The paper starts with an introduction of enviormental and major gaseous air pollutants are considered, i.e., sulfur oxides(SOx), nitrogen oxides(NOx), ozon(0₃), chlorine gas, Bromine gas.

      • 건강에 의한 환경오염물질의 분리가능성에 관한 연구

        The water guality has dissolved solid residue, ions(K², Ca²+, Cl, HCO₃^-, H_3S, Na², Mg²+, SO₄^(-2), F, SiO₃^(-2), Li^(-2),...). These ions is alkali soln PH>7, it is acidic solution less than PH<7 by smoke gas, industrial waste material. The complexes has synthesized to separate the acidic solution. A kind of environmental contamination material, Thiodianiline Dinitrosyl molybdenum(Ⅲ) and molybdenumhalide or molybdenumoxyhalide was designed to react toward benzothiazole-2-thiomolybdenum for removing them or separation. Their possibilities were found from their reaction energies. Applied molybdenum comounds were MoOxCly(x = 1 or 2, y = 2, or 4) and MoCly(y = 2~6). Each established geometrical structure was fully optimized by semiempirical PM3 method, and then their energies and dipole moments were obtained from them.

      • N 주개 리간드를 이용한 시스-디니트로실 몰리브덴(0)착물의 합성에 관한 연구

        실온에서 MoCL5와 Cu 및 진한 HNO₃의 니트로실화 반응을 통해 다핵 화합물인[{Mo(NO)₂(L)Cl₂}n〕을 합성하였다. 이[{Mo(NO)₂(L)Cl₂}n〕 와 N 주개 원자를 가진 두자리 리간드인 4,7-Dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (dmph), 4,7-Diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(dpph)를 반응시켜 중성 단핵화합물인 〔Mo(NO)₂(L)Cl₂〕을 얻었다. 합성한 디니트로실 착물은 C, H, N 원소분석과 Mo 정량분석, 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼, 핵자기공명 및 전자 흡수 스펙트럼 등을 이용하여 그 특성을 조사하여 착물이 합성되었음을 확인하였고, 적외선 스펙트럼을 통해 모든 착물이 팔면체 구조로서 두개의 니트로실기가 시스 위치로 배위되어 있음을 알았다. {Mo(NO)₂(L)Cl₂}n has been prepared by the reductive nitrosylation of HNO₃ and Cu with MoCl5. The reaction of {Mo(NO)₂(L)Cl₂}n with bidentate ligands afforded neutral monomeric〔Mo(NO)₂Cl₂L〕. 4,7-Dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline(dmph) and 4,7-Diphenyl-1,10-phenan-throline(dpph) were used as coordinating ligands. These dinitrosylmolybdenum(0) complexes have been indentifed by C, H, N elemental analysis. ¹H-NMR spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, and UV-visible spectroscopy. The infrared spectra support that the NO groups occupy cis-positions in the octahedral complexes of ligands in all the compounds prepared.

        Crystals of GaN formed epitaxially have deposited on sapphire GaN is one of the most interesting wide-gap materials. mostly because of its direct gap that provides efficient radiative recombination. The wavelength of this radiation can be turned by alloying with other nitrides. Another important property of GaN is which permits fast electrooptic modulators. And another problems. the most pressing is obtaining conducting p-type material for GaN technology.

        GaN has been synthesized by means of metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD) and molecular beam epitaxy(MBE) where the ammonia is decomposed by a microwave discharge. And then the resulting atomic nitrogen reacts with Ga from the trimethyl Ga decomposed on the sapphire substrate. Hydrogen can leach the nitrogen out of the depositing GaN. also over the substrate is obtained with N₂ than with H₂.

      • 수용액상에서 토양, 수질에 있는 중금속(Fe^3+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+, Cd^2+, Mn^2+)을 선택적으로 안정성을 가지는 Chelate제에 관한 연구

        거대고리 리간드 15,31-dimethyl-3,11,19,27,33,35-hexaazapentacyclo[27,3,1,1,1,1]-hexatriaconta-5, 7, 9(33), -13, 15, 17(34), 21, 23, 25(35), 29, 31, 1(36)-dodecane-34, 36-diol (24RBPyBC)는 수용액에서 Fe(Ⅲ) 단일핵착물이 양자화되고 수산화물인 Fe(Ⅲ)-M(Ⅱ) (M(Ⅱ)=Cu, Zn, Pb, Mn) 이핵착물들과 결합하였다. 이들 안정도상수는 pH 전위차 적정법으로 측정하였다. 25℃에서 pH 농도에 따라 용액에 존재하는 양을 결정하였다. 전위차법과 가시광선분광학적 연구가 Fe(Ⅲ)단핵체착물의 가수분해로 인한 낮은 p[H] 농도에 따라 측정하였다. Fe(Ⅲ)-M(Ⅱ)이핵체착물을 우선적으로 산성용액에서 [FeCuL]3+ 착이온으로 형성됨을 확인하였다. Macrocyclic 1igand 15,31-dimethyl-3,11,19,27,33,35-hexaazapentacyclo[27,3,1,1,1,1]-hexatriaconta-5,7,9(33) ,-13,15,17(34) ,21,23,25(35) ,29,31,1(36)-dodecane-34,36-diol (24RBPyBC) was combined with hydroxy compound Fe(Ⅲ)-M(Ⅱ){M(Ⅱ)=Cu, Zn, Pb, Mn} Binuclear complex and to be protonation Fe(Ⅲ) mononuclear complex in the aqueous solution. There stabi1ity constant was measured to PH potentiometric titration. It was determined to PH concentration at 25℃. The investigation of potentiometric method and visible spectroscopy was measured with low PH concentration to hydrolysis of Fe(Ⅲ) mononuclear complex.

      • 티오디아닐린 디니트로실 몰리브덴(Ⅱ) 착물의 합성과 특성에 관한연구

        Mo(Ⅴ)착물은 4.4'- Thiodianiline 배위자와 출발물질인 (Mo_2O_4(H_2O)_6^(2+))과 반응하여 합성하였다. Mo_2O_4^(2+)group은 말단산소인 Mo와 Ot 사이에 IR은 980에서 1000㎝^(-1) 에서 나타났다. 착물인 (Mo_2O_4(H_2O)_2L)은 두 개의 말단 산소와 두개의 몰리브덴늄 사이에 착물이 형성됨이 확인 되었다. IR, 전자스펙트라, 핵자기 공명 등으로 증명되었다. 산화 환원으로 확인하는 Voltameter으로도 확인되었다. The Mo(Ⅴ) di-μ-oxo type of (Mo_2O_4(H_2O)_2L) complexes have been prepared by the reaction of starting material (Mo_2O_4(H_2O)_6^(2+)) with 4.4'- Thiodianiline ligands. Mo_2O_4^(2+) group was characterized by terminal oxgen stretches (γMo-Ot) between 980 and 1000㎝^(-1). This complexe (Mo_2O_4(H_2O)_2L) was completed by two terminal oxygens arranged trans to one another and each ligand form a chelate type between two molybdeum. In Mo_2O_4(H_2O)_2L, two H_2O coordinated at trans site of terminal oxygen, the prepared complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, electronic spectra, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. In the potential range +2.00 V to -2.00V at a scan rate of 50mVs-1, a cathodic peak at -1.11V (vs SCE) and an anodic peak at +0.79V (vs SCE) has been observed in aquous solution. Since the ratio of the cathodic to anodic current(Ipc/Ipa) is almost 1, we infer that redox is reversible reaction.
