        가토에서 Sodium Nitroprusside 에 의한 유도 저혈압이 혈장 Renin 활성치 및 혈청 Aldosterone 치에 미치는 영향

        The renin-angiotensin system plays an important role in maintaining blood pressure in various pathologic and physiologic states. To investigate the effects of the sodium nitroprusside (SNP)-induced hypotension on plasma renin activity and serum aldosterone level, SNP 2.0 ㎎/kg/min was infused to seven unanesthetized rabbits. The mean arterial pressure and heart rate were measured three times; at the start of, 15 and 30 minutes after SNP inusion and 30 minutes after the discontinuation of SNP infusion. The measurement of the plasma renin activity and the serum aldosterone levels during SNP infusion were done by means of radioimmunoassay. The results were as follows: 1) The mean arterial pressure was 117.6±6.9 mmHg at zero time ans decreased significantly to 84.0±19.6mmHg and 72.9±21.6mmHg at 15 and 30 minutes after SNP infusion, respectiely(P$lt;0.01). 2) The heart rate was 124.8±9.3 beats/min at zero time and increased significantly to 139.7±6.4 beats/minute and 155.6±7.9 beats at 15 and 30 minutes after Ssion, respectively(P$lt;0.05). 3) The plasma renin activity was 2.31±0.53 ng/ml/hr at zero time and increased significantly to 5.17±1.39 ng/ml/hr and 4.97±1.52 ng/ml/hr in 15 and 30 minutes after SNP infusion, respectively. 4) The serum aldosterone level was 28.8±13.5ng/dl at zero time and increased to 42.3±14.6ng/dl and 39.5±13.9ng/dl at 15 and 30 minutes after SNP infusion and it continued to increase up to 30 minutes after discontinuation of SNP infusion. In conclusion, it was postulated that the plasma renin activity and serum aldosterone level were closely related to the change of the mean arterial pressure and heart rate during SNP-induced hypotension.

        산부인과 수술 후 경막외 PCA 를 이용한 Meperidine 과 Bupivacaine 의 L2-3 와 T12-L1 투여

        Background : A combined administration of epidural opioid and local anesthetic using patient- controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) produces effective postoperative analgesia, but often causes profound motor and sensory blockade. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect the location of the catheter insertion site has on total dose requirements and troublesome side effects including motor and sensory blockade after surgery Methods : 140 patients who had undergone obstetric and gynecologic surgery were randomly assigned to receive either L2-3 (Group L2-3) or T12-Ll (Group 712-L1) epidural catheter. All patients received meperidine and bupivacaine by PCEA. Patients were assessed with respect to total dose requirements, visual analogue scores and side effects. Results : Total dose requirements, motor and sensory blocks were significant1y lower in group T12-Ll compared with group L2-3. There were no significant differences in VAS, pruritus, nausea/vomiting, or putient's satisfaction. Conclusions : When the epidural placement level is closer to the dermatomes of the surgical incision in lower abdominal surgery, the total dose requirements can be reduced, and motor blocks that interfere with early ambulation and sensory block can also be reduced.         제왕절개술후 모르핀과 Bupivacaine 의 지속적 경막외 주입에 의한 진통 효과

        This study was undertaken to evaluate the analgesic effect of the combination of epidural morphine and bupivaeaine versus epidural morphine alone for postoperative pain. In a ran- domized study, epidural infusions of morphine combined with bupivacaine were compared with bolus epidural injection of morphine alone for postoperative analgesia at rest and dur- ing mobilization and coughing in 80 patients after elective cesarean section. Eighty patients were divided into 2 groups ; M (control) group ; bolus administration of morphine (4mg) and bolus reinjection (4mg) after 24 hours, MB (experimental) group ; bolus administration of morphine (1.5mg) and continuous administration of bupivscaine and morphine (7mg morphine in normal saline 7ml plus 100ml of 0.2% bupivacaine) with the Baxter infusor. Static and dynamic pain scores at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 hours after operation were examined and side effects were recorded. The results were as follows ; 1) Static VAS was significantly lower in group MB compared with group M at 12, 24, and 36 hours (p$lt; 0.05). 2) Dynamic VAS was significantly lower in group MB compared with group M throughout the study (p$lt;0.01). 3) Pruritus was greater in group MB than in group M but statiscally not significant. 4) Nausea was greater in group M than in group MB but stetiscally not significant. 5) None of patients had respiratory depression. We concluded that continuous epidural infusion of bupivacaine and morphine is more useful than morphine alone for post operative pain management after cesarean section.

        기도무형성 신생아의 마취관리

        Agenesis of trachea is a rare congenital anomaly. The main signs are respiratory distress, cyanosis, inability to vocalise and impossible tracheal intubation. There is no long-term surgical solution at present, therefore the condition is ultimately fatal. We report a case of tracheal agenesis. We anesthetized a 2.25 kg neonate for endoscopic examination, who was intubated successfully. Beyond 2.5 cm from the vocal cord, there was no trachea and we can only see esophageal lumen with fistula opening. After the endoscopic examination, exploratory thoracotomy was done, but surgical correction was impossible. After the surgery, she died from progressive ventilatory failure. Autopsy revealed a Floyd's type II tracheal agenesis with tracheo-esophageal fistula. (Korean J Anesthesiol 1998; 34: 187∼191)

        반도체 공정용 기능수의 용해오존 분해장치에 관한 연구

        반도체 및 LCD 세정공정에 사용된 오존수 속의 용해오존을 분해할 수 있는 시스템을 개발함으로써 향후 고성능-저가격의 반도체, LCD PR 박리 및 세정 공정에 적용할 수 있는 핵심 공정기술을 확보하였다. 이 기술을 적용하면 반도체 웨이퍼 및 LCD 평판의 PR 박리 세정 공정을 보다 빠르고 저렴한 비용으로 수행할 수 있으므로 반도체 및 LCD 공정 생산성의 향상을 꾀할 수 있다. We have developed dissolved ozone decompose system in the used ozonated water for the semiconductor and LCD fabrication processes, which will be base of obtaining core process technology in the high performance, low price semiconductor and LCD fabrications. Using this technology, it is possible for the semiconductor wafer and LCD planer to process more rapid and chip, and productivity will be improved.

        오존수를 이용한 태양전지용 웨이퍼의 세정에 관한 연구

        실리콘 태양전지 제조에 기판으로 사용되는 156 mm 실리콘 웨이퍼의 제작 공정에 적용하기 위한 오존수 세정 메커니즘에 대하여 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 생산 공정에 있어서 제품 불량 및 성능 저하를 유발하는 웨이퍼 표면 오염원을 분석하였으며, 이를 제거하기 위한 오존 세정공정에 대하여 실험하였다. 이 기술을 적용한 결과 미세입자는 94% 이상 제거 되었으며, 잔류유기물도 45% 이상 더 제거되는 것으로 나타났다. We have studied on ozonate water cleaning mechanisms to apply in manufacturing process of 156 mm silicon wafer which is used in the solar cell fabrication. We have analyzed contamination sources on wafer surface which causes poor quality and performance of products in fabrication process, and examined cleaning process using ozonate water to eliminate it. Using this novel technology particles are removed over 94%, and remained organic materials are removed more over 45%.

      • 반도체 PR 제거용 EC 재이용 시스템의 구현

        This paper describes a study on EC recycling system for PR stripping in Semiconductor Process. EC is very useful chemical for PR stripping but it is difficult to recycle. We have developed a system to recycle the EC with ozone gas. The experimental results show that EC can be recycled about 10 times through this system.
