        침구경략전위 측정에 의한 침 자극 반응 특성

        Human body has a complete left and right symmetry structure, and the left and right balance by Yin and Yang. When the balance is broken, the left and right Meridian becomes abnormal condition. Acupuncture is a kind of therapy to recover from energy unbalance of the left and right Meridian to a new balance condition. In the study, we observed the electric potential along the stomach meridian (ST) in order to verify the energy consensus phenomenon by transportation of bio-energy between operator and subject during acupuncture. The acupuncture effects on opposite meridian site were investigated by comparing the electric potentials between the right and left ST sites. Meridian electrical potentials (MEPs) between operator and subject were simultaneously generated during the acupuncture and the polarity of MEPs was opposite. The results might imply the bio-energy transportation between operator and subject. In addition, we observed three different patterns of MEPs on both ST sites which might represent the condition of the related meridians because meridians in the body are organically interconnected.

        레이저자극과 수기자극에 대한 경락전기반응 특성비교

        최근에 레이저를 임상치료에 응용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 전기적 관점에서 레이저 자극이 경락에서 어떠한 전기적 반응을 유도할 수 있는지에 대한 연구가 미흡하고, 명확한 치료효과에 대한 임상보고가 발표되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 레이저자극과 수기자극이 경락전위 형성에 미치는 영향을 비교 관찰하여 전기적 관점에서 침술과정 및 침술효과에 대한 객관적 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 수양명대장경상의 삼간혈(LI3)을 각각 자극했을 경우, 삼간혈(LI3)과 합곡혈(LI4)에서의 전위변화를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 레이저 자극 시, 평균 피크전위는 $7.53{\pm}3.44{\mu}V$로 매우 낮게 나타났고, 자극전후 전위패턴에 차이가 없어서 레이저 자극에 대한 유효한 전기반응으로 간주하기 어렵다. 접지조건에 대한 수기자극에서는 평균피크전위가 $2.65{\pm}1.53mV$로 매우 높게 측정되었고, 개인별, 접지조건에 따라 전위크기와 패턴이 다양하게 나타나고 전위패턴은 주로 캐패시터의 충방전 전위와 매우 비슷하게 나타났다. 또한, 절연자침의 경우에서는 접지조건에 관계없이 평균 피크 전위가 $0.25{\pm}0.16mV$로 수기자극 전위에 비하여 매우 낮게 나타났으며, 이는 침자극에 대한 유효한 전기 반응으로 간주하기 어렵다. 따라서, 전기적 관점에서 침술과정과 침술효과는 시술자와 피시술자간의 생체이온전하의 이동에 의한 에너지 교감현상임을 확인하고, 수기자극은 경락의 전기반응을 유도하는 반면, 레이저 자극은 경락의 전기적 반응을 유도하기 어렵다는 것을 확인하였다. Laser stimulation has been widely studied and used in clinic. However, electrical response by laser stimulation on meridians has not been investigated. In this study, we compared electric potential of laser and acupuncture stimulation on meridians. We measured electric potential variation at acupoints(Samgan(LI3) and Hapgok(LI4)) on Large Intestine Meridian. In laser stimulation results, average peak electric potential is very low($7.53{\pm}3.44{\mu}V$) for before and after stimulation. However, acupuncture stimulation was performed in ground connection condition and resulted in huge variation of average peak electric potential($2.65{\pm}1.53mV$). That is, the intensity and pattern of electric potential were dependent on the ground connection condition and individual. Also, the electric potential pattern was very similar to the pattern of electric charge and discharge of capacitor. The acupuncture stimulation using a insulating needle resulted in lower average peak electric potential variation($0.25{\pm}0.16mV$) than that of acupuncture stimulation. It might present little electrical response of acupuncture stimulation using insulating needles. In point of electrical response, the laser stimulation was determined to be no acupuncture effect at meridian. Acupuncture stimulation seems to be most effective method to induce electrical response at meridians. The procedure and effect of acupuncture might be considered as energy consensus phenomenon by transportation of bio-ion charge between a practitioner and patient.

        최소 침습적 레이저 치료 시스템의 골손실 치료 효과

        Unloading, such as denervation, resulted in bone loss. The aim of this study is to evaluate effects of minimally invasive laser therapy system (MILTS) for treatment of bone loss during unloading. Nineteen 6-week-old ICR female mice (approximate weight 24 g) were used. Twelve mice served as sciatic neurectomy (denervation group, DENER) for right hind limb and seven mice served as control (wild type group, WT). Six mice were directly irradiated laser (wavelength: 660 nm, optical power: 10 mW, energy density: 3J) on bone by using minimal invasive laser probe in DENER group for 2weeks. The other six mice in DENER group served as sham treatment (sham group, SHAM). The mice were scanned at 0 week, before denervation, after 2weeks and after 4weeks by using in vivo micro-CT. Structural parameters and volume bone mineral density (vBMD, g/cm3) in the trabecular bone were measured. The vBMD(11%,p < 0.01), BV/TV (57%,p < 0.01), Tb.Th (23%,p < 0.05) and Tb.N (57%,p < 0.01) were significantly bigger and the Tb.Sp (42%,p < 0.05), SMI (62%,p < 0.05) and Tb.Pf (41%,p < 0.01) were significantly smaller in LASER group compared with SHAM group after 2weeks irradiation of laser. These results showed that the MILTS might keep bone quantity as well as quality during unloading. Therefore, the MILTS might be used for treatment of bone loss during unloading.
