This reseach has shown as follws: with the activity of original physical training program, many drivers have brought the effect of physical exercise in physiological ways and of the health consciousness, the reality of physical strength in self-conscions ways throughout enquete investigation. 1) The result of enquete investigation. Many drivers said that 17.2percent out of them are in bad health and 28.5percent out of them are in good health with regard to their health and the consciousness of physical training activity. 48.30percent out of these drivers don't take a exercise before driving and 52.90percent out of them do a exercise regularly. So 92.90percent among them said that it is necessary to participate in sports activity and 50.30percent among them said, "participating in sports activity makes them remove stress and promote their physical strength." Many drivers said that places and facilities are obstructive factors of sports activity. In order to improve the sports activity they demanded that it is essential to develop of physical exercise program and to take public relations. 2) The result of a subjective symptom and illness about drivers. Most drivers have something wrong with their bodies. 83.70percent out of them are ill in health, such as fatigue, neuralgia, lumbago, a gastroenteric disorder, hemorrhoids, constipation. Especially 32.30percent among them are a gastroenteric disorder and 11.40percent are inflammation of a joint. They said that there seems to be varions symptoms including inllness: lumbago, confirmed fatigue, transformation of the waist. They also feel that there are headache, the fatigue of eyes, lumbago as a subjective symptom after driving. 3) The effect of physiological function before and after doing a exercise in their shape drivers must be reduce fat under the skin and also decrease the abdominal region and the thigh parts. There appears effective part in bodies, that is leg strength(P<0.01) and arm strength(P<0.05) through factors of function of physical exercise.
