        방사선 의료기기 수출 활성화 방안에 관한 연구- 심층 인터뷰 중심으로 -

        Korea's trade development is accompanied by the government's policy to foster industries. Entering the ranks of advanced countries, Korea should seek directions for the development of technology-intensive and high-value-added industries such as medical devices and entry into overseas markets. In particular, the radiation medical device industry for the purpose of prevention and treatment due to the increase in cancer patients and aging population is expected to continue to grow. Therefore, this study set up five research questions to revitalize the export of radiation medical devices and conducted in-depth interviews with manufacturers. As a result of the interview analysis, the subjects are having difficulty preparing for exports due to the lack of time, cost, information, and manpower. In order to solve this problem, first, it is necessary to reorganize the trade consulting system and trade practical education, such as opening a Micro Degrees course for radiation medical devices and establishing Running Mate trade consulting. Second, it is necessary to attempt platform-oriented online trade marketing with different proportions of off-line trade marketing methods. Third, it is necessary to improve the linked government support system and conditional trade finance system.

        무역단계별 리스크관리 체계에 관한 연구

        As the international trade environment changes, traders have to manage various trade risks. In addition to the traditionally managed financial risks, the importance of non-financial risks is also expanding. However, small and medium-sized traders in Korea face difficulties in managing trade risks due to lack of budget, manpower, and information. In addition, objective data for managing trade risks by traders themselves is very insufficient, and it is difficult to find trade risk management manuals or systems provided by governments and trade organizations. Therefore, there is a need for a risk management system that allows traders to manage their own trade risks. This study attempts to raise new awareness and approach to trade risk, which becomes a risk management resource, in order to establish a trade risk management system. In addition, a risk management framework for each stage of trade is designed and standards are set for each stage. Above all, by providing basic data for trade risk assessment, it is intended to establish a system that allows traders to manage and prevent trade risks on their own. 국제무역환경 변화에 따라 무역거래자는 다양한 무역리스크를 관리해 나가야 한다. 전통적으로 관리하던 재무리스크 외에 비재무리스크의 중요성도 확장되어가는 추세이다. 그러나 우리나라 중소 무역거래자는 예산·인력·정보 등의 부족으로 무역리스크 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있으며 무역리스크를 관리하기 위한 객관적 데이터도 미흡한 실정이다. 또한, 정부 및 무역 기관에서 제공하는 무역리스크 관리 매뉴얼이나 시스템도 찾아보기 힘들다. 따라서 무역거래자가 스스로 무역리스크를 관리할 수 있는 리스크관리 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구는 무역리스크 관리 체계구축을 위해 무역리스크의 새로운 인식과 접근을 시도하고 무역단계별 리스크관리 Framework 설계·기준설정, 무역리스크 평가를 위한 기초자료를 제공하여 무역거래자가 스스로 무역리스크를 관리하고 예방할 수 있는 체계를 구축하고자 한다.

        생활물류서비스 산업 발전에 대한 연구

        Purpose The Last-Mile Logistics Service Industry Service Development Act, enacted on January 26, 2021, was enacted to stabilize jobs, manage institutional bases, and protect workers in relevant industries. This study aims to lay a foundation for flexible thinking for environmental adaptation and creating a logistics foundation for a new era by examining the logistics environment and logistics trends of the COVID-19 pandemic era. Design/Methodology/Approach This study theoretically analyzes implications and countermeasures for the Last-Mile Logistics Act. Findings Industrial progress in the modern era is faster than the law. It seems desirable to manage the flow of logistics through step-by-step regulatory strengthening rather than fully controlling it through the enactment of the law. Research Implications The Last-Mile Logistics Service Industry Development Act of the era of logistics 4.0 seems to be clearly necessary for industrial development and the promotion of the rights and interests of workers and consumers of last-mile logistics services. However, as mentioned above, we will reconsider whether the approach is a sufficient convergence of the times, such as whether one is protected when making a delivery of food by car, whether it is possible to protect new mobility, and whether it can solve carbon-neutral arrangement

