문화, 경제와 공간: 미디어산업의 지구화에 대한 이론적 검토

본 연구는 미디어제국주의론의 지배.종속 패러다임을 비판하면서 미디어 생산과 수용의 지리적 집적과 확대과정을 통해 미디어 지구화를 이해하려는 새로운 논의들을 검토한다. 미디어 지구화와 공간 개념의 연관성을 강조하는 이러한 이론들에는 창의 산업에 대한 논의와 유연전문생산과 클러스터 개념 등에 기초해 미디어산업의 지구화를 설명하려는 문화경제지리학의 논의 등이 대표적이다. 또한 교통과 통신의 발달로 인한 이동성의 증가가 사회에 미치는 함의에 대해 새로운 사회학적 해석을 시도해 온 신이동성 패러다임 연구나 대중음악 연구에서 지역을 넘어서는 팬덤의 형성을 분석해 온 씬(scene) 접근 역시 미디어 생산과 수용의 공간적 확대에 주목한다는 점에서 논리적 유사성을 보인다. 이러한 접근은 기존 이론들이 노정한 정치적 과잉의 오류나 구조적 결정론의 문제를 극복할 수 있게 해줄 뿐 아니라, 소셜미디어의 등장 등 변화하는 미디어 환경에서 생산자와 수용자 사이에 일어나는 미시적 상호작용을 분석할 수 있게 해준다는 점에서 중요한 이론적 의의가 있다.

폐 처리된 Ba 페라이트를 사용하여 GHz 대역용 전파흡수체를 개발하였다. 도전 손실재인 카본의 첨가에 따른 전파흡수능의 변화와 시편 제작시 제작온도 변화에 따른 전파흡수능의 변화를 조사하였다. 이와 같은 실험을 통하여 GHz 대역용 Ba 페라이트 전파흡수체를 개발하는데 있어 카본의 첨가가 매우 유효함을 알았으며, 시편의 제작온도 또한 우수한 전파흡수체를 개발하는데 있어 반드시 고려되어야 함을 밝혔다. We prepared EM wave absorbers by using recycled Ba ferrite far GHz frequency, and investigated the effects of carbon additions and preparation temperatures on their EM wave absorption properties. We clarified that it is very important to consider carbon amounts in Ba ferrite and preparation temperature for Ba ferrite EM wave absorbers with high quality.

It is very important to calculate natural frequency of the observatory tower correctly because it is keenly affected by wind response vibration due to its large slenderness ratio, weight and small damping ratio. Additionally, suggestion equation of natural frequency being used in the design phase has considerable difference between actual measured value thereby making it inappropriate to be used in the serviceability design of the observatory tower. Therefore, this paper conducted an ambient vibration measuring on 10 observatory towers through mobile-phone application thereby calculating the natural frequency and comparing the result with the domestic and foreign standards and that of the eigen-value analysis. This paper suggested approximate equation of the natural frequency of the observatory tower; T=0.0266H. The square of the corelation coefficient is 0.940, which is high.

This paper examines the political and economic implications of theliberalization of international telecommunications in South Korea in the 1990sand the changing roles of the South Korean state. Until the end of the 1980s, theSouth Korean telecommunications sector was controlled by a public monopoly.With the internal political and economic need for industrial restructuring, vari-ous external forces have driven liberalization of the telecommunications indus-try since the late 1980s. Intertwined with the national political economy, thoseexternal forces and, more generally, structural transformations in the globalpolitical economy have also significantly affected the nature and roles of theSouth Korean state.
The effect of implant shape and bone preparation on primary stability

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of implant shape and bone preparation on the primary stability of the implants using resonance frequency analysis. Methods: Sixty bovine rib blocks were used for soft and hard bone models. Each rib block received two types of dental implant fixtures; a straight-screw type and tapered-screw type. Final drilling was done at three different depths for each implant type; 1mm under-preparation, standard preparation, and 1 mm over-preparation. Immediately after fixture insertion, the implant stability quotient (ISQ) was measured for each implant. Results: Regardless of the bone type, the ISQ values of the straight-screw type and tapered-screw type implants were not significantly different (P > 0.05). Depth of bone preparation had no significant effect on the ISQ value of straight-screw type implants (P > 0.05). For the tapered-screw type implants, under-preparation significantly increased the ISQ value (P < 0.05), whereas overpreparation significantly decreased the ISQ value (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Within the limitations of this study, it is concluded that bone density seemed to have a prevailing effect over implant shape on primary stability. The primary stability of the tapered-screw type implants might be enhanced by delicate surgical techniques.
