OASIS의 선정지침 개선(안)에 관한 연구

웹상에서 유통되는 정보자원의 역사적, 사회적, 문화적 가치는 전 세계적으로 인정받고 있으며, 인류 유산으로 후세에게 물려주기 위한 웹 아카이빙 사업이 수행되고 있다. 이 사업에서 가장 기본이 되는 것은 수많은 웹 자원 중 수집 및 보존의 가치가 있는 웹 자원을 선정하기 위한 선정지침이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구 및 국내외 웹 아카이빙 선정지침을 집중적으로 분석하여 OASIS를 위한 선정지침의 개선안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 웹 자료에 대한 정의, 용어정의, 수집기본원칙, 수집방법, 수집주기, 구체적인 아카이빙 대상자원 선정에 대해서 개선 내용을 제안하였다. 둘째, 수집대상자료에 대해서 대폭적으로 개선 내용을 제안하였으며, 웹 아카이빙 선정제외자료에 대한 제안도 하였다. 마지막으로, 수집방법과 온라인 자료 납본과의 관련성, 선정대상자료에 대한 목록데이터베이스 구축의 필요성, 협력형 아카이빙 정책의 필요성에 대해서 논의하였다. The historical, social, and cultural value of Internet resources is indisputable, therefore many national institutions have created Web archiving projects to hand down this heritage to future generations. The selection guidelines are the most crucial aspect of these projects because they aid in differentiating which resources are worth collecting and preserving from the large number of web resources available. The purpose of this study was to suggest improvements for the OASIS Selection Guidelines by analyzing the selection guidelines of other domestic and international Web archiving projects. First, based on the results of Web archiving projects abroad, we proposed improvements for the definition of Web data and other terms, the basic principles of the collection, collection methods, and collection cycle. Second, we proposed substantial improvements in the target resources for archiving, and also stated what kind of web resources must be excluded from Web archiving. Finally, we discussed the relationship between data collection methods and the legal deposit of online resources, the necessity of constructing a database for selected target materials, and the necessity of cooperative archiving policies.

전문도서관의 이슈와 정책제안에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 전문도서관에 대한 이슈화가 곧 전문도서관 발전의 계기가 될 수 있다는 측면에서 전문도서관에 대한 여러 가지 이슈에 대해서 언급하면서, 전문도서관의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 문헌분석을 통해서 전문도서관과 관련된 문제점과 이슈를 도출하고, 이에 대해 사서들의 인식을 설문을 통해 조사하였으며, 그 결과를 기반으로 제시된 정책방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도서관종합발전계획에 전문도서관 발전계획과 관련된 부분이 강화되어야 한다. 둘째, 우리나라 전문도서관 주제지도가 필요하다. 셋째, 전문도서관에 대한 구분을 기준으로 여러 개의 협의체를 구성해서 운영하는 것도 필요하다. 넷째, 전문도서관 사서의 직무에 대한 분석이 이루어져야 한다. 다섯째, 전문도서관이 수행할 수 있는 전문정보서비스가 개발될 필요도 있다. 여섯째, 전문도서관이 소장하고 있는 정보자원 중 국가자원으로서 보존가치가 있고 공유가능한 정보원을 통합적으로 구축하고 공동활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 일곱째, 전문도서관은 도서관 평가에 한 도서관도 빠짐없이 참여할 수 있도록 하고 이렇게 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 전문도서관 개선방안이 도출될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 여덟째, 전문도서관 우수사례집의 발간도 필요하다고 본다. This study tried to suggest the revitalization plans for specialized libraries by referring to various issues regarding specialized libraries in the sense that the issue of specialized libraries can soon become an opportunity for the development of specialized libraries. Through literature analysis, problems and issues related to specialized libraries were derived, and the perception of librarians was investigated through surveys. The policy directions presented based on the results are as follows. First, the 'Library Development Plan' should strengthen the part related to the specialized library development plan. Second, topic maps for specialized libraries in Korea are needed.(Second, the topic map for specialized libraries in Korea is needed.) Third, it is also necessary to operate to configure multiple councils based on the distinction between the specialized library. Fourth, an analysis of the duties of specialized library librarians should be made. Fifth, professional information services that specialized libraries can perform need to be developed. Sixth, among the information resources owned by specialized libraries, it is necessary to find ways to establish and jointly utilize information resources that are valuable and shareable as national resources. Seventh, specialized libraries should allow every library to participate in library evaluation, and make improvement plans for specialized libraries based on the collected data. Eighth, it is also necessary to publish a collection of best practices for specialized libraries.

