-fungal, antibacterial and antiplatelet aggregation properties. These effects are well known as natural products resveratrol, piceatannol and combretastatins having stillbene structure. They have also been applied to photo-responsive OLEDs or NLO materials and photo-chemical or photo-physical cis-trans isomerization in different technological fields. The anti-inflammatory activity of stilbene derivatives differs from the type of position and substituents. Herein we wish to describe the synthesis of new stilbene natural products using the Wittig-Horner reaction method.

우리는 일상생활에서 너무나도 많은 ‘정보’라는 용어를 자주 사용하고 있다. 특히 정보통신매체의 발달로 인해 과거에 학교에서 배우거나 도서관이나 서점에서 찾았던 지식이나 상식을 이제는 교과서나 책이 아닌 인터넷을 통해 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 근실시간에 거의 모든 것을 스스로 해결하는 시대가 되었다.이처럼 컴퓨터 네트워크가 개인의 관심분야를 해결하듯이 국가의 생존과 발전하는데 있어서 필수적인 정보 또한 마찬가지이다. 인류역사에서 국가가 탄생한 이후 국가의 생존과 발전은 어느 국가에게나 가장 중요한 첫 번째 과제로 정보는 이를 위한 필수적 요소이다. 21세기에 접어든 현시대에는 강대국뿐만이 아니라 약소국가들 역시 경쟁에서 살아남기 위한 안보유지와 국익증대를 위해 정보활동을 확대해 나가고 있다. 정보활동의 영역 중 오늘날 현대정보의 가장 큰 부분으로 꼽히는 것은 정보수집 활동이며 세계 정보강대국인 미국은 약 300억불을 정보예산에 투자하고 있다고 한다. 또한 최근에는 國家情報局長(DNI : Director of National Intelligence) 신설을 골자로 하는「정보개혁법(案)」을 제정하여 주이라크대사인 네그로폰테를 임명하였다. 이러한 배경에는 현재 미국에 CIAㆍFBIㆍDIA 등 15개 정보기관이 존립하고 있으나, 각 기관들 간 정보 공유가 존재하지 않아 9.11 테러를 예방하지 못했기에 9·11테러 진상조사위원회는 대통령에게 국가안보와 관련된 정보 보고 및 각 정보기관들에 대한 예산권ㆍ집행권ㆍ인사권을 통한 정보기관을 통솔하고 군 수뇌부를 지원하는 임무를 수행함으로써 정보의 공유를 위해 새로운 직책을 신설하였다.아울러 최근 정보환경은 첨단화된 군사과학기술의 발전에 따른 전쟁양상과 작전형태의 변화에 따라 현저히 변화되고 있다. 고도의 정보기술을 접목시킨 군사과학기술의 발전은 최근의 주요 전쟁에서 보듯이 적의 전략적 중심을 먼저 타격하여 지휘·통제·통신기능과 지원기능을 마비시킴으로써 적의 전쟁지도부와 전 종심을 동시에 타격, 적을 혼란시키고 전의를 마비시켜, 단기간에 전쟁을 종결시키는 방법으로 바뀌어지고 있다. 따라서 미래 전쟁양상은 정보의 중요성이 더욱 증가되며, 적의 정보체계와 C4I 체계를 초전에 마비시키는 것이 전승의 관건이 되고 있다. 고속 정보통신 기술의 발전은 실시간 정보처리와 전파를 가능하게 만들었고, 전장정보를 영상으로 시각화함으로써 전 제대가 전장상황을 공통으로 인식하고 동시에 보면서 작전을 수행할 수 있도록 만들어 가고 있다.미래의 전쟁은 전천후 전장감시를 비롯한 다양한 정보수집 자산을 기초로 수집된 첩보를 실시간 분석, 처리, 전파하는 능력과 각종 전자전 수단, 비살상무기, 정밀유도무기 등으로 적의 지휘통제체계를 무력화시키는데 중점을 두고 수행될 것이다. 그러나 이와 같은 미래 전쟁양상에 비추어 볼 때 현재 우리 군의 정보 수행능력은 취약한 실정으로 북한과 맞대응하는 식으로 전력증강을 추진하여 현재 우리 군의 교리, 전력구조, 무기체계 등은 장차 전쟁을 수행하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 우리 군이 궁극적으로 추구해야 할 정보 전력 건설의 방향을 모색하기 위해서는 북한의 현존 위협을 포함하여 미래의 불특정 위협과 군사전략, 과학기술 수준, 국방재원 등 제반여건을 고려해야 할 것이다. 이러한 영향요인들을 고려시 우리 군의 정보수행 체계는 현재 진행 중인 정보수집, 생산, 전파분야에 지속적으로 보다 많은 예산과 노력을 지속적으로 투자하고, 전장관리체계인 통합C4I 체계를 완성하여 독자적인 정보우위를 달성함으로써 자주국방에 기여하고 미래 전쟁에서 승리할 수 있을 것이다.따라서 한국군 정보수행 체계 추진방향으로는 교리면에서 모든 형태의 군사적 위협과 테러, 평화유지 등 비군사적 위협에 대비할 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 전력구조면에서는 해공군의 증강과 더불어 미래 전쟁양상에 부합한 정보감시정찰( ISR, Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance) 및 전장관리체계를 조기에 확보하고 북한 및 주변국 위협에 대비할 수 있는 독자적인 정보감시 능력을 구비해야 한다. 무기체계면에서는 북한의 기습공격을 억제할 수 있는 강력한 전장 감시자산과 조기경보기, 무인기 및 위성 등 정보전력 증강 사업을 지속 추진하며, 교육훈련 및 인적자원 면에서는 정보화, 교육화된 체계를 통하여 정예 정보요원을 양성하고 우수인력을 획득 활용하기 위한 민간 및 산학연 협조체제가 필요하다.결론적으로 이제 우리 군은 미래에 전개되어질 정보전에 대비하여 대북 위주에서 탈피하여 새로운 방향의 설정이 필요한 시점으로 독자적인 정보수집 자산과 정보처리 체계를 중심으로 하는 장거리 타격체계, 첨단 최신 무기체계 및 전략적 C4ISR 등의 핵심전력 체계의 조기개발에 착수하고 중점 투자 개발하는 것이 시급하다 하겠다. We appropriate the word ''information'' in our everyday lives so often. And it is a period that we find knowledge or common sense through internet rather than acquiring from school, library, or book stores which was of the past, due to the enhancement of intelligence communication media. As computer networks support individual preferences, information is also consequential for a nation to be subsistent and prosper. Since a nation came into the world in human history, its survival and development has been the number 1 issue, and information has been an indispensable factor for it. At this century, not only powerful nations but weak ones have started expanding intelligence activity realm for the maintenance of national security and their benefit in order to survive in the competition. Among the activities, information gathering is consedered the most significant these days, and the U.S., which is the most powerful nation in the world, is investing 30billion dollars in information activities. Besides, it has encted ''information innovation law'', concerning the establishment of DNI, and has