        용담화 에탄올 추출물의 항노화 작용 연구

        Objective : The goal of this study is to identify the effects of extract ofGentianae sino-ornata(GSO) on the anti-oxidative activity of skin.For this purpose, several functions of GSO were analyzed in terms of skin-lightening activity and wrinkle improvement. Methods : Cell viability was measured by neutral red (NR) assay, and GSO showed highly efficacy in DPPH radical scavenging activity. The level of tyrosinase and matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) in media was analyzed by ELISA kit, and the expressions of p-JNK and p-ERK was measured by Western blot. To elucidate inhibitory effects of GSO on melanin synthesis, I determined the tyrosinase activity and melanin production in B16F10 cells. Results : MMP-1 production in UVB-stimulated HDF cells was inhibited by GSO treatments, and also GSO inhibited protein expression levels of p-JNK and p-ERK. GSO significantly reduced tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis in B16F10 cells. Conclusions : From these results, GSO appears to be effective on skin elasticity increase, wrinkle improvement, whitening as anti-aging activity.

        미용교육과정 인식과 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 효능감 관계 연구

        본 연구는 미용 고등학교 학생 289명을 대상으로 미용교육과정 인식과 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 효능감의 관계를 설문 및 분석하였다. 미용교육과정이 헤어 전공, 자격증 취득 기능교육으로 편중되어 있었고 진로계획은 취업과 대학진학이 높았으며 미용교육과정 인식과 미용교육과정 만족도에서 네일과 개인창업은 낮게 인식하였고(p<0.05, p<0.001) 진로결정 효능감에서 네일은 낮게, 진로교육 만족도에서 메이크업은 낮게, 개인창업은 낮게 인식하였다(p<0.01, p<0.05). 미용교육과정 인식이 높아질수록 진로교육 만족도가 높았고 교사는 진로교육 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 운영 및 시설영역은 직업정보에, 교과과정 영역은 미래계획과 문제해결에, 교사영역은 자기평가에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다(p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.001). 따라서 메이크업, 피부, 네일 전공의 교육과정의 개선이 필요하고 효과적인 진로교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다. This study surveyed 289 beauty specialized high school students to analyze the relation between beauty curriculum awareness, career education satisfaction, and career decision efficacy. The beauty curriculum was concentrated towards the hair major and technical education for license acquisition, and the career plans were high in employment and college entrance admission. In terms of awareness and satisfaction of the beauty curriculum, nails and entrepreneurship were low (p<0.05, p<0.001), nails were low in career decision efficacy, and makeup and entrepreneurship was low in career education satisfaction (p<0.01, p<0.05). The career education satisfaction was higher as the beauty curriculum awareness rises, and educators had a positive influence on career education satisfaction. The following areas had the positive influence for each section; the school operation and facility area for job information, the curriculum area for future planning and problem solving, and the educator area for self-evaluation (p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.001). Therefore, it is necessary to improve the curriculum in the majors of make-up, skin, and nails, and effective career education programs should be developed.

