        누클레오시드 유도체의 약품 구상 , 합성 및 생리 활성 연구

        Six new uridine-conjugates of penicillin G and peptides have been prepared and evaluated against mouse lymphoblastoma L5178Y cells, Staphylococcus aureus(IAM 3610) and Escherichia coli (ATCC 10536). These include 5`-amino-5`-deoxyuridine-penicillin G(14), 5`-amino-5`-deoxyuridine-cyclo(Phe-Asp)(15-I), 5`-amino-5`-deoxyuridine-cyclo (Phe-Glu)(15-II), 5-iodo-5`-amino-2`,3`-0-isopropylidene uridine-penicillin G(16), 5-iodo-5`-amino-5`-deoxyuridine-penicillin G(17), and 5`-deoxyuridine-penicillin G(19). IC_(50) values were 18.0 ㎍/㎖, 6.5 ㎍/㎖, 6.5 ㎍/㎖, 13.5 ㎍/㎖, 6.5 ㎍/㎖ and 9.0 ㎍/㎖, respectively. MIC values of (15-I) and (17) were 6.25 ㎍/㎖. These preliminary results support the thesis that the uridine conjugates of this type may require a naturally occuring moiety for improved efficacy.

        Appendicitis of pregnancy woman is appeared one of every 1000. This is the most common disease that needs operation except for uterus related diseases. This case is about a woman patient who is 10week pregnancy. She had lower abdominal pain and her case was diagnosed as appendicitis in general hospital. For fear of antibiotics, she went to our hospital. We diagnosed her as soeumin. We treated her with Soeumin Gwaghyangjunggisan for 1 week. We also experienced good effect of Soeumin Gwaghyangjunggisan to appendicitis of pregnancy woman. So we report it.

        This is to report the result of the clinical treatment of One Proteinuria patient who has been hospitalized from January 2003 to August 2003 in Kwangdong Oriental Medicine Hospital. Proteinuria is an important sign of renal disease. It is very useful to estimate the patterns of proteinuria in differential diagnosis of renal disease. One patient have been diagnosed as the determination of the protein creatinine ratio when properly interpreted can replace the total urine collection for 24 hours in the clinical question of proteinuria when hospitalized. Therefore, We met One patient having Proteinuria and acquired good result by treatment with Taeyeumin Jowesungcheongtang plus jejo and bupeong for 4months. This paper describe the process and contents about the patient was cured.

        분산 환경에서 계산 자원의 효율 증대를 위한 데이터 특성 기반의 작업 분류방법

        분산 환경에 존재하는 다양한 이기종의 계산 자원은 가상화 기술을 통해 통합된 고성능 컴퓨팅 환경을 구축한다. 최근, 사용자 수준의 향상으로 인해 복잡한 응용 작업의 처리에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 이는 고성능 컴퓨팅에 대한 수요로 이어지고 있다. 사용자가 요구하는 각각의 작업에는 데이터가 포함되어 있고, 각각의 데이터는 고유의 특성을 가지고 있으므로, 작업의 분류와 처리는 데이터의 특성이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서 계산 자원의 효율 증대를 위한 데이터 특성 기반의 작업 분류방법(JCDT : Job Classifying method based on Data Traits for Increased Efficiency of Computational Resources in Distributed Environment) 을 제안한다. 제안하는 JCDT 는 사용자가 요구하는 작업이 지닌 데이터의 특성을 기반으로 작업을 분류하여, 계산 자원의 효율 증대와 작업 처리속도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Various computational resources in distributed environment are to build a high-performance computing environments through virtualization technology. Recently, there is a growing need for a complicated process due to the improvement of the user-level application, which has led to demand for high-performance computing. The requested job from users is composed of data. And because of each data has own characteristics, the classifier may consider the features of data. In this paper, we propose Job Classifying method based on Data Traits for Increased Efficiency of Computational Resources in Distributed Environment (JCDT). JCDT classifies the job by data traits of the users' request, is expected to improve the job processing time and increase the processing speed of the calculation resources.

      • Nucleoside Derivatives: (I) Synthesis and Biological Activity of Uridine Conjugates of Penicillin G and Peptides

        페니실린 G와 펩타이드의 유리딘 유도체를 합성하여 쥐의 lymphoblastoma L5178Y 세포와 Staphylococcus aureus(IAM 3610) 그리고 Escherichia coli(ATCC 10536)에 대해서 생물 활성 실험을 행하였다. 본 연구에 이용된 합성 화합물들은 5'-amino-5'-deoxyuridine-penicillin G(14), 5'-amino-5'-deoxyuridine-cyclo (Phe-Asp) (15-I). 5's-amino-5'-deoxyuridine-cyclo (Phe-Glu) (15 -II), 5'-iodo-5'-amino-2', '3'-isopropylidene uridine-penicillin G (16), 5'-iodo-5'-amino-5'-deoxyuridine-penicilline G (17), 그리고 5'-deoxyuridine-penicilline G (19) 등을 사용하였다. 이들 각각의 $IC_{50}$ 값은 $18.0\;{\mu}g/ml$, $6.5\;{\mu}g/ml$, $6.5\;{\mu}g/ml$, $13.5\;{\mu}g/ml$, $6.5\;{\mu}g/ml$ 그러고 $9.0\;{\mu}g/ml$로 나타났다. 또한 (15-I)과 (17)의 MIC 값이 $6.25\;{\mu}g/ml$로 나타났다. 이러한 일차적인 결과는 유리딘이나 페니실린 또한 펩타이드가 conjugate 됨으로써 더욱더 생물활성을 개선시키는 결과를 보여 주고 있다.       • 인쇄 출판 환경 변화에 따른 디지털 인쇄 방식의 BOD 솔루션에 관한 연구[I]: 템플릿 개발을 중심으로 I

