      • 흰쥐에 있어서 운동이, 지질과 숙신산, 및 Cytochrome함량변화에 미치는 영향

        5 weeks old Sprague-Dauley 157-168mg male rats which loaded with 3% of body weight in the tail, trained 20mim per day, six days a week for ten weeks in 30 o±2°C swimming pool. Every other two weeks, after the swimming practice, the blood samples were collected from inferior venacava then centrafuged for 15mims at the 3,000rpm. The change of contents of HDL-C, TC, LDL-C, TG, FFA were measured. In order to study the electron transport(Oxidative phospho rylation). Succinic acid was collected by the method in Enzymology to measure Succinate dehydrogenase. Cytochrome C was measures by using the method of Helen, H. Hess and Alfred Pope``s a ultramicrospectrophotometric determination of Cytochrome oxidase for quantitative Histochemistry. The data was analyzed by Two-Factor mixed dessign : Repeated meaurer an one factor during the experimental period the weight of both groups were increased. The change of weight of control group was increased. 1. By the difference of training period the TG was significantly high in the experimental group (P<. 001). 2. There was no significant difference for TC. However the TC for the training period, was different significantly (P < .001). 3. There was no significant difference for HDL-C. However F :1.46 was increased. By the difference of training period. 4.,For LDL-C there was no significant diffenence between the two groups, but in the case of 6, or 8 weeks experimental practice, the control group was increased highly(P<001). 5. For FF A, the two groups had no difference, but, in the control group 2, 4 weeks showed high value. In control, FF A was increassed in 6, 8 weeks training. 6. Succinic acid had no significant difference after 4 weeks trained. 7. After the 8 weeks practice Succinic Acid of the experimental group was increased by 10% compared with the control group but there was no statistical menaing at all. 8. Cytochrome Oxidase was high in the control group after 8 weeks trained(P<.001).
