China transport industry, which has a very high potentiality, has become a very big temptation for everyone. For the present transport industry, China's development is better than Korea in the filed of infrastructure, and it is growing with a high speed in other fields. In the not long future, China will be a world wide stage where will supply a great opportunity to any of transport industry. Based on the opportunity for the transport industry in China, and the review of the literature on China transport industry market's grouping invariables in previous researches, this paper gave out a theoretical plan in China domestic locations selection for a physical distribution company using grouping analysis.

Now, China has been called as “The world factory” as lots of companies import material, half-finished product and finished product from China. Therefore, there is one of problems about the expense reduction in the field of distribution. This study focus on the distribution storehouse’s location selection on the low land price China through a case of company. In this study, it explained the factors of the way of transportation, the volume of traffic, the cost of transportation, the rent cost of storehouse, personnel expenses between J company’s four main supply areas (ZhengZhou, ChangSha, ShanTou, XiaMen) and four proposed areas (TianJin, QingDao, ShangHai, ShenZhen) using the Total Systems Approach to select the optimum locations to reduce the expense. This study also introduced the problems of the expense reduction and each variable’s numerical value for the location selection.

Now, China has joined into the international trade and plays a very important roll in digital economic world. Especially in the city near the sea, the using of computer, cell-phone, e-business and other digital culture is proliferating. The teen-agers and females in big city are using cell-phone and computer to search information and chat. The logistics market has occupied 20% total domestic production in China, and logistics company’s annual growth rate has exceeded 30%. The roadway freightage has occupied 76% total logistics infrastructure in China. In today’s competition environment, the company should not only improve the customer satisfaction, but also try to maintain the customer loyalty to enhance company’s profit. This paper introduced the literature review on the customer satisfaction factors of express service first. And then, used the survey data to analysis the differences between express service factors with customer satisfaction factors, customer loyalty and reuse.
