        영어트랙 ‘맞춤형 교양 한국어 교재’ 개발을 위한 교수자 요구 조사 연구

        Objectives This study aims to explore the direction of developing customized Korean textbooks for English track international students based on the perception and needs of professors to adapt to college life and Korean life of English track foreign students. Methods In order to study this purpose, the first focus group interview, second perception, and demand survey were conducted on nine professors who conducted Korean language classes for English track international students at universities in Busan. The question was completed based on the preliminary survey of the first chapter, and the questions of the second main survey were organized in various ways, such as multiple choices, multiple responses, and free responses to accept various opinions from professors. Results The instructors were less satisfied with the Korean language class conducted due to the learning purpose, insufficient class time, and inappropriate textbooks of English track international students. However, recognizing the need to develop Korean language education and customized textbooks for English track international students, the textbooks should be organized around the number of units suitable for a semester, grammar and vocabulary, speaking and vocabulary. This study also mentioned that the subject should be composed of contents that can be actually used in college life and Korean life, and that English translation is necessary. Conclusions Based on the perception and demand survey of instructors, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of English track international students and to study Korean language education and the development of customized Korean textbooks for them.

        탄뎀 수업에 대한 교수자 인식 조사 연구

        The purpose of this study is to look over the reality of tandem classes, to prepare the foundation for educational support for instructors, and to discuss ways to develop tandem classes. To support this purpose, a group of experts who conducted and studied a tandem-type class was selected as a panel and interviewed. As a result, it was confirmed that tandem classes were a type of class required in multi-national, multicultural, and multi-major education. Tandem classes can conduct various activities with the goal of “mutual foreign language learning, understanding of interculturalism, global communication, and self-directed learning.” Tandem classes are classes that instructors, students, and university institutions need to understand and prepare for. Therefore, instructor workshops, pre-education for learners, and activity expenses support are required. This study is significant in that it examined the actual status of the class through the voice of tandem class instructors and presented support and development plans for the future. 본 연구는 탄뎀 수업의 실제를 살펴보고, 교수자를 위한 교육 지원 토대 마련과 탄뎀 수업의 발전 방안을 논의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 탄뎀 수업을 진행, 연구한 전문가 집단을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 탄뎀형 수업은 다국가, 다문화, 다전공 교육에서 필요한 수업 유형임을 확인하였다. 탄뎀형 수업은 ‘상호 외국어 학습, 문화상호주의 이해, 글로벌 의사소통, 자기주도적 학습’을 목표로 여러 활동을 할 수 있다. 탄뎀 수업은 교수자, 학생, 대학기관이 이해하고 준비해야 하는 수업이다. 그러므로 교수자 워크숍, 학습자 사전 교육, 활동비 지원 등이 필요하다. 본 연구는 탄뎀 수업 교수자의 목소리를 통해 수업의 실제 구성 현황을 살펴보고 앞으로 지원, 발전 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

        결혼이민자의 실시간 온라인 수업 만족도 및 인식 연구 - 부산 다문화센터 학습자를 대상으로 -

        The research aims to explore future education plans by examining current status of real-time online Korean classes for marriage migrants, and investigating the learners’ class satisfaction and perception. To this end, a two-year Korean class programme at the Busan Multicultural Center was investigated; a first satisfaction survey followed by a second interview survey of learners about changes in class type was conducted. As a result, it was found that the learners' skill in utilising media was excellent along with a high satisfaction on the online class. The online class enables the learners to do childcare and housework together while level of concentration and communication during the class was somewhat limited. If real-time online and face-to-face classes were combined, it would be more effective that the online classes focus on understanding-centered classes such as ‘TOPIK, naturalization, writing’. In addition, it will be effective to conduct ‘conversation, pronunciation, cultural’ as face-to-face classes in classrooms. Through this study, it is hoped that further discussion on directions of the online Korean language classes for marriage migrants to be made.