put the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, Negroponte, on duty. These circumstances have begun with the establishment of a new duty by the 9·11 terror fact-finding committee for the purpose ''information sharing'' by putting the president on charge of controlling intelligence institutions through information, which is related to national security, the power of budget, execution, personnel concerning the institutions and supporting the military brains eventually. These took place on the incapacity to the 9·11 terror caused by the absence of information sharing, which is a shame to the fact that 15 intelligence institutions exist in the U.S. including CIA·FBI·DIA.Joining together, the recent information activities have changed conspicuously as the war and strategic concepts have been changing as the war and strategic concepts have been changing, owing to the enhancement of advanced military science and technology. The intense information technology embedded military technology enhancement, as seen in present day wars, enables the termination of wars in a very short time by striking enemies'' core in the first place in order to paralyze the function and support of command·control·communication, which leads to the chaos of enemies and at last the loss of 'will to fight'. So the future war would likely to consider the significance of information more and more and paralyzing enemies'' information and C4I organization in the first place will sure to be the key point to triumph. The enhancement of express intelligence communication technology has enabled real-time information transaction and propagation and also the circumstances in which all echelons can execute operations by recognizing the battlefield sumultaneously by visualizing the battlefield state. The future war will take place by emphasizing at annihilizing enemies'' command and control system, by annalyzing, executing, propagating the intelligence that had been gathered based on various information activity bugdet including all-condition battlefield observation and using various electromagnetic war means, non-bloodshed weapons, and precision inducing weapons. However, compared to the future war kinds, our nation''s information execution ability is in a weak state, and due to the strengthening of war potential based on the concept 'anti-North Korea' - our military discipline, war potential, organization, weapon system, etc. - seems to be incompetible in executing war in the future. It is inevitable to consider every condition - North Korea''s future threats, military strategy, science technology, and military finance including North Korea''s present threats, in order to seek for the direction which our military should face eventually. It will be possible to triumph in the future war and contribute to self-defense by leading our military information execution system to the direction of investing much more budget and effort continuously in intelligence gathering, and propagatin field and to the direction of achieving superiority in information by seeing the perfection of integrated C4I system, which is a branch of battlefield management system.Therefore, the appropriate direction, which Korea military should seek, concerning intelligence executirng system would be being prepared to all kinds of military threats and non-military threats like terror, peace keeping, etc. in doctrine aspect, and strengthening navy and airforce with securing ISR and battlefield management system which corresponds with the future war phase in the early stage and being equipped in unique intelligence seeking against the threats of North Korea and nations around, in war potential aspect. In weapon system aspect, we must expedite information strategy strengthening project, like firm battlefield observation system, early warning system, pilotless plane, satellite, etc., constantly in order to restraint the sudden strike of North Korea. In educationtraining and personnel aspect, and industry-institution union cooperative organiation for nurturing elite intelligence agents and acquiring and applicating fine personnel through information acquiring education system are required.In conclusion, our military is put on a period when we escaped from ''anti-North Korea'' tendency and set a new direction to be prepared for intelligence war in the future. Also it is urgent to bend all investment to developing core war potential system in the early stage, like long-distance striking system in which unique intelligence gathering budget, intelligence execution system, advanced recent weapon system, and strategic C4ISR.