        한국 남성이 선호하는 여성의 메이크업 정도 및 여성성 인식 연구

        본 연구는 20대 여성 메이크업 사진을 보기 전·후의 한국 남성이 선호하는 여성 메이크업 정도와 여성성에 대한 인식을 살펴보기 위해 10대-50대 한국 남성 315명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 진행했다. 연구 결과 20대 여성 모델의 메이크업 사진을 보기 전 선호도·여성성 인식 수치는 메이크업 사진을 본 후보다 높았다. 사진을 보기 전에는 베이스메이크업에 대한 선호도가, 사진을 본 후에는 풀메이크업에 대한 선호도가 가장 높았고 30대 남성에게서 이 양상이 두드러지게 나타났으며 노메이크업 사진을 보기 전·후 30대 남성의 선호도 수치 차이는 1.49점으로 가장 컸고 50대 남성은 0.16점으로 차이가 가장 적었다(p<0.001). 직업이 있는 집단은 직업이 없는 집단에 비해 노메이크업 상태 여성에 대한 선호도와 여성성을 낮게 평가했고 남성은 여성의 메이크업 정도가 더해질수록 평범하지 않은 이미지로 인식했다. 결론적으로 여성 메이크업 정도에 대하여 메이크업 사진을 보기 전과 후 선호하는 메이크업에 차이가 있음을 확인하였고 이는 여성이 남성 심리를 파악하는데 기초적 자료로 활용될 수 있고 여성 스스로 메이크업의 정도를 조절하여 매력, 여성성을 부각을 통한 자기만족, 자아성취, 자신감 고취 등 심리에 긍정적 효과를 줄 것으로 사료된다. This study conducted online survey on the difference of aged 10’s through 50’s 315 Korean men’s preference and feminity perception on the level of before⋅after watching woman’s makeup. The men’s preference femininity perception before watching the picture of the models of in their 20’s were higher than after. At this point, the most important thing is the fact that before watching the picture, the highest preference was for base makeup, but after watching the makeup, the highest preference was for full makeup. This means the men thought they prefer base makeup the most, but preferred full makeup actually. This aspect was especially noticeable among the men in their 30’s. As a result of comparison preference before⋅after watching no makeup pictures by age, the difference of before⋅after preference level of the men in their 50’s was 0.16, but the level of the men in their 30’s was 1.49. The group of people have jobs perceived the women with no makeup were less attractive and feminine than the group of people don’t have jobs. The men perceived the women with full makeup were less ordinary than the women with no makeup. To sum up, the difference between Korean men’s preference for level of woman’s makeup before⋅after watching the pictures of makeup was do exist. This can be used as elementary data to women for understanding men’s psychology and can be helpful for women to establish appropriate response strategy. Further, researches on various age group will be necessary.

        미용 전공 학생의 블렌디드러닝 미용교과 수업에 따른 학습실재감, 학습몰입도, 학습만족도의 상관관계 분석

        목적 미용 전공 학생의 블렌디드러닝 미용교과 수업에 따른 학습실재감, 학습몰입도, 학습만족도의 상관관계를 분석하고자 설문조사를 시행하였다. 방법 블렌디드러닝 미용교과 수업을 받은 경험이 있는 미용 전공 학생 310명을 대상으로 설문을 하였다. 블렌디드러닝 미용교과 수업인식의 하위요인을 교육환경, 교사영역, 수업과정으로 구성하고 학습실재감의 하위요인을 인지적 실재감, 감성적 실재감, 사회적 실재감으로 구성하여 각 요인들의 타당성을 검정하였고 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과 블렌디드러닝 미용교과 수업의 효과적 전공수업에서 헤어미용은 높게, 네일미용은 낮게, 선호하는 온라인 강의에서 동영상 강의는 높게, 화상강의는 낮게, 효과적 수업비율에서 오프라인과 온라인의 반반 병행을 높게, 온라인 위주를 낮게 인식하였다. 헤어미용 전공은 교육환경과 학습적 실재감을 높게, 네일미용과 메이크업은 교육환경과 학습적실재감을 낮게 유의미하게 인식하였다. 오프라인과 온라인의 비율에 따른 미용교과 수업인식, 학습실재감, 학습몰입도, 학습만족도에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 미용교과 수업인식의 하위요인 모두 감성적 실재감, 인지적 실재감, 사회적 실재감, 학습몰입도, 학습만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 미용교과 수업인식 하위요인 중 교육환경이 가장 크게 학습실재감에 영향을 미쳤고 수업과정이 학습몰입도와 학습만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 블렌디드러닝 미용교과 수업인식은 학습실재감에, 수업인식과 학습실재감은 학습몰입도와 학습 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 블렌디드러닝 미용교과 수업 시 실시간 화상강의와 동영상강의를 병행하는 수업이 필요하고 교육자의 전문성 강화와 미용이론 심화교육이 필요하며 온라인 위주 강의보다는 온라인과 오프라인 비율을 적당히 조절할 필요가 있으며 특히 네일미용과 메이크업 교육환경과 교과과정에 대한 검토 및 개선이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Objectives A survey was conducted to analyze the correlation between learning reality, learning commitment, and learning satisfaction according to blended learning beauty subject classes of beauty students. Methods A questionnaire survey was performed against a total of 310 students who had blended learning cosmetology course before. The factors of the awareness of blended learning cosmetology course were divided into educational environment, faculty and curriculum while learning presence factors were classified into cognitive presence, emotional presence and social presence. Then, the validity of each factor was tested, and their correlations were analyzed. Results In terms of the level of recognizing blended learning cosmetology courses, ‘hairdressing’ was high while ‘nail styling’ was low in effective major courses. In preferred online classes, ‘video class’ was high while ‘video conferencing’ was low. In effective class percentage, ‘both online and offline courses given equally’ was high while ‘online course-oriented’ was low. In hairdressing major, ‘educational environment’ and ‘learning presence’ were high. In Nail styling and makeup, on the contrary, they were taken low with statistical significance. In awareness of cosmetology courses, learning presence, learning flow and learning satisfaction by the online and offline percentage, no statistical significance was found. All cosmetology course factors had a positive influence on emotional presence, cognitive presence, social presence, learning flow and learning satisfaction. Among the factors concerning the awareness of cosmetology courses, ‘educational environment’ revealed the biggest influence on learning presence while ‘curriculum’ showed the largest effect on learning flow and learning satisfaction. Conclusions The awareness of blended learning cosmetology courses had a positive influence on learning presence. In addition, course awareness and learning presence showed a positive effect on learning flow and learning satisfaction. For blended learning cosmetology courses, both realtime teleconferencing and video class should be given. Furthermore, it is required to make the faculty build their competence and give in-depth theory curriculum. Instead of focusing on online curriculum only, the percentage of online and offline courses should be adjusted properly. In particular, nail art and makeup education environments and curriculum should be reviewed and improved accordingly.

