        항공기의 물리적 환경이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 럭셔리 항공기를 중심으로 -

        This study explored the dimensions of the physical environment of the luxury flight A380 and examined its influences on pleasure, arousal, and subsequently customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions by using the expanded Mehrabian-Russell model. Data were collected on the luxury flight A380 while in-flight. Exploratory factor analysis found six dimensions of the physical environment of A380: (1) ambience & cleanliness, (2) flight attendants, (3) entertainments & seating comfort, (4) design & signs, (5) layout, and (6) amenities. Results derived from a structural model verified that entertainments & seating comfort and layout positively induced both pleasure and arousal. Design & signs significantly produced favorable pleasure, and flight attendants significantly generated favorable arousal. In addition, both pleasure and arousal had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Finally, behavioral intentions were influenced by pleasure and customer satisfaction. The findings provide meaningful implications for both theoretical and practical aspects in the luxury flight perspective. 본 연구는 럭셔리 항공기(A380)의 물리적 환경 차원을 도출하고, 도출한 차원을 이용하여 즐거움, 환기, 고객 만족, 행동의도 간의 관계를 Mehrabian-Russell 모델을 이용 및 확장하여 조사하였다. 이를 위한 표본 수집은 A380기 4대에 직접 탑승하여 총 320부를 수집하였으며, 최종적인 분석은 310부를 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 먼저 럭셔리 항공기의 물리적 환경 속성은 6가지 차원으로 도출되었다: (1) 분위기 및 청결, (2) 승무원, (3) 엔터테인먼트 및 좌석의 편안함, (4) 디자인 및 신호, (5) 레이아웃, (6) 편의 시설. 구조 모형 분석 결과, 엔터테인먼트 및 좌석의 편안함 그리고 레이아웃은 즐거움과 환기 감정에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 디자인 및 신호는 즐거움에 그리고 승무원은 환기 감정에 각각 유의미한 영향을 보였다. 그리고 즐거움과 환기의 감정은 고객 만족에 직접적으로 정의 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 행동의도는 즐거움과 고객 만족에 의해 변화되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 럭셔리 항공기의 물리적 환경에 관한 실무적 그리고 이론적으로 의미 있는 시사점을 논의하였다.

        이미지의 재현은 미디어의 스키마(schema)를 통한 현실의 재편집된 형태의 전달 또는 환영의 생산이었다. 미디어의 초기 매체인 사진 이미지는 실재를 증거로 하기 위한 주요 특성으로부터 출발하였고 그러한 특성이 사실이든 아니든 그것은 사진 이미지가 가지고 있는 사실이 라는 유사성에 기여하는 힘을 제공하였다. 미디어 환경 변화 이후, 웹을 기반으로 하는 소통구조는 이미지를 소통의 언어로 세상을 ‘보는’ 방식과 ‘보여주는’ 방식에 대해 적극적인 자아-제시적 콘텐츠로 디지털 이전의 시각체계(재현과 소통구조 안에서 대상을 어떻게 볼 것인가 (Ways of seeing)?)에서 드러났던 대상성의 재현 방식과는 다른 그들의 풍부하고 재미있는 실체의 시각적 환영을 미디어 놀이 문화에서 재현 하고 있다. Through short history of media, the reappearance of image was considered as re-designed deliverance or visionary production by schema. The photographic image which is the initial mechanism in the history of media, started to appear as the main character to prove the reality. Whether the characteristic is real or fake, it gave more points to the photography s similarity or its credibility. As for children or teenagers, reckoned as media generation , the ways of seeing and showing is implemented by communication and re-appearance of images/visions in their entertainment environment. One of the reasons that this re-appearing method is fun and meaningful is that this re-emerges the certain time and activity that this image was taken. And this re-emergence reflects one s experience, interprets, as well as provides communications and visions.

        Visitor's Motivation in Free Food Festivals

        The purpose of this study was to examine motivations for both intended visitors and accidental visitors in the context of free food festival. The data was collected from the visitors who attended the New Orleans RoadFood Festival, which was free and open to the public. The results of exploratory factor analysis identified four factors (taste, enjoyment, change, and socialization) of attendees’ motivations to the food festival. Multiple regression analysis found that entertainment was a significant antecedent of attendee satisfaction. Results also found attendee satisfaction positively affected their loyalty. Independent samples t-test showed significant differences between accidental visitors and intended visitors in terms of the perceptions about experiencing quality food, learning about a variety of food, experiencing new foods, intention to recommend, and intention to revisit. Practical implications of the findings are further discussed.

        All truth we are researching must surely find out ground for its certainty. What makes our cognition true and can get the objectivity? It is just truth and objectivity that our cognition is different from knowing fully. That is, you must reveal the ground of certainty. The ground of certainty will be classified and criticized from the several points. The first is a rational certainty. When our pure-thinking accords with things, we decide it is truth (to be certain), otherwise it is fallacy. There is a theory, that is to say, pure-thinking that dosen't have any logical contradiction asserts a ground for the certainty. Pure-thinking is liberal-thinking independent from all sense, and it certainly has the autonomy, It is transcendental or non-contradictory, therefore we call it rationality. It has rationality but not reality. The scholars who are asserting rationality said that the reasonable pure-thinking can only cognize certain truth, for our sensations have so many important causes of mistakes rather than certainty. So they think the theoretical law and principle of science are nothing but deduction from a certain axion. Because the fact that all theories are basic from rationality can construct one another axiomatic system about the same experimental thing. Because the objective cognition standardized free construction of subject or all the more organized the law of one contents. The second is positive certainty. As our cognition recognizes the object by practical contact, it has the ground for certainty in the objective things. It surely indicate an actual fact, accordingly they have meanings. When the proposition is accord with real world, we call it truth and if it isn't accord with the real world, we call it fallacy. Therefore it is just positivity that find out the truth and fallacy of the proposition. finally let us study an active certainty taking the ground of certainty at the practical action. At the thought of Dewey, he said, "thinking is a postponed act, so that pure-thinking independent from operation is nonsense". In the same fashion thought, our conceptions and ideas, are designations of operations to be performed or already performed. Consequently their value is determined by the outcome of these operations. They are sound if the operations they direct give us, are the results which are required. The rationality exists only under reducing condition of the fact epistemologically, and the positivity asserts necessary condition of the rationality. Consequently the positivity asserts necessary condition of the rationality. Consequently the rationality and positivity are devided and confronted each other. After all, we think when they perform active unification in the cognition, the objectivity and certainty are secured.
