The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between visit motives of cave destination and the overall satisfaction by finding out the factors affecting tourism demand ,the image of caves and the factors of environment(remodeling). In this research, the research model consisted of 5 hypothesis including the concepts of visit motivation, remodeling, Image, and satisfaction is presented. The data used for this research were collected through the survey conducted between Aug.5 and 6, 2006 for the tourists visited the Cave Ko-Ci. The convenience sampling method was used to do the survey and 251 surveys excepting 9 surveys inconsistent, insincere or incomplete out of the original 260 surveys distributed. SPSS 13.0 and AMOS 4.0 were each used for the general characteristics and Cronbach`s α analysis and verification of the research hypothesis.

The purpose of this study is recognize the necessity of fun leadership in hotel business and to structurally analyze the causal relationships among the factors of fun leadership, followership, group cohesiveness and service effect. With this, the study intended to suggest research implication applicable to effective organization management and human resource management in hotel business. The hypotheses regarding what kind of structural effect of fun leadership on followership, group cohesiveness and service effect were set up. Additionally, the study intended to suggest a way of effective fun management to organization management and service effect side in hotel business. In order to realize the purpose of this study, 4 latent variables(fun leadership, followership, group cohesiveness, service effect) were set up. To investigate structural relationships among variables, the study used a structural equation modeling. In addition, the questionnaire designed to analyze the study model empirically was circulated to hotel employees(restricted to the employees in permanent positions) working at the service encounter area. AMOS 7.0 statistical package was used to analyse collected data. According to the results of the research, it is proved that fun leadership in hotel business have a positive effect on service effect. In addition, this results was reinforced when it affected to service effect with mediating variables like followership and group cohesiveness.

At this point of inbound tourism demands for Hallyu is increasing rapidly, the studies regarding current status about foreign tourists and tourists` behavior are insufficient. Therefore the implications reached in this study through the analysis of Hallyu Tourists` behavior is going to suggest a very meaningful results. This study is aimed to analyze tourism behavior characteristics according to the database of 2010 & 2011 International Visitor Survey. As a results of analyse of tourist`s behavior, Hallyu tourists` is focused on FIT and the length of their visit is shorter than general tourists`. Hallyu tourists showed high percentage on internet usage, traveling with their friends, staying at the youth hostels, guest houses, and inns. Most of Hallyu tourists usually enjoyed shopping at the Myungdong but showed low average expenditure. In addition, Hallyu tourists showed high level of tourism loyalty in every section of intension to revisit, intention to recommendation, and the improvement of tourist destination image.

Korea has the best geography for cruise tourism. In these days, the future possibilities of revitalization for cruise tourism are very high because of the high Chinese demands for cruise tourism. Therefore, it is very important to figure out how much economic ripple effects will be made out of the relevant pots of call. In this study, we would like to estimate ripple effects on a regional economy according to the continuous increase in the number of port entry of cruise ships and the tourists. In addition, we would like to suggest the ways of regional development in cruise tourism. In order to investigate the behavior and the propensity to consume of the cruise tourists, the reports of 2012 Foreign cruise visitor survey has been utilized. In this study, a regional ripple effect of the cruise tourism is estimated based on the shopping expense of ports of call. Through this comparison of expense of ports of call, we will make use of this as marketing tools for revitalization of the shopping tourism. According to the findings in shopping expense of tourists by nationality(China,$998 & Japan, $399), China is a country has a big money power. Therefore we need to arrange the strategic plan for sustainable inducement of chinse tourists and revitalized spending.

Recently the number of inbound travelers visiting Korea has increased consistently. Inbound travelers have had a preference for tourist spots in metropolitan areas like Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. Due to this concentration of tourists in metropolitan areas, the demand of tourist hotels has also increased consistently. However, supply of tourist hotels in these areas remain insufficient to meet this demand. Therefore, this study aims to discover the actual operational condition, utilization, and intension of tourist hotels in capital areas in relation to other major inbound markets like Japan, China and the United States. In addition, the purpose of this study is to suggest a realistic and systematic provision of lodging supply and implications for tourist policy development to invigorate the inbound tourism markets by their market characteristics. In order to solve the problem of tourist concentration, and the lack of lodging facilities to accommodate them in metropolitan areas, the policy measure for dispersion of lodging facilities will be needed in Seoul and across the nation.
IPA 및 중요도 실행도 불일치(Gap)모형을 이용한 관광목적지로서 동굴의 활성화 방안 도출

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of service quality to consumers` behavior of the visitors by applying IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) and GAP model. To execute this research, the service quality according the importance and satisfaction of cave destination is measured through IPA. After that, Gap factors of the cave destination`s service quality are divided into positive, negative and overall discordance. Finally, the affects to the consumers` behavior is analyzed. The data for this study was collected from Aug.5th~6th, 2006 through the survey conducted to the visitors of the cave Go-Ci. Total 260 surveys were distributed to the visitors according to the convenience sampling method. By applying SPSS(15.0) and LIMDEP statistics package program, the final 251 surveys were used for analysis. According to the results of IPA for cave destination`s service quality, IPA matrix of cave visitors` shows us what needs to be kept up the good work, what needs to be concentrated here, what the low priority are, or what the possible overkill are. Additionally, the GAP model using the difference between Importance and Performance tells us it includes most of the items needs to be managed importantly found out from IPA. Although, both positive and negative gap affect to customers` re-visitation similarly, planning for reacting about the negative gap will more clearly improve the customers` satisfaction and re-visitation.