        대외무역법 개정 방향에 대한 총론적 의견

        The Foreign Trade Act, which is the basic law of trade in Korea, was enacted in 1986 and most of the trade management systems have been abolished for 36 years, so it is necessary to reorganize the basic system of the Act. In the meantime, the economic and trade structure of Korea has also changed and the international trade environment has changed, so the time has come for a revision close to the enactment of the Foreign Trade Act. The trade business has become freely available to anyone, and the subject of trade transactions must be expanded from goods to services and complex goods, and the purpose of the law needs to be changed from management to promotion. In addition, it is necessary to review the issue of separate legalization of the strategic goods system and the country of origin system included in the Foreign Trade Act. Therefore, this study presented opinions on the direction of revision of the Foreign Trade Act, focusing on the name, status, structure of law articles, and basic trade terms of the law in general. The name of the law should be ‘Trade Act’ or ‘Trade and Commerce Act’. The institutional division was reorganized into a management system as a passive response to trade and industry, a promotion system as an active response to changes in the trade environment such as new protectionism and the corona crisis. And it is proposed to reinforce the definition of basic trade terms. 우리나라 무역의 기본법인 대외무역법은 1986년 제정 후 36년이 흐르는 동안 많은 무역관리제도가 폐지 또는 변경되어 기본체계가 흐트러졌다. 그동안 우리나라 경제ㆍ무역구조도 선진화되고, 국제무역환경도 변화되어 대외무역법의 제정 수준에 가까운 개정이 필요한 시점이다. 무역업은 2000년에 자유화되었고, 무역거래의 대상도 상품에서 서비스 및 복합상품으로 확장되어 이제는 법의 목적을 포함하여 관리에서 진흥중심으로 변화가 필요하다. 대외무역법에 포함되어있는 전략물자제도와 원산지제도에 대한 별도 법제화 문제도 검토해야 한다. 본 연구는 총론적 차원에서 법의 명칭, 지위, 체계, 기본 무역용어를 중심으로 대외무역법의 개정 방향에 대한 의견을 제시하였다.

        디지털 무역마케팅 활용방안에 관한 연구

        Changes in the international trade environment require traders to adapt to new forms of trade. Based on the 4th industrial revolution, digital trade using IT technology focuses on the expansion of objects and trades using the online marketplace, and data itself can be produced or traded as digital goods. Therefore, traders must be able to manage digital trade data. In particular, the increase in trades using platforms such as the On-line Marketplace suggests the importance of data management in digital trade marketing. Traders can systematically manage data generated in the course of trade marketing activities by identifying, collecting, analyzing, and converting it. Transformation of trade data realizes digitization and digitalization, and influences traders' decision-making to achieve their goals. In addition, new added value can be created through digital transformation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish data management and standardized systems for the utilization of digital trade marketing.

        한-튀르키예의 무역관습과 무역 확대 방안

        한국과 튀르키예는 수출입 규모와 순위 면에서 아직은 만족할 만한 수준은 아니지만, 튀르키예는 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ지정학적으로 중요한 국가이고 무역관점에서도 발전 가능성이 많은 국가이다. 본 논문은 튀르키예의 무역 및 통상현황을 살펴봄으로써 한국기업의 對 튀르키예 진출을 확대하려는 바람에서 다음과 같이 3부분으로 살펴보았다. 우선, 튀르키예에 대한 기본 이해를 바탕으로 무역 및 통상현황을 살펴봄으로써 수출시장으로써 튀르키예의 중요성과 우리나라와의 관계를 개괄적으로 살펴본다. 둘째, 한-튀르키예의 인코텀스, 무역결제, 무역운송 등 무역관습 활용현황과 시사점을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 한-튀르키예의 무역 발전을 위한 여러 가지 제언을 담았다. Korea and Turkiye are not yet at a satisfactory level in terms of the scale and ranking of imports and exports, but Turkiye is an important country politically, economically, and geopolitically, and has great potential for development in terms of trade. Therefore, this paper researched to help Korean companies increase their entry into Turkiye by examining the trade status, strategies, and trade customs of Turkiye. As a result of examining trade customswith Turkiye. FOBand CIF aremainly used as contract conditions, and the proportion of letters of credit in terms of payment is relatively high. In addition, since both countries are peninsular countries in terms of transportation, sea transportation is mainly used. Also several suggestions for the development of Korea-Turkiye trade were proposed. First of all, there aremany differences in religion and culture betweenKorea and Turkiye, so they have formed different business practices. Therefore, it is necessary to build trade relationships and trust based on an understanding of the business customs of Turkiye. Next, in order to expand exports to Turkiye, a ‘multi-track strategy’ is needed, such as ①expansion of trade targets from commodity trade to service trade,②participation of an unspecified number of traders, and③increase in contract amount per unit. Lastly, both countries need to actively utilize the FTAthat has been in effect since 2013 by discovering trade products that are competitivewith each other,while strengthening cooperation in the service sector between the two countries by utilizing the FTA Service Investment Agreement that has been in effect since 2018.

      • 전략물자 수출통제 제도의 리스크 관리를 위한 수출보험 활용방안

        The export control of strategic items(ECSI) is the international export control system for businesses involved in trading items of possible use for military purpose and they are required to abide by its regulation for global peace and security. The significance of ECSI is so great to South Korea who is in special relationship with North Korea, one of the notorious terrorist regimes in the world. The purpose of this study is to review the ECSI with respect to its history, current condition, and its problems and to propose to use export insurance as risk management for ECSI. Problems of current ECSI include limitations in credit survey of foreign importers, extra expenses incurred to domestic business, possibly severe penalty imposed on accused business, delay in claim settlements and so on. These problems and costs can be efficiently managed by export insurance that can provide good information and utilize total risk management for exporters.

        In order to design the configuration of the combustion chamber with 4 valves. the unsteady flow in the cylinder as to the angle of intake port was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using PIV. The result in this study shows that the intake port of 20' in angle has the largest tumblc moment which means the flow energy.