지역사회 문제 해결을 위한 도서관 리빙랩에 관한 지역기반 방향성 도출 연구 - 충주시의 지역사회 문제를 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 도서관과 연계한 지역사회의 문제 해결을 위한 도서관 리빙랩에 대해 살펴보고, 지역사회에 도서관 리빙랩을 적용할 수 있는 문제를 발굴하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내·외사례를 조사하였으며, 리빙랩이 지역사회 문제를 해결하기 위해 적용되고 있는 다양한 양상들을 조사하였다. 또한, 충주지역의 주민들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 도서관이 지역사회의 문제를 해결하는데 기여할 수 있는 분야를 도출하고 그 필요성도 조사하였다. 그 결과, 도서관은 재난안전, 환경, 교통, 교육, 지역발전, 문화예술생활, 주거, 에너지, 건강, 관광 분야 등에서 도서관이 리빙랩 활동에 참여하는 '도서관 리빙랩'이 지역사회의 문제해결에 필요하다는 지역주민들의 응답이 전체적으로 높게 나타났다. 이는 도서관이 제공할 수 있는 서비스·활동범위가 지역사회로 넓어지고 도서관 리빙랩을 통해 지역사회의 거의 모든 문제를 해결할 수 있는 도서관 서비스의 혁신적 방안이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. This study intended to look at the Library Living Lab to solve community problems. To this end, this study investigated cases outside of the country and investigated various aspects of Living Lab's application to solving community problems. In addition, a survey was conducted on residents of Chungju to find areas where libraries can contribute to solving problems in the community and investigate the need. As a result, residents generally responded that "Library Living Lab," in which libraries participate in living lab activities in various fields, is needed to solve problems in the community. It shows that the range of services and activities that the library can provide can be expanded to the community and can be an innovative measure for library services that can solve almost all problems in the community through the Library Living Lab.

dCollection의 링크드 데이터 구축에 관한 연구

기관리포지터리와 링크드 데이터는 자원을 공동 활용하자는 정신에 있어 매우 밀접한 관련이 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 개념을 연계시킴으로써 새로운 접근방법에 의한 정보공동생산과 활용이 가능할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 dCollection을 링크드 데이터로 실험적으로 구축하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 첫째, dCollection의 데이터 구조를 분석하였다. 둘째, dCollection이 구축대상으로 하고 있는 자원유형에 대해서 조사하였다. 셋째, dCollection의 자원유형에 해당하는 자원 중 링크드 데이터로 구축되어 있는 사례를 조사하였다. 그 중에서 가장 많이 구축되어 있는 자원의 사례를 집중 분석하였다. 넷째, dCollection의 메타데이터를 링크드 데이터로 구축하는 방법과 링크드 데이터로 연계될 수 있는 방안을 구체적으로 검토하였다. 마지막으로 링크드 데이터로 갈 경우 발생할 수 있는 문제점 등을 논의하였다. The institutional repository and linked data share a purpose, co-creation and joint usage of information resources. Therefore, a new approach linking these two concepts can be utilized for co-production and utilization of resources. This study hoped to configure the Korean dCollection repository as linked data. For this purpose, first, we analyzed the current data structure of dColleciton. Second, we investigated the resource types which dCollection is targeting. Third, we focused and analyzed a case study of resource types targeted by dCollection constructed as linked data. Fourth, this study examined in detail how to build the linked dCollection data and how to connect this linked data to the linked cloud. Finally, we discussed the problems that might oc cur in the process of building the linked data.

국내 분류체계와 학술표준분류체계의 비교·분석 연구

This study investigated the cases of the domestic classification system and compared and analyzed them with the academic standard classification system to derive future improvement directions. The direction of future improvement of the academic standard classification system presented based on this is as follows. First, it seems necessary to clearly guarantee the operation of the classification system as a law for the continuous development of the academic standard classification system. Second, it is necessary to improve it to a comprehensive classification principle that satisfies both current issues and global universality so that domestic and foreign data can be collected and compared smoothly by producing a wide-ranging classification system. Third, it is necessary to select a clear revision cycle of the academic standard classification system, and it seems appropriate to proceed with the revision every five years in order to reflect the academic field across a vast field. Currently, research on such a domestic classification system is insufficient, and such investigations are continuously conducted in the future, requiring continuous interest and research on the domestic classification system.

학교도서관 활성화 사업의 성과와 전망에 관한 연구

This study analyzes the performance of school library rehabilitation project for the past four years. The project was launched in 2002 as a 5-year project from 2003 to 2007. Based on the analysis, the author suggests some considerations for the second phase of the project. First, librarians are the focal point to manage the library newly built and remodeled at a massive budget of 300 billion Korean won. Second, when developing curriculum employing school libraries, the curriculum should be differentiated by grade. class, textbook and even chapter. Third. the project should demonstrate the positive influence of school libraries on students' academic achievement so that the parents and community leaders voluntarily promote school libraries. Forth, the project should examine diverse users to successfully meet their demand. Fifth, the project should incorporate capacity building in librarian training course. It is also crucial that librarians themselves make visible effort to achieve an expert status before students and fellow teachers.

