합리적 인지 재구성에 의한 시합 후 개입 효과: 태권도 선수들을 중심으로
문원재,김용승 한국스포츠정책과학원(구 한국스포츠개발원) 2000 체육과학연구 Vol.11 No.4

This experimental study was designed to investigate effect of auricular acupuncture on the change of the urinary stress hormone in weight control of taekwondo players. Veteran taekwondo players in college were randomly divided into two groups, sample group(10 subjects were treated with auricular acupuncture) and control group(10 subjects were not treated with auricular acupuncture). The methods of weight reduction are low calorie diet, sauna and regular exercise(3hr/day) for 14 days. The acupoint of auricular acupuncture is shinmoon, stomach, endocrine, pancreas, hunger point. The urine samples were collected all four times at pre-treatment, post-treatment, before and after competition. These samples were used to analyze for cortisol, epinephrine and norepinephrine. The statistically analyzed results of stress hormones were summarized as follow; Urinary cortisol was shown significant increase in sample group at post-treatment. Epinephrine was shown signigicant increase in sample group at post-treatment, and control group was shown significant change at post-competition compared to sample group. Norepinephrine in control group was shown significant decrease at pre-competition compared to sample group.

This study analyzed the distribution of points earned points at the 1995 National Representative Selection Tournament, in which excellent athletes participated. In particular, the study analyzed the distribution of points earned during the 24 games - two semifinals and one final (a total of 3 gmaes) for each 8 weight - from the first round competition and during the 56 games - 4 preliminary games, 2 semifinal and one final (a total of 7 games) for each 8 weight from the second round competition. Therefore, the total points earned during a total of 80 games were analyzed. The competition ground was divided into 4 quadrants (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ) formed by an X-Y axis intersecting at the center and into 4 concentric areas (A,B,C and D). The distribution of points earned based on the kick mode, attack mode and weight division in each areas were analyzed, and the following result were obtained; 1. A total of 546 points were earned during the 80 games, and on average, the average points earned within an area is 136.5 points and the average points earned pr game is 6.825 points, respectively. The following frequency distribution was observed ; area B(199 points)>area A(167 points)>area C(121 points)>area D(59 points). Thus, area B showed the highest number of points, and area D showed the lowest number of points. The numbers were statistically significant at P<.001. 2. The following frequency distribution was observed for the different kind modes; turn kick(444 points), back-kick(60 points), down-kick(42 points). With respect to the turn kick, area B(161 points)>area A(130 points)>area C(106 points)area D(47 points), and with respect to the back kick, area A(121 points)>area B(25 points)>area C,D(9 points). With respect to the down kick, area A(16 points)>area B(13 points)>area C(6 points)>area D(3 points). The points earned for the different kicks in each area were statistically significant at P<.001. 3. The following frequency distribution was observed for the total of 167 points earned for attacking with area A: a first attack(83 points)>a counter attack(64 points)>a close range attack(20 points). Within area B, a total of 199 points were distributed as follows: a first attack(99 points)> a counter attack(83 points)> a close range attack (17 points). Within area C, a total of 121 points were distributed as follows: a first attack(57 points)> a counter attack(54 points)> a close range attack(10 points). As for area D a total of 59 points were distributed as follows: a counter attack(41 points)> a first attack(17 points)> a close range attack(1 points). Unlike the first three areas, the number of points earned gor the counter attack is greater than that earned for the first attack in area D. Also, the points earned for the close range attack is very small. The points earned for the different attack modes in each area were statistically significant at P<.001. 4. Overall, the frequency distribution of the points earned for each weight division within each area is even. In area A, among the total of 167 points, Bantam(30 points) was the highest. Fly(13 points) and Pin(15 points) were relatively low. In area B, each division showed an even distribution. In area C, among a total of 121 points, Fly(28 points) was the highest, and Pin(6 points)was the lowest. As for area D, much of the total of 59 points came from the Feather(12 points) and the Fly(11 points). Pin(4 points) was few. The points earned for the different weight divisions in each area were statistically significant at P<.001. 5. The following frequency distribution was observed: quadrant I(158 points)> quadrant Ⅲ(146 points)> quadrant Ⅳ(122 points)> quadrant Ⅱ(120 points). Thus, quadrant I and Ⅲ showed high number of points. The points are relatively evenly distributed. With respect to the quadrants, area B and D respectively showed the highest and lowest number of points. The numbers shown with respect to the areas within each quadrant were statistically significant at P<.001.

1) The successful rates of each kick is as follows. a. Back kick(218/4.58) b. Down kick(178/6.74) c. Turning kick(1933/4.08) 2) The number of kicks used in the total game was 3048 times. But the successfur scores were 107 times(3.51%) The successful rate was very low. 3) The order of successful rate by Down kick(6.74%) in each weight was a. Light weight b. Feather weight c. Fly weight d. Middle weight e. Each weight such as Fin, Bantan, Welter, Heavy···0.00% The Light Weight had the most successful rate in Down kick. 4) Correlation between Turning kick and other kicks is as follows. a. Back kick r=0.234(P<0.05) b. Down kick r=0.040(P<0.001) c. Whipping kick=r=0.339(P<0.01) Namely, It was statistically seen resemblant correlation.