        MTS와 태반추출물을 이용한 관리가 중년여성의 미백 및 미세주름에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of whitening effect and light wrinkles by microneedle therapy system (MTS) and placenta extracts. The study objects were 24 women with age of 30`s and 40`s, who were divided into 3 groups. The placenta group infiltrated by placenta extracts, the MTS placenta group treated by MTS and placenta extracts, and the placenta subcutaneous injection group given placenta extracts by subcutaneous injection were studying each 8 people respectively. The first step was to cleansing. On the second step, the placenta group was infiltrated by 2 mL of placenta extracts on the face, MTS placenta group was done by rolling on the face for 5 min with placenta extract after the same step of the first group and placenta subcutaneous injection group was given 2 mL of placenta extract by injection. The third step was infiltrated sedation mask for all the experimental groups. The measurement was checked before the treatment, after 6 times treatment, which was measured large pigmentation, small pigmentation, melanin, light wrinkle, erythema, keratin and degree of oil and moisture respectively. As a result, it was considered that both placenta extracts and MTS together were more effective than placenta extracts only or subcutaneous injection, which brought more changeable improvement for large and small pigmentation, melanin, light wrinkle, erythema, keratin, oil and moisture. Conclusively, this study proved the combination treatment of MTS and placenta extracts might have positive effects on whitening and light wrinkles of middle=aged women.

        연구논문 : 메이창 오일을 이용한 후경부마사지가 고혈압 고령여성의 혈압 및 혈중성분에 미치는 영향

        As the average life expectancy of human beings has increased, the number of the aged people suffering from the chronic disease of hypertension has also increased. In this study, the Maychang oil which has an effect of decreasing the level of blood pressure was applied to elderly women who have hypertension through the posterior neck massage, and its influence on the blood pressure and blood constituents was examined. Ten of them were included in the comparison group, while 10 were in the Maychang posterior neck massage group and the other 10 were in the lavender posterior neck massage group. Also, 10 were included in the vaseline posterior neck massage group. Each experimental group has received a total of 18 posterior neck massages for six weeks with three times a week. Results showed that Maychang posterior neck massage reduces blood pressure and has a positive effect on blood components in elderly women who have hypertension. These data suggest that use of the scent method with Maychang oil may provide positive effects for aged people suffering from the chronic disease of hypertension by possibly reducing the level of blood pressure together with chemical substances in the blood.