A nation has a responsibility to protect security of children and juveniles, because they lack of physical and psychological power to protect their right and dignity. Therefore, a special protect system is required. Crimes against children and school violence has become intensified and critical social issues. Recently, the police, Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and other government agencies have tried to consider alternatives for solving this problems However. it is not just a .problem that should be dealt with an agency. For instance, police department declared that they would enhance patrol in hot spot areas to handle the problems, but they did not recognize the causes of the problem. In addition, this problem cannot be solved with the limited number of police personnel. Therefore the best solution to the problem is to establish a cooperative partnership with the community, the police, and other agencies. The Child Safety House is a cooperative police-community based crime prevention system. The police designate a stationery store, a convenience store, or a shopping center-which is easily accessible, near the elementary schools, to children-as a safety place for children in need. If the children, who get into danger, go to the safety house, those in the safety house call the police or contact their parents while they offer assistance to the children. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Child Safety House that is implemented since 2008 in Korea and to examine the actual condition of the system. Also, various improvement methods will be determined through comparing other countries’ examples. The method of this study is mainly literature review. Also some data that were obtained from the police department were used. The Safety House system has been run for a while, but only a few studies were conducted. That is, researches were lack for studying. Thus, the interviews that were conducted by the police department and a citizen organization was used in this study as well. There are several problems in running the Safety House. There is lack of awareness of the citizen and the community. Also, cooperation with the related organizations is insufficient, and the management of the Safety House is inadequate with the limited police personnel. Besides, volunteers who participated in this system do not receive any incentives. With regard to this problem, some alternatives are suggested in this study. The Safety House which do not have willingness to run, and which is inappropriate should be eliminated. Instead, the Safety House which has a strong will of participation and accessible to the children easily should be appointed newly. Also, all the volunteers should be examined their crime history records with their consent. After selecting the Safety House participants, a constant education should be carried out for protecting children’s safety. First of all, children should be aware of this system, thus, educational organization should have responsibility to improve awareness. In addition, the Safety House should be extended as it is needed. It is not only increase the number of the Safety House, but also give incentives to the volunteers such as tax cut, parking benefit, and gift cards. It could be helpful to boost their morale. More extensive studies and attention are needed to improve the Safety House’s management, Based on the other countries’ example, the Safety House system that best suits for our nation should be developed. All the members of the nation, society, home, and school should be concerned about crimes against children and should make an effort to protect children.
