중국 현대 건축의 지역성 구축 및 표현 특성 사례 연구

본 연구는 현대 지역주의의 건축사상을 기반으로 건축의 지역성 구축과 표현 특성을 종합, 정리하고, 이를 기준으로 중국의 6개 현대 건축 사례를 분석하여, 실천적인 차원에서 중국 현대 건축 지역성 구축과 표현 특성에 대해 파악하였다. 중국 현대의 6개 사례를 환경의 지역성, 문화의 지역성, 기술의 지역성 측면에서 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경의 지역성은 건축이 지역 환경(지형 지모, 기후, 구역 경관)에 대한 호응을 강조한다. 둘째, 문화의 지역성은 건축이 지역의 커뮤니티 구조, 경제 형태, 민속 습관 등 사회 요소와의 연관에서 체현되고 다양화의 설계 수단을 빌어 지역 문화 특징이 건축 속에서의 실현되고 있음을 보여준다. 셋째, 기술의 지역성은 건축의 건조 공법, 구조용 형상, 재료의 내용과 지역 환경, 문화의 조화에 있고 기술의 적합성을 강조하고 있다. 결론적으로 현대 건축의 지역성 구축은 전통과 현대의 환경적, 문화적, 기술적 융합이 다차원적으로 이루어지도록 하여 건축의 다양성과 지속가능성을 촉진한다고 볼 수 있다. This study is to explore the characteristics of contemporary Chinese architecture from the aspects of the regionalism of environment, culture and technology. Six cases of contemporary Chinese architecture which won the world-wide famous were selected and analyzed. The results are the followings; First, the regionalism of environment emphasizes the building`s response to the regional environment (topography, climate and regional landscape). Second, the regionalism of culture reflects as the relevance between architecture and community structure, economic patterns, folk customs and other social factors of the region. Third, the regionalism of technology requires the coordination of construction process, structure form, materials and other contents of architecture with the regional environment and culture, and emphasizes the suitability of technology. Environment, culture and technology determine that the regionalism of contemporary Chinese architecture is not purely the meaning at the formal level, but explores the underlying causes.

본 논문은 도시 공공공간, 조명 디자인과 장소성과의 관련성에 의거하여, 도시 디자인에서 장소성을 표현하는 도시 조명디자인의 유형을 분류하고 유형별 특성을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 선행 연구고찰을 토대로, 공공공간의 조명디자인의 장소성 평가를 위한 6개 디자인 평가요소를 추출하였고, 12개의 우수 조명 디자인 사례에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과 12개 사례에 대해 기본형, 은유플롯형, 인터랙티브형, 미디어 복합형 등의 4개 유형으로 공공공간 조명디자인을 분류하였고 각 유형별로 주도적인 디자인 평가요소와 그 특성을 파악하였다. 연구 결과로는, 첫째, 기능성, 지속 가능성, 심미성은 도시 공공공간 조명을 통한 장소성을 실현시키는 기본적 요소라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, “은유 플롯형”에 속한 사례는 6가지이며, 이 유형의 사례는 특정 지역에 대한 테마 즉 스토리텔링의 발굴이기 때문에, 조명디자인에서도 뚜렷하고 명확한 지역 정체성을 형성할 수 있다. 셋째, “인터랙티브형”과 “미디어복합형”은, 새로운 매개 기술 및 최첨단의 조명 방식이 개입되었기 때문에, 도시 조명디자인의 의미와 외연이 광범위하게 확장되었다고 할 수 있다. 연구 결과를 통하여 도시 공공공간의 조명디자인의 유형과 특성을 파악하여 장소성을 강화하고 도시 이미지를 향상시킬 수 있는 도시 공공공간의 조명디자인 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. Based on the relationship between urban public space, urban lighting and the sense of place, this paper aims to analyze the lighting environment types with the sense of place and their characteristics. First, with the theory study as the research foundation, it extracts six spatial factors of public space lighting design and then analyzes 12 relevant cases on the basis. Finally, it divides the 12 cases into four types, Basic types, Storytelling, Interactive and Multi-Media and analyzes the core design factor and characteristics of various types. The results show that: first, functionality, sustainability and aesthetics are the basic factors to realize the urban public space lighting places. Second, the six cases of “Storytelling” show that the theme of specific areas, namely the exploration of “story” is conducive for lighting design to form clear and definite environment recognition. Third, for “Interactive” and “Multi-Media”, the intervention of new media technology and new lighting way has made the wide expansion of urban lighting design connotation and extension. The research results show that strengthening the urban location performance by the lighting design could improve the city image, which provides the basis for the development of urban public space lighting design.