        피부미용사의 인성교육 인식과 직무 스트레스 및 이직의도 관계

        본 연구는 피부미용사 298명을 대상으로 2018년 8월 1일부터 9월 17일까지 인성교육 인식이 직무 스트레스 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 인성교육 인식은 자기조절, 책임, 소통으로 구성하고 이직의도는 본인문제, 인간관계로 하위요인을 구성하여 설문을 진행하여 분석하였다. 30대가 3회 이상으로 이직횟수가 많았고 모든 연령대에서 주요한 이직이유를 감정소진으로 인식하였다. 인성교육을 잘 받은 시기는 대부분 초등학교로 학년이 높아짐에 따라 인성교육이 지속적으로 이루어지지 않았고 중요한 인성교육 내용은 더불어 사는 태도이었고 인성교육을 중요시해야 하는 이유는 개인주의적 가치로 인한 배려와 나눔 의식 부족이었다. 인성교육 인식에서 모두 소통을 자기조절, 책임보다 중요하게 인식하였고(p>0.05), 직급이 높을수록 자기조절을 더 중요하게 인식하였다. 연령과 직급이 낮을수록 직무스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났고 이직의도는 본인문제로 인식하고 있었으며(p<0.05, p<0.01) 인성교육인식은 소통, 자기조절, 책임 순으로 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 변수간의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있고 소통, 자기조절 순으로 인성교육 만족도에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며(p<0.05) 인성교육 인식 중 자기조절은 본인문제에, 소통은 인간관계에 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 보였다(p<0.01). 결론적으로 소통이 인성교육 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 학교에서 지속적인 인성교육이 체계적으로 이루어져야 하고 직무스트레스 및 이직의도를 감소하기 위해 자기조절 및 소통 관련 인성교육 프로그램이 개발 및 적용되어야 할 것이다. This study aimed to investigate the effects of personality education perception on job stress and turnover from August 1 to September 17, 2018 for 298 beauty therapists, which consist of self-regulation, responsibility, and communication. Turnover intention was analyzed by constructing sub-factors based on personal problems and relationships. In the 30s, the number of turnovers was more than 3 times, and major reasons for turnover were recognized as exhaustion. Most of the times when the personality education was well received were elementary school, and as the grade level increased, personality education was not continuously conducted, and important personality education contents lived together. In personality education awareness, communication was more important than self-regulation and responsibility (p>0.05), and the higher the position, the more self-regulation was perceived. The lower the age and rank, the higher the job stress, and the intention to turn over was recognized as their own problem (p<0.05, p<0.01). Personality education awareness was important in order of communication, self-regulation, and responsibility. There was a statistically significant correlation in the relationship between variables, and there was a significant positive (+) effect on personality education satisfaction in the order of communication and self-regulation (p<0.05). There was a significant negative (-) effect on human relationships (p<0.01). Communication has the greatest effect on personality education satisfaction, and continuous personality education should be systematically conducted in school, and personality education programs should be developed and applied to reduce job stress and turnover.