        유학생 대상 교양 교육과정에 대한 전문가 집단의 인식 조사 연구

        Purpose: Although the Korean language proficiency education system has been established, there is not much discussion about the liberal arts education process for international students. Therefore, this study intends to discuss the design of the liberal arts curriculum by examining the perceptions of international students and liberal arts education experts. Methods: For this purpose, the literature related to the liberal arts curriculum was reviewed to form interviews and questionnaires, and qualitative and quantitative studies were conducted in the form of expert interviews and questionnaires. Results: As a result, the importance of the liberal arts curriculum for international students and the need for the improvement of it turned out. Based on the results of the survey, it was possible to establish a liberal arts curriculum system of university life Korean language education; major-linked education; content-based liberal arts education; experience-oriented education, and practice-oriented education Conclusion: The liberal arts curriculum is crucial for international students for enhancing knowledge and practical skills. Therefore, each university should determine the liberal arts curriculum customized for international students and prepare a roadmap considering the characteristics of them. 목적: 한국어 숙달도 교육은 체계가 정립되어 있으나, 유학생 교양 교육과정에 대한 논의는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유학생 및 교양교육 전문가의 인식을 조사하여 유학생 교양 교육과정의 구성과 운영에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 방법: 이를 위해 교양 교육과정 관련 문헌을 검토하여 면담과 설문 문항을 구성하고, 전문가 면담과 설문조사 형식으로 질적․양적 연구를 병행하였다. 결과: 그 결과 유학생 교양 교육과정의 중요성과 개선의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었고, 조사 결과를 토대로 ‘대학생활 한국어교육, 전공 연계 교육, 내용 기반 교양 교육, 체험 중심 교육, 실무 중심 교육’의 교양 교육과정 체계를 정립할 수 있었다. 결론: 교양 교육과정은 유학생의 대학생활과 전공 학습에 도움을 주고, 이들이 교양지식과 실무 능력을 함양하는 데 중요하게 작용한다. 따라서 각 대학에서는 상황에 맞게 유학생 교양 교육과정의 운영 주체를 정하고, 유학생의 특성을 고려한 교육과정 로드맵을 마련해야 할 것이다.

        The populations of wireless mobile internet users are rapidly increasing now days. On Demanding of this technological trends, the needs of multimedia contents on the networks of wireless mobile internet systems are urqently required to realizing our own desires. According to the needs of our wireless mobile users for multimedia communications without any problem or any trouble on the wireless internet, this study shows to solve those problems for realizing some effective structuring method through wireless internet by using various multimedia contents more rapid communications.

        한국어 교육에서의 어휘 교육 방안 -어종과 의미 관계를 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 한국어 교육에서 어종과 의미 관계에 따 른 어휘 교육 방안을 제시하고자 하는 데에 있다. 현재 어휘 교육은 과목과 교재, 교수 전략이 부족한 편이다. 이에 본고에서는 어휘 교육 현황을 살펴보고, 어휘 교수 이론과 전략을 정리하였다. 어휘는 한국 어 교육에서 기본이 되는 어종에 따른 고유어, 한자어, 외래어. 의미 관계에 따른 유의어와 반의어, 다의어와 동음어, 상하위어로 분류하였 다. 교육 방안은 각 어휘 특성과 상황에 맞게 의미 발견 전략, 기억 강화 전략 등을 활용하였다. 한국어 어휘 교육의 필요성을 확인하고 어종과 의미 관계에 따라 교육 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 가 진다. The purpose of this study is to organize and categorize the composition of word contents for Korean vocabulary education in systemic group. The results of this study are summarized as follows: Firstly, word contents for Korean vocabulary is subdivided based on word type and semantic relation. Particles and affixes are excluded according to Korean Language Curriculum, Secondly, vocabulary education based on word type is analyzed into Pure-Korean words education for fluent conversation, Sino-Koreans word for professional vocabulary expansion and Loanwords education which is on the rise due to diversification of cultural contacts. Lastly, In order to make it easier to understand the meaning of words, the vocabulary is organized by dividing it into synonym and antonymous relation(oppositive relation), polysemy and homonymous relation, hypernym and hyponym depending on the semantic relation. Therefore, it establishes the word contents structure in Korean education by linking the correlation that the vocabulary has.