        When it comes to current growth trend for the printing process in Asia printing market, offset printing, gravure printing and screen printing are reduced respectively -4%, -19%, -55%. In judging from the fact, the change in the printing production system from mass production on small amount to small production on mass amount is the biggest issue. For this reason, digital printing shows the significant growth. According to the increase of the growth 78% for electro photography way and 67% for ink-jet, it's not enough to catch up with digital printing which is increasing as time goes by to equip with hardware like as digital press. There's been necessary to install the BOD(Book on Demand) system which is the advanced and regular publication edit solution based on web-to-print model in the prepress, and it has made the BOD system be considered in relation to maximization of efficiency and production. Therefore, this research tries to step forward from the POD concept, which is refired to "Print along with the ordered quantities, the ordered appropriate time and the demanded place", so that it could expand the range of the printing/publishing environment using the BOD system, the order-made publication based on automatically operating template. And it tried to make the relation to digital web press on ink-jet method which is adequate to "mass production on small amount" with such advanced concept. This research also aims to use actively BOD solution model to promote the productivity of labor, and then to produce the printings across all related industries, which means to manufacture maximally the products on the shortest time at minimum place through PC equipments.

        원형 파형강판의 전단 및 휨 성능평가에 관한 연구 -전단 및 휨강도 설계식 제안-

        본 연구에서는 국내에서 생산되어 사용되고 있는 원형 파형강판을 대상으로 전단 및 휨 강도를 보다 정확하게 산정하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 국내 설계기준 및 기존 연구에 대한 비교 분석을 통하여 기존식에 대한 한계를 분석하고, 실험 및 비선형 해석을 통하여 원형 파형강판에 대한 좌굴강도 설계식을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 전단좌굴 감소계수와 한계 판폭두께비를 이용하여 실험 및 해석결과와 비교한 결과, 상당히 유사한 거동을 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과는 원형 파형강판의 부재 설계 및 구조성능평가에 편리하게 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This research suggest method to calculate more accurate shearing and bending force on corrugated steel plate that it is produced domestically. This research analyze limitation of former formula on domestic design standard and existing research. In addition The strength calculation formula on corrugated steel plate was proposed according to result of the experiment and FEM analysis. In this study, the result that compare experiment with analysis using the proposed shear buckling coefficient and limit width to thickness ratio indicate similar behavior. As the result of the research, It is judged that the structural member design and performance evaluation of the corrugated steel plate was conveniently applied.

        생쥐 배아줄기세포의 신경세포로의 빠른 분화유도

        Embryonic stem cells (ESC) are thought to be a powerful tool for cell replacement in degenerated or damaged cells, including those in central nerve system because ESC are known to be pluripotent and capable of differentiating into various cell types found in adult body. In general, ESCs are differentiated into specific cell lineages through the formation of embryoid body (EB). We demonstrated the direct differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells (mESC) into neuronal cells in culture from mESC aggregation, which were cultured in suspension for only 48 hrs. To process the differentiation of ES aggregates, they were attached onto poly-L-ornithin and fibronectin coated plates (stage I). Then media was changed to early-differentiated media supplement N2 in DMEM/F12 (stage II), during aggregates were expanded fully. After 7 days, we changed media for late differentiation media supplement N2 and B27 in DMEM/F12 for 7 days (stage III). After total 15 days, differentiated cells were observed by immunnocytochemistry with neuronal lineage markers such as neuronal nuclei (NeuN), microtubule-associated proteins-2 (MAP2), and tubulin 3. In addition, RT-PCR analysis showed the gene expression of nestin, OTX2, MAP2. Nestin and OTX2 gene were detected in the neuronal precursor cells and then decreased in differentiated neuronal cells. However, expression of MAP2 gene expression was detected in late differentiated (stage III) cells. Taken together, newly developed neuronal differentiation system without EB formation may be efficient method to drive rapid differentiation mESC into neuronal cells.

        최남선의 「천산유기」에 나타난 타자화의 논리 - 식민지적 무의식과 식민주의적 무의식의 경계 혹은 주변에서의 글쓰기

        This paper examines the logic of subjectification and otherization which appears in Choi Nam-seon(崔南善)'s 「Cheonsan yuki(「千山遊記」)」. Choi Nam-seon travelled Cheonsan which was located in Manchuria(滿洲) in 1941 during the period of Manchu-kou(滿洲國), and left the travelogue. The 「Cheonsan yuki(「千山遊記」)」 shows a perspective that is different from the travelogues in 1920's. This difference comes from the otherization of himself as the one that stood in margin or the boundary. Through diverse forms of ecriture, Choi Nam-seon was, directly or indirectly, connected to the inside and outside of modern Korean literature. They not only embody the creation and diversion of many modern perceptions including those of literature, but also include the assemblage of discourse surrounding the unconsciousness and desire of colonial intellectuals. Hence, the study of Choi Nam-seon's ecriture and his intellectual journey provides an important clue to the understanding of modern Korean literature and Koreas's process of modernization. It is practically impossible to explain Korea's modernization and the diverse assemblages of perception that unfold themselves throughout that process, without touching on Choi Nam-seon who ceaselessly produced diverse forms of ecriture from the Modern Enlightenment Era to all the way down to the post-Korean War period. This is why studying Choi Namseon does not stop at studying Choi Nam-seon alone, but expands its meaning to studying the modern Korean literature of which Choi Nam-seon is a part.
