The purpose of this experimental study is to study whether Onkyungtang is effective or not on preventing 24 rats were divided into 4 groups, administered physiological saline after sham operation group(sham-op. group), administered physiological saline after avariectomy group(control group), administered Onkyungtang 0.1g/100 g and gellatin 0.04g/l00g after ovariectomy group(sample A), administered Onkyungtang 0.025 g/l00 g and gellatin 0.01 g/l00g after ovariecfomy(sample B). The body weight, utetus weight, esrradiol, asteocalcin, traveculae area and iNOS area in distal ponion femur. 1. The medicine controls weight gains due to ovariosteresis 2 . Amount of estradiol in sera is not increased. 3. Due to not to be inmased quantity of ostwcalcin in sera, it is not function of osteoblast to be flourishing. 4. According to survey with a microscope, trwecdae area is remarkably increased. Thus, a group to be provided a higher degree of density increase more bony density. 5. The iNOS somewhat strongly showed with osteoblmt and osteoid tissue to all ovariosteresis groups compared to sham operation groups. As the above mentioned results, it is believed that Onkyungtatang is effective to preventing ostecpxosis.

The purpose of this experimental study is to find wheather Phytolaccae Radix is effective or not in hyperlipidemia rat. During 8 weeks 30 rats were fed with high fat diet for inducing hyperlipidemia. The contents of serum total cholesterol, trilyceride free fatty acid, phospholipid and weight were measured in each groups, in the induced hyperlipidemic rat experiments. 1. The increase of weight tended to be decreased. 2. The increase of total cholesterol in the serum tended to be decreased. 3. The content of triglyceride in the serum tended to be decreased. 4. The content of free fatty acid in the serum tended to be decreased. 5. The content of phospholipid in the serum tended to be decreased, but was not significant difference. According to above these results, Phytolaccae Radix have shown to be capable of cure and prevent for an hyperlipidemia.

스피커 드라이브 설계에 있어 부품 단계의 물리적 특성과 자기회로부의 전자장 유한요소 해석 결과를 적용하여 드라이브의 TS 파라미터, 주파수 응답 특성 및 전기 입력 임피던스 특성을 예측할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 중량 감소 및 비대칭 자속 밀도 분포를 개선하기 위한 설계에 있어서 주파수 응답 특성과 전기 입력 임피던스 특성의 예측 결과는 실측치와 잘 일치하였으며, 비대칭 자속 밀도 분포의 해석을 통하여 2차 고조파 왜곡 특성의 향상 등에 응용될 수 있을 것이다. 제안된 기법은 자기회로부 설계에 있어서 시행 착오의 과정을 줄이는데 이용되어 질 것으로 기대되며, 또한 설계 초기단계에서 목적의 드라이브 구성 부품을 선택하는 지침을 제공하는데 이용될 수 있을 것이다. The prediction method of TS parameters, frequency response, and electrical input impedance is proposed with physical properties of parts and results of electromagnetic FEA(Finite Element Analysis) in a loudspeaker driver design. In design for weight reduction and improvement of flux density asymmetry, the prediction results are well coincided with measurement ones. As the applications, it can be applied in design for improvement of the $2^{nd}$ harmonic distortion with flux density distribution analysis. The proposed method is expected to be utilized for reducing trial-and-error process in electromagnetic parts design. It can also be used for providing guidelines for parts selection in the early stages.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of ethanol extract of Fagopyrum escuentum(FE) on the melanogenesis. To determine whether ethanol extract of FE suppress melanin synthesis in cellular level, B16F10 melanoma cells were cultured in the presence of different concentrations of FE ethanol extract. In the present study, the author examined the effects of FE ethanol extract on cell proliferation, melanin contents, tyrosinase activity. Cell proliferation was slightly increased by treatment with ethanol extract of FE (25-200 ㎍/ml). The ethanol extract of FE effectively suppressed melanin contents at a dose of 100 ㎍/ml. It was observed that the color of cell pellets was totally whitened compared with the control. The ethanol extract of FE inhibited tyrosinase activity, regulate melanin biosynthesis as the key enzyme in melanogenesis. These results suggest that the ethanol extract of FE exerts its depigmenting effects through the suppression of tyrosinase activity. And it may be a potent depigmetation agent in hyperpigmentation condition.