        Resveratrol을 함유한 화장품과 보조제 섭취가 중년 여성 피부에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effects on middle-aged women`s skin with Resveratrol cosmetics containing 3% of resveratrol extract and supplement intake (500 mg/day). For clinical experiment, 24 healthy female adults were divided by three groups: R Application group with Resveratrol eye cosmetics, R Ingestion group with Resveratrol supplement, R Application Ingestion group with Resveratrol eye cosmetics and supplement. The experiment had been conducted for a total of 8 weeks and skin oil and moisture condition, bared eye evaluation, image measurement, free radical in the blood were measured before and after the test. As a result, first oil and moisture level around eye contour was increased in three groups (p<0.05) and R Application Ingestion group was increased much more than the other groups. Second R Application Ingestion group was effective in bared eye evaluation and image measurement when it came to the wrinkles around eyes (p<0.05). Third, facial pigmentation area and free radical in the blood were effectively diminished in R Ingestion group (p<0.05) and R Application Ingestion group (p<0.05) which took oral Resveratrol supplement during the test. There were remarkable positive results in R Application Ingestion group out of three groups. The results showed that Resveratrol, anti-oxidant, could have more good effects on middle-aged women`s skin through applying cosmetics on the skin and taking oral supplement. Therefore the study showed that applying the cosmetics with Resveratrol and taking oral Resveratrol could effectively make the skin more healthy.

        헤어 업스타일 교육 인식과 현장 활용성 및 만족도 관련 연구

        목적 헤어 업스타일 교육 인식의 하위요인이 현장 활용성 및 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 방법 미용교육 연구에 맞게 설문지를 구성하였으며, 업스타일 교육을 받은 20-40대 미용전공자 306명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 헤어 업스타일 교육 인식의 하위요인을 교육강사, 교육환경, 교육과정으로 구성하였다. 결과 웨딩, 혼례식이 업스타일 연상 이미지와 활용이 가능한 현장으로 중요한 현장임을 확인하였다. 수업은 실기위주로 진행되고 있었고 현장실습은 ‘안함’ 응답이 가장 많았다. 교육강사 인식, 현장 활용성과 교육 만족도는 현장경력이 비교적 적은 20대에서 높게 나타났고 40대 이상에서 낮게 나타났다. 또한 자격증 취득이 목적인 수강생은 교육강사, 현장 활용성과 교육만족도를 높게, 대학진학이 목적인 수강생은 낮게 평가하였다. 헤어 업스타일 교육 인식 중 교육강사, 교육환경, 교육과정은 모두 현장 활용성 하위요인인 업스타일 기초교육, 기법교육에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고 업스타일 교육 인식 중 교육강사, 교육과정 인식이 높을수록 교육 만족도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 결론 현장 활용성의 업스타일 기초교육과 유형교육을 확대하여 교육 만족도를 높일 수 있고 면접 업스타일 등 교육을 추가해야 한다. 또한 헤어 업스타일 이론 수업의 중요성을 인지시킬 필요가 있으며 현장실습의 추가 및 활성화 방안을 모색해야 한다. 현장 경력이 많은 미용인을 위하여 교육강사 전문성 강화, 수업 난이도 상향이 필요하며, 자격증 과정 외 현장에서 필요한 심화 교육이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Objectives To analyze the effects of lower-level factors on field utilization and educational satisfaction. Methods Based on previous studies, the questionnaire was reconstructed according to this study surveying 306 people in their 20s and 40s who had experience in up-style education. The lower factors of hairstyle education awareness are education instructors, educational environment and curriculum. Results Weddings are an important place to use as an image of fashion. The classes were centered on practical skills, and the largest number of respondents said there was no practice on the field. The lecturer s recognition, field usability and education satisfaction was high in those in their 20s with relatively little field experience and low in those in their 40s and older. Also, students with the purpose of obtaining a certificate rated educational instructors, field usability and educational satisfaction high, and those with the purpose of entering university rated low. Among the hair-up style education awareness, education instructors, educational environment, and curriculum all had a positive impact on up style basic education and technique education, and among the up style education awareness, the higher the awareness of education instructor and curriculum, the higher the satisfaction level. Conclusions Education satisfaction can be increased by expanding up-style basic education and type education for field usability, and education such as interview up-style should not be neglected. It is also necessary to recognize the importance of hair-up-style theory classes and to explore ways to add and activate field practice. For hairstylists with a lot of field experience, it is expected that strengthening education instructors expertise and increasing the difficulty level of the classes will be needed, and in-depth education will be needed in the field other than the certification course.