국내외 국가도서관 납본절차 분석을 통한 납본업무의 합리적 운영방안 도출

한 국가의 모든 출판물은 인류의 정신문화유산으로 각 국가도서관은 각 나라에서 생산된 모든 출판물을 수집 보존해야 하며, 그것을 지원하는 강력한 법적 장치가 납본제도이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내외 도서관 납본법에 대해서 분석하고 그 중에서 납본보상 여부, 미납본에 대한 제재조치 여부, 미납본의 경우에 대한 과태료 징수 절차, 구체적인 납본절차 등에 대해서 집중적으로 분석하였으며, 이를 기반으로 국가도서관의 납본율을 올릴 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 납본업무의 자체 수행, 납본지원시스템의 개발, 납본부서의 신설, 납본 부수 및 납본 보상의 개선 등이 그 방안으로 제시되고 있다.

학교도서관 활성화 사업에 대한 인식 및 효과성 측정연구

본 연구에서는 2006년도 학교도서관 활성화 사업에 의해 지원받은 학교들을 대상으로 만족도 조사를 함과 동시에 활성화 사업 추진 과정에서 나타난 학교 현장의 애로 사항 및 문제점 등을 조사 분석하고 있다. 또한 2005년에 사업지원을 받은 학교도 위와 같은 설문조사에 포함시킴으로써 사업 시행 후 1년이 지난 학교도서관의 활성화 사업성과를 측정하고 있으며, 더 나아가 이론적인 배경을 기반으로 학업성취도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 도출한 후 그 만족도는 어느 정도 높게 나타나는지를 밝혀내고 있다. This study aims to identify challenges faced by the schools participating in the 2006 School Library Revitalization Project so as to incorporate them in the next year's plan, which is the last year of the phase one of the project, as well as in designing the phase two. By doing so, it seeks to contribute to enhancing effectiveness of the School Library Revitalization Project conducted by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development(MOEHRD), the Republic of Korea. The second segment of the research consists of the pub)ic survey in 1,281 project schools(2005) and 1,098 project schools(2006) to assess overall performance of the project. The target group is divided into five categories of school inspectors, principals, teachers, school librarians, and students.

중소기업에서의 하이퍼웨이브를 이용한 정보관리시스템 도입에 관한 연구

본고에서는 기술정보를 관리할 필요성을 느끼면서도 재정적인 이유와 조직구조상의 문제로 정보관리실이나 정보관리담당자를 둘 수 없는 중소기업이 낮은 비용으로 기술정보를 효과적으로 관리함으로써 업무의 중복을 피할 수 있고 기술혁신을 가져올 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 방안은 차세대 웹 브라우저로 등장하고 있는 하이퍼웨이브를 기술정보관리시스템으로 활용하는 것으로서 다음과 같은 장점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 하이퍼웨이브는 어느 누구나 기술정보를 용이하게 관리할 수 있다. 둘째, 하이퍼웨이브를 이용하여 기술정보를 관리할 경우 정보자료의 입력, 수정, 삭제를 용이하게 할 수 있다. 셋째, 하이퍼웨이브 시스템은 관련된 문헌 혹은 이미지들을 연결시키기 위해 링크를 간단하게 생성할 수 있다. 넷째, 다양한 검색기법을 제공한다. 다섯째, 하이퍼웨이브는 가격이 저렴하고 기업의 특성을 살려서 기술정보를 조직할 수 있다. The article presents the method that medium enterprises could manage technical information effectively. There are some merits in using the next generation Web brower, HyperWave as technical information management system. First, it makes anyone else to manage the technical information easily. Second, if he could manages the technical in-formation by using HyperWave, he can input, modify, and delete information effectively. Third, HyperWave system can creat the link to connect the related documents or images. Fourth, it provides various retrieval techniques. Lastly, HyperWave system can organize technical information at a low cost.

온라인지식정보서비스 품질 향상을 위한 온라인지식정보원 확보 및 연계전략에 관한 연구

This study is to improve the quality of online reference service which is serviced in the world. For this it suggests the strategic methods for collecting and connecting of internet information resources. It makes information service circumstance for professional librarians to retrieve and service. To achieve the purpose, this study have drawn implications by analysing the theoretical discussions and the cases of online reference resources system. This study suggests some strategies as follows; 1) Collaborative constructing and using of online reference resources, 2) Developing classification scheme and subdividing the subjects of it, 3) Developing the standard format of the data as like metadata, 4) Developing the guidelines to select the proper resources from many internet information resources, 5) Subdividing the 'knowledge DB' by subjects, 6) Connecting as much as possible the DBs as like the National DB and open access resources.