        한국어 교사의 ‘질문하기’에 따른 학습자의 ‘응답하기’ 양상 분석 연구

        한국어 교육은 교사의 발화에서부터 시작한다고 할 수 있을 만큼 교사 발화는 중요하다. 교사의 발화는 학습자에게 학습 내용을 입력시키고 표현을 이끌어 내는 역할을 한다. 이를 통해 수업의 상호작용이 이루어지는데 교사의 ‘질문하기’가 출발점이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 교사의 ‘질문하기’에 따른 학습자의 ‘응답 하기’의 양상을 분석하여 상호작용 관계를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국어 수업 대화를 전사한 자료를 분석하였다. 교사의 질문 유형을 형태, 목적에 따라 분류하고, 학습자의 대답을 형태, 적절성에 따라 사용 양상을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 질문하기 형태는 ‘네/아니오 의문문’, ‘무엇 의문문’ 등 순서였다. 목적은 열린 질문인 ‘참조형 질문’, ‘확인 점검 질문’, 교사가 대답을 알거나 추측 가능한 ‘나열형 질문’ 순서였다. 학습자의 응답 형태는 ‘개인 응답’이 가장 많았으나, 교사의 질문에 침묵하는 경우가 29%로 높았다. 그러나 응답 적절성은 ‘올바른 대답’이 81%로 학습자들이 학습 내용을 이해하고 있었다. 이렇게 한국어 교실에서 이루어지는 교사와 학습자간 대화 분석을 통해 상호작용의 양상을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 전사 자료의 한계점과 교사와 학 습자의 상호작용 관련성에 대한 연구는 부족하였다. 앞으로 교사 발화의 유형과 목적에 따른 학습자의 발화 유형, 효과 등에 대한 연구와 분석이 필요할 것으로 보인다. Teachers’ statement is so important in korean language education that someone can say that teachers’s statement initiates korean language education. teachers’ statement plays a role in providing korean language based contents for learners and inducing korean language learners’ statement. Through teachers’ statement, interaction between teachers and student could be made. teachers’ ‘questioning’ statement is the starting point of this interaction between teachers and student. Based on the assumption that teachers’ ‘questioning’ statement is important, this study analyzed conversation transcription data which is done in korean language learning class. teachers’ questioning types are classified by forms and purposes. Following learner’s responses are analyzed based on forms and suitabilities. it has been found that forms of teachers’ questioning was composed of an alterative question, what-question, wh-question (except what-question) from highest to lowest. it has been found that purpose of teachers’ questioning was composed of from highest to lowest. it has been found that forms of students’ responses was mainly composed of individual responses compared to the 29% of no responses to teachers’ statement. About 81% of students show appropriate answers to teachers’ statement. By analyzing dialogue between teachers and students, aspect of interaction between teachers and students was identified. It seems that follow-up studies dealing with students’ statement types and effects affected by teachers’ statement types and purposes will be needed.

      • 학문 목적 한국어 학습자를 위한 대학 예비과정 교수요목 설계 - 언어기술, 학습기술 연계를 중심으로 -

        This study is intended to design preliminary course syllabus to enhance the adaptability to university life and major learning for academic purpose learners entering domestic university and graduate school. In this study, syllabus will be suggested coupling language skills and learning skills together. To achieve this purposes, firstly designing principles of education course and syllabus are suggested. Secondly, I have surveyed the current state of preliminary courses of domestic universities and overseas universities. Third, I have conducted requirement survey involving foreign learners at school, professors and instructors having experiences of instructing foreigners. Fourth, syllabus is comprised considering learners-oriented perspective, fusion of language skills and learning skills, university life and suggestion of classified major. In result of requirement survey, writing, speaking and reading are rated high in difficulty. Subjects replied that presentation, report and writing thesis are difficult point in major learning and searching for data, confirming academic calendar, using library are difficult point in university life. Based on this results, syllabus is suggested subdivided into subjects and contents, vocabulary, assignments and activities, language skills and learning skills. This study has a significance for targeting university learners for whom there are not enough studies and focusing on major learning and university life.
